12/12/2024: Passati per caso con un collega, cercando un posto per il pranzo veloce, ma diverso dal solito panino, abbiamo coperto con piacere questo bar centrale, abiacente a via XX settembre, che funge anche da tavola calda con il servizio a tavola completamente gratuito, senza il solito "coperto" del ristorante. Oltre al menù alla carta, si offrono ottimi piatti del giorno: veloci e gustosi. Il servizio è svelto, cortese, disponibile. Gradita sorpresa è stato il filce: maritozzo romano con la panna, ormai difficile da trovare in loco.

22/08/2024: Nice and well-kept environment, excellent service, polite and friendly staff. We ate very well, starting from the appetizer and arriving at the first courses. A trio of very good crostini, but the rustic farfalle is spectacular as is the carbonara. I recommend going there to eat well and spend the right amount.

26/07/2024: I often travel for work and this time I found myself in Pomezia for dinner. Among the various restaurants and trattorias I chose to dine here. As soon as I sat down, I was welcomed by Fabio, the butcher and owner, who was able to recommend, based on my requests, a tasting of two first courses including a tonnarello with cacio e pepe and tortiglioni alla carbonara, a sliced ​​beef with a side of baked potatoes and sautéed chicory, sheep's roasts, sausage and lamb rib. The service was quick, the first courses were delicious and the meat cooked rare melted in your mouth. Everything of the highest quality. The place is very nice with a butcher's counter and an exposed brazier which in my opinion is a guarantee. We entered as customers and left as friends with Er Braciola (Fabio). I will return and recommend it.

17/09/2024: Welcoming place, polite staff, a suitable place to have a chat despite the area being very busy (especially in the evening on weekends). Their pinsas are good, as are the appetizers. The sandwiches are also worth trying (the pulled pork is noteworthy).

26/01/2025: Antipasti buoni ( fiore di zucca e mozzarella in carrozza) . Pizza buona per quello che si può trovare a Roma Personale gentile . Abbastanza veloci nel servizio. Punti negativi : il locale non è particolarmente accogliente ( abbastanza anonimo ) e soffre del continuo andirivieni di persone che prendono le pizze da portare via . Spesso folate di aria fredda ti raggiungono . Prezzi un po’ alti per dove è collocato il ristorante

18/02/2025: Invited by friends, we found ourselves in a place that was certainly well-kept, but not very characteristic. The lake is so far away and there is no view to enjoy. Good dishes although nothing that makes you remember the experience. Ravioli with ricotta and spinach that didn't look like they were homemade and second courses that were certainly prepared beforehand (given the cooking times) but arrived not too hot, so certainly under-heated. Normal service. Let's say that the food is reasonably good, but for a Sunday lunch by the lake it is not the best location. Prices normal.

24/08/2024: A restaurant located in the basement of a hotel near Termini Station. When you visit during dinner time, the table tops are shining and the entire restaurant has a magical atmosphere. The staff's service is also very elegant. I ordered "Eggplant Parmigiano" and "Carbonara". Paired with spumante.

14/12/2024: Sophisticated environments in an area that is not particularly attractive despite being in the countryside and with green backdrops. Good quality cuisine, not abundant portions, moderately high prices compared to the Mise en place. You don't understand the mission of the place...dedicated to children's parties? Business lunch dinners? Sometimes excess turns out to be mere ostentation.

12/10/2024: Informal place, very nice and with very friendly and approachable staff, the menu offers many choices for all tastes and budgets. I got one of their burgers with baked potatoes and it was delicious. The desserts are also excellent!

06/01/2025: My husband, I and my parents ate at this restaurant today 05/01 and we were pleasantly surprised. Very good appetizer, especially the fried artichokes served with their sour cherry balsamic vinegar; the first courses were superlative and a worthy mention goes to their tuna and thrombolotto "carbonara": a pasta very rich not only in ingredients, but in aromas and textures. Cannolo with ricotta like we have never eaten in our lives and cantucci to be dunked in a wine modified by the owner with the addition of sour cherry syrup and whole sour cherries, offered together with a grappa. In this regard, it should be underlined that the owners, husband and wife, know how to welcome as if we were friends in their home. Furthermore, she exchanges pleasant chats with customers and is uniquely helpful and kind. Prices absolutely normal. We will certainly return, perhaps in the summer in their garden and we truly recommend it to everyone.

06/01/2025: Pranzare da Angela Concu e Fabio Stivali al ristorante "Simposio Gastronomia Storica Sermonetana", è sempre un'esperienza appagante. L'ambiente è accogliente, il personale è attento ed i proprietari sono sempre gentili, presenti e pronti a accompagnare i commensali nella degustazione dei piatti. Il loro prodotto di punta, da provare assolutamente, è il Trombolotto (condimento a base di olio, limone sermonetani e spezie profumate) ma anche le altre loro creazioni non sono da meno. Cito, solo per incuriosire, la bottarga all'armagnac, le visciole anch'esse all'armagnac, l'aceto balsamico .... Il menù è semplice ma tutte le materie prime sono di ottima qualità. I vini proposti provengono principalmente da cantine del territorio. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è più che buono. Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante a tutti gli amanti della buona cucina.
