02/06/2026: This restaurant is located in the center of Subiaco. I think it's really difficult to define it in just a few words. The vintage English-style atmosphere in the first room feels like being in the living room of a truly beautiful home. There are two other rooms, one large and very beautiful with bright colors and a smaller one also decorated in a vintage style. The wait staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the owner is very kind, and the food is excellent, with dishes revisited in a harmonious and exquisite way. The bill is reasonable. My compliments, truly. I could feel the passion for their work.

29/03/2026: A shop specializing in Viterbo food near the Duomo, in the heart of the historic center. We wandered in with curiosity and were immediately met with kindness and hospitality. For a quick lunch break, we indulged in the porchetta sandwich, strictly from Viterbo: in a word, it's spectacular. In the shop, the shelves and display case of cured meats and cheeses offer an excellent selection of delicacies, which we took home, even vacuum-packed. Sincere advice: coming to Viterbo without stopping by ViterboMia is a crime!

05/06/2026: The concept of social tables is interesting and original, but the practical experience can be uncomfortable: I found myself sitting on the sofa against the wall, forced to get up several times to let diners seated further back pass. This is a detail not to be underestimated when booking. Regarding service, the wait times were decidedly excessive: 40 minutes for a starter of butter and anchovies is too long, even considering the restaurant was full. The first course, unfortunately, was unimpressive, bland and unmemorable, and the menu doesn't offer a particularly varied selection. Worth mentioning is the kindness and friendliness of the staff, who tried to take care of the guests despite the difficult evening. The bill, however, was quite high compared to the actual amount served, and this weighed on the final rating. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations for a restaurant with a distinguished reputation.

The price was good and the staff was very friendly even when we were totally overwhelmed and confused through our hunger and jet-lag.

16/01/2026: A simple place, great for an evening with friends with simple but good food, the fine Roman-style pizza is very good as is the meat, the service is good and the quality/price ratio is also good.

11/04/2026: Easter Monday lunch with friends. Menu: sliced ​​cheesecake, capocollo, fridge-cold hard-boiled egg with two sauces, pici with herb pesto, mixed roast, citrus sorbet. Drinks and coffee not included, €39. I got all-you-can-eat cheesecake, a slice of capocollo, no egg. The pici were bland; the pesto had tons of blended parsley. The roast included chicken wings (undercooked because they arrived raw), breast, and pieces of steak. The sorbet was a safe bet, and was very good.

05/04/2026: We discovered Pulicaro on Ecobnb and decided to book an Easter stay at this agriturismo, impressed by their values ​​and philosophy. Everything lived up to our expectations! Pulicaro is a beautiful stone farmhouse managed with care and love by Chiara, Marco, and all the staff. It's an ideal place to stay, recharge, and sample traditional local cuisine, often made with products from their farm! The agriturismo's location is also on the border between Lazio, Umbria, and Tuscany. It's a great base for exploring Tuscia. Excellent value for money! A wonderful experience, highly recommended.
