19/09/2025: The owner and his wife in the kitchen are extremely kind, the service is quick, the food is excellent, and the portions are generous. We stopped here several times during our stay in Tivoli and had a wonderful time. Highly recommended!

14/08/2025: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! The staff is very friendly, kind, and helpful. The location is stunning and very quiet, perfect for enjoying a relaxing dinner. The food is sublime: the fish is incredibly fresh, the pasta dishes are hand-crafted by the chef, and the portions are generous. The quality-price ratio is excellent. If you're in Tivoli and don't know where to enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner, I 100% recommend VINO TINTO!

27/07/2025: Una perla affacciata sul lago! "Ciccio e la Ristogatta" è un ristorante che conquista sin dal primo sguardo grazie alla splendida terrazza panoramica. Ma è solo l’inizio: il servizio è impeccabile, l’accoglienza calorosa, la professionalità e la cortesia sono di casa. La cucina propone piatti deliziosi, leggeri e realizzati con ingredienti genuini, spesso a km 0. Ogni portata riflette cura, equilibrio e rispetto per la materia prima. Un plauso particolare alla proprietaria Daniela, sempre garbata e attenta a ogni dettaglio. Ho avuto il piacere di cenare qui in diverse occasioni, ma la cena del mio matrimonio è stata davvero speciale: ogni invitato ha apprezzato la qualità del cibo, la gentilezza del personale e l’atmosfera accogliente. Un’esperienza che rimarrà nel cuore. Consigliatissimo!

24/07/2025: This restaurant has great food and a lot of it is locally sourced (including the wine, olive oil, ricotta, and wild salad components). We sampled 2 pastas and a main course, as well as dessert. Everything tasted great! The chef's wife was our server and she explained what went into our food in great detail. Highly recommend!

17/09/2025: The hotel is in a great location, but the parking lot was packed due to a birthday party. Good breakfast, large, comfortable rooms. Carpeting everywhere, which could be removed, but everything was very clean.

03/10/2025: Found this bar, while walking the streets of Rome looking for somewhere to eat. We had heard good things about this place however if you have disabilities with stairs you may struggle. The Guinness was nice, although they hadn't heard of blackcurrant so was unable to add it to the drink. Also noticed that the atmosphere was rather dark. We sat at a larger table, no one else was in and was asked to move to a smaller table. We didn't end up eating there due to this. When we walked past later, the bar was still quiet so am still unsure as to why we were moved.

09/10/2025: I want to respond since it's not possible on The Fork. I thought the risotto was inedible because it was. I want to tell you that I'm also in the profession, but that doesn't count. I'll review my palate, but the chef definitely needs to review the ABCs of first courses. I want to remind you that you can cook rice for 13 minutes with a timer, but put it in two different pots—one on low heat and one on high heat, as you do since you have an open kitchen. You'll see that the results, despite the 13 minutes you specify, are different. Learn to accept criticism, to make risottos, and not to believe everything customers praise just to avoid being rude. Have a good day and enjoy your risotto course.

23/09/2025: Pizzeria Luciano e Gianni – Seriously good supplì (smiling costs extra) At Luciano e Gianni, the supplì are a serious affair: crispy on the outside, stringy on the inside, and worthy of applause. The pizza by the slice is light, tasty, and sells out way too quickly (which says it all). The staff is friendly but spartan: a smile costs extra—but with supplì like this, even silence is fine.

08/10/2025: Amazing! A tidy little place, but a top-notch pizzeria! I had two montanare for an appetizer: I hadn't had them this delicate and delicious in years! The pizza... it was pizza! Smoked mozzarella, broccoli rabe, and spicy salami: excellent! The dough was incredibly light and full of flavor! A truly welcome surprise for this dinner!

27/10/2025: I stopped by for a meal recently and chose a pizza — no regrets! The food was tasty and well prepared, everything came hot and fresh. It’s a nice place where you can tell they care about the food. I also counted the calories using the service shown in the photo attached to this review. Super quick and convenient! I totally recommend trying it — it really helps you keep track of what you eat and how many calories are in each meal.

10/10/2025: On Saturday night, we had a 1-hour and 40-minute wait for 4 pizzas. They give priority to takeout orders. This is unacceptable! And they don't answer the phone.

17/10/2025: I got recommened to this place by another restaurant's owner. The place was very cozy and I think is family owned? The food was incredible. It was also fairly cheap compared to other places, especially consider how much we spent. We had the spicy salami pizza with carbonara and 2 tiramisus, it was honestly the best meal we've eaten in Italy so far

19/09/2025: This place was just incredible. The food was fabulous!!!! 5/5 Everything is traditional and crazy good. Best pizza from Italy! Not only that but the pasta and deserts are on the next level. If you ever go there don't forget to ask for a tiramisu. As for the service, just perfect! I highly recomand and i am not paid actor!

24/10/2025: The place is located at the meeting point for tour guides and tourists to enter the Vatican. You can have brunch or a quick snack before the tour, which can last up to three hours. They have a variety of pizzas, drinks, and sweets. The drinks, like everywhere in Rome, are expensive (€5 for a Coke), but it's still good for a meal or a drink. It's not a huge deal, but its location helps make it very crowded. There are only a few tables, so you might have to eat standing up, something very common at this time of year when there are thousands of people in beautiful Rome. Recommended

18/10/2025: We came to eat with my family and the man was kind, he gave us the menus. We ordered 2 pizzas and when he brought them it was a total scam. He gave us two cookies with nothing but leaves and 5 grams of cheese! The dough was a cookie, a paper, a leaf and the cheese was gone. I complained and he told me the pizza was fine. I told him what does a slice of cheese cost? 2 euros, I told him to add the slice of cheese and he added cream cheese. We returned one pizza and ate the other out of embarrassment, but what a SCAM. The worst pizza of my life, my 10 year old daughter would make a better pizza than that.
