Almost every evening there will be parties without notifying the hotel guests to play loud music until almost 1am. No respect for customers who come to rest In restaurants, if we ask to put the bill on the room they don't even give us the bill So if we encounter a problem with the invoice there is no possibility of a reply. The customer in wheelchairs who smoked in the room every day, when we reported it she made fun of us saying that she checked and that it wasn't a boar. We had to deal with Mr. Vincenzo Who, when he talks to us, laughs in our faces and makes fun of us. It's not at all correct or professional to talk like that. He says the hotel is a 4 star and insists instead it's a 3 and it's written all over. Especially when you come to rest and above all you pay. The only people who rush are the room cleaners.

25/12/2024: My favorite bar in Rome. I stayed just down the street, a 1 minute walk, for two months and was a daily and at times evening regular. The staff was like family and would even bring out biscuits for my dogs. Excellent coffee, fresh baked goods and a friendly neighborhood feel. Do stop by when visiting the piazza garibaldi.

18/07/2024: Excellent dinner experience at Cavaliere Gourmet. We tasted the stuffed calamari, the ravioli stuffed with aubergine cream and burrata (special), an excellent slice of beef and a couple of excellent desserts. We had the pleasure of being served by Sofia, professional and attentive to detail.

03/01/2025: I've been going to Arashi for years.....excellent.all you can is in the Cassia area. The owner is a very kind lady and always pays attention to the customer. Very high and excellent quality of food. The menu is vast, from Japanese to Chinese to oriental cuisine. Even the.week even if always full, I recommend it because the acoustics are perfect.... I highly recommend.going.
