25/01/2026: Il Grottino has a family atmosphere. It began as a trattoria in the early 1970s, where the surrounding area was mostly occupied by tuff quarries. I used to go there as a child, treating truck drivers and other workers. Today, with a more modern twist, the flavors remain as authentic and fresh as ever. The service is also excellent, fast and attentive to customers, always available to meet their needs. Thank you.

05/03/2026: Dinner with friends; it was our first time, and we followed the advice of the gentleman in the dining room, who also happens to be the restaurant's fisherman. After a series of very good raw and cooked appetizers, we tried some first courses, again recommended by him, and to finish, a well-made fried fish. The wine was also excellent. The price was reasonable for the quality of the dinner.

02/03/2026: Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience... The staff was rude. We had to wait over an hour for two pasta dishes (mediocre and overcooked). The price was high for what we ate (two pasta dishes with clams, water, and a coffee). The water was written on a receipt in pen for €6... And not a word of apology for the interminable wait.

09/09/2025: The agriturismo is located in the countryside halfway between Tarquinia and the Lido. During the summer, you can dine in the garden, and the interior is warm and welcoming. The food is delicious and plentiful (appetizers and first courses in our case), and the staff are extremely friendly. Prices are average; definitely recommended.

06/03/2026: I came here for dinner by chance, and I have to say I was pleased. Let's start with the location, which is very, very small: beautifully decorated, perhaps a little stuffy, but nice. As for the food, I had two appetizers: the bruschetta with porchetta, which was out of this world, and the supplì, which was very good. Then I had the carbonara, which was also excellent. Finally, I thought the price was fair.

26/01/2026: We've been eating at Gioia's for years now! Whenever we can, we return! The food is really good, and it's cheap! If I lived nearby, I'd eat there every day...

08/10/2025: I tried it for an aperitivo, and it was immediately ❤️ A very scenic, clean location that creates a lovely, warm, and welcoming atmosphere, and it was precisely this that drew me in. The aperitivo options are lovely, at reasonable prices (from €9 to €12), and include a choice of cured meats and cheeses, pinsa or vegan, and a drink (special drinks are available for a small surcharge). The food is enjoyable and the drinks are equally good; I ordered a simple Negroni and left happy because the bartender is a great guy, he made it perfectly and even added a little "secret" ingredient that ties it all together exquisitely. I even had a quick chat with him, and you can tell he knows his stuff and loves his job. I'll definitely be back, especially to try their signature drinks. Congratulations everyone! Centocelle now has a new, formidable rival for wild aperitivos!
