Suggestion: It would be good if the waiters outside invited you into the dining room when they see you waiting and seated you at a table. As a new customer or tourist, you don't realize that inside the restaurant everything is much nicer, more pleasant, and fresher compared to the tables they have on the street (there were many tables available inside, not reserved).

One of the best Limoncello Spritz I have ever tasted. My son, who is very selective on dishes, loved the Salmon Panini while I enjoyed seafood starter. Don't hesitate, you will like here

A great place to visit in Rome if you’re looking for something healthy and different from the usual pizza and pasta. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We tried the Poké di Salmone, and it was delicious. The salmon was incredibly fresh, the ingredients were perfectly balanced, and the portion size was just right. We also had the Salata Botticella, which was fresh, light, and full of flavor. To drink, we ordered a protein smoothie with pistachio, banana, which was delicious The atmosphere is bright and modern, making it a very Instagram-worthy spot, while the service was friendly and efficient. If you’re looking for a healthy, satisfying meal in Rome.

Quick lunch break. A vegan friend brought me here, assuring me I'd find something I liked: really good. I had a summer salad and an iced coffee in the afternoon. I also tried the coffee kombucha: very good. Because it was peak time, I had to wait a bit for service, but overall the staff was very kind and smiling. I'd definitely go back!

20/02/2026: A beautiful location with a relaxing view of the greenery. I'd been here before to celebrate birthdays and loved it. I returned today after a long wait, and I must say I had a wonderful time. The welcome and service were impeccable. The quality/price ratio is excellent, and although it's a meat and fish restaurant, since there was a vegetarian guest, they prepared special dishes to accommodate them. Then, at the checkout, in addition to not having to pay for the coffee with the digestif, the owner gave me a bottle of their wine! An experience I'll definitely repeat! Top!
18/02/2026: The pizza was simply fantastic: huge, well-topped, with a light, fragrant dough that melted in your mouth. Every bite was an explosion of flavor, the kind that makes you close your eyes to savor it even more. The appetizers started the evening off perfectly: the bruschetta was delicious, perfectly crispy, with fresh, flavorful ingredients that tasted of home and tradition. But beyond the food, what made everything even more special was meeting the owners again after so many years. It was a truly emotional moment 🥰: their warm welcome, sincere smiles, and family atmosphere made us feel right at home. Cacio e Pepe isn't just a restaurant, it's a place where you can eat excellently and where you can feel passion, friendliness, and authenticity. We'll definitely be back! 🍕✨

28/05/2025: As soon as you enter you feel like you are in a dream. Everything is super well-kept, thought out and positioned to take you into a fairy tale, in a welcoming and sweet environment. Then there are them, the girls of the petit four who serve you with a smile and a helpfulness that is far beyond what you expect from a bar/café. You sit down kissed by the sun, with your eyes lost in the fantastic upholstery and the flavor of the pekan nut brioche explodes in your mouth that has nothing to do with the one you have eaten a thousand times elsewhere Simply a sensory dream.
