28/09/2024: I ate a really good pizza. Despite my origins, I am not a fan of Neapolitan pizza, I like to try and appreciate other styles too. This turned out to be a good compromise between the Campanian pizza and the typical Roman one which, as we know, are completely different. The fried foods were truly delicious, I also really appreciated the dessert. Perhaps the prices are a little high, especially for off-menu items. The only note about the rooms, which are poorly ventilated, is that greater air circulation would make the place perfect. In summary, well done 👏👏👏 We'll see each other again.

24/11/2024: Scoperto con The Fork, dire pub è riduttivo. La cucina supera ogni aspettativa, una cucina ricercata e fuori dagli schemi. Un mix tra cucina regionale, asiatica e messicana. Le sapienti mani dei cuochi sanno rendere un mix azzardato in un trionfo di sapori delicati e mai banali. Lo staff di sala educato e presente insieme ad una selezione di birre artigianali chiude la cornice di un locale accogliente e con tanta qualità da assaporare. Lo Chef un ragazzo giovanissimo, che ci racconta della sua esperienza. Una persona umile con un percorso alle spalle importante, insomma un vulcano di idee che verremo sicuramente ad assaggiare al più presto. 15/12/2024: I went to this restaurant for lunch and decided to try a carbonara dish. Even though it was my only choice (since I had to hang up at work I didn't have much time), it was enough to give me an idea of ​​the quality of the place: simply extraordinary! The carbonara was perfect, with fresh ingredients and a truly amazing balance of flavours. The creaminess of the sauce and the cooking of the pasta were impeccable, one of the best dishes I have ever tried. The place is welcoming, even if it has few internal tables, but the atmosphere and the kindness of the staff more than make up for it. Excellent value for money. 23/09/2024: Posto delizioso in collina immerso nel verde, curato in ogni dettaglio appartamenti nuovi dotati di tutti i comfort se dovessimo tornare in zona ci torneremo sicuramente.

23/09/2024: We were guests for three days at the Tenuta di Ponio, a new apartment equipped with all comforts, top hospitality, very kind to satisfy every request. If we return to those parts we will definitely return.

05/01/2025: Well-executed cuisine but not something incredible either. The service is not great... Forced to ask for the dessert menu and then forget to order... The reputation of the place is a little overrated.

13/08/2024: Great location and hotel. Really enjoyed the room. Clean and comfortable, and temperature stayed low even thought it was 38°c outside!

10/08/2024: The Le Meridien staff saved my honeymoon, simply put. I came to them after a terrible experience at another hotel, and they went out of their way to make me and my husband feel better. The staff is amazing, they are very kind and friendly, and available for anything you need. The restaurant has amazing food, the breakfast was one of the best I had during my trip, quality, delicious food all around. The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean, and most importantly cool. Rome is notorious for having hotels with poor air conditioning, this is NOT one of them. I recommend the Le Meridien with my eyes closed and will definitely stay here when I am back!

13/11/2024: The location looks good, the service was good and the waiters were very polite and kind. Too bad about the food, not presented very well, good but not very good. However, not a bad place to celebrate important events.

05/01/2025: Had a great lunch!! Excellent value for money!! 2 steps from the center of Subiaco, a welcoming and very warm environment in this particularly cold period of the year! Very scenic, I highly recommend checking it out!!

20/11/2024: Maybe I was unlucky. I took a plate of soy spaghetti with vegetables from the menu. They tasted the same if not worse than the regular all-you-can-eat soy noodles. The chicken rice wasn't great either. The three rices are cooked differently and at the same time it is not clear which is the overcooked variety and which is the al dente variety. The rest of the group ordered other dishes that were beautiful, good and at a fair price despite the location in a fairly rich place. Amatriciana, veg sandwich, abundant salads. Recommended and I will return.

29/03/2024: I would like to praise the buffalo mozzarella from this dairy but I would be doing an injustice to all the other products! Everything here is good... from bread to ham and obviously the entire cheese and dairy department. The rustic cakes and cured meats are also good. Nothing is given for free and it is certainly not the cheapest place to shop, but personally I think that quality costs money and so I'm not surprised, in fact, I find it to be a guarantee. When you spend and eat well it always adds up! Keep it up!!
