The staff is always very kind and professional, and the atmosphere is always meticulously maintained, never compromising on the sense of familiarity, even with the customers themselves. Chef Davide is available to accommodate any request and takes great care, even with gluten-free dishes. Don't forget to try his Brownie Tiramisu after enjoying his dishes, always prepared with love. 01/01/2026: Terrible experience, unprofessional staff, questionable food quality, and exorbitant prices. As soon as we arrived, we found two bottles of water on the table, which looked obviously old and had already been opened, meaning they weren't sealed. Naturally, we didn't touch them throughout the meal, and when we reached the cashier, we reported this. We received a rude response, telling us that they're the ones who place them on the tables and open them, which is absolutely unhygienic. We ate two plates of gnocchi with cod for €20 each plus a €6 cover charge; the water was taken off our bill. I don't like giving bad reviews, but given the experience, I think it's fair to write what happened.

11/02/2026: Excellent meat quality, a real guarantee! 🥩 They have a huge selection of premium cuts: Sashimi, Galician, Tomahawk, and many others. 🍖 In addition to the meat, I tried a truly exceptional focaccia and a decidedly good Pata Negra ham. 🥖🥓 ​The place is aesthetically beautiful and well-kept, and the atmosphere is just right. 👌 Meat prices start at €7 per 100g and up and range from fair to very expensive, so it's a place suitable for all budgets depending on what you decide to order. 💸 ​The only downside is that parking is unfortunately scarce; you have to drive around a bit to find it. 🚗 Overall, highly recommended! 🔝

28/12/2025: If I could give zero stars I would... totally embarrassing 28 euros for 2 toasts with chicken... I'm attaching a photo of the amount of chicken in the toast... I don't think there's any need to add anything else.

18/12/2025: The Capatoast restaurant, located inside the Gran Roma Shopping Center, is small but very convenient for a quick bite. We've tried their toasted sandwiches several times, and they're always excellently prepared: delicious, with fresh, and flavorful ingredients. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. An excellent choice for a quick, quality snack while shopping.

12/02/2026: Decent atmosphere. Very good and plentiful food. Possibility to watch football matches. Decent/high prices depending on the order. Suitable for all budgets. Courtesy and friendliness are the hallmarks. Highly recommended. Reservations are always recommended! Quite a popular place.

28/10/2025: The cake was hard and burnt, impossible to cut. The restaurant needs to modernize both its menu and the dining room. The room was deafeningly silent and had an unpleasant odor.

02/03/2026: Greeted condescendingly by the waitress, after more than five minutes, without acknowledging our presence, I went straight to the cashier to politely ask for the menus and if it were possible to grab two first courses on the fly because we had a train to catch soon, otherwise we'd have to leave the table. The annoyed waitress handed me the menus without comment. We ordered two gricias, which arrived over thirty minutes later, during which time we hadn't even been served bread. She still charged us a cover charge, specifying that the bread was paid separately. Oh well. All for 100 grams of dry pasta, drowned in some sort of cheese water (definitely not pecorino) to simulate a creamy sauce. In the end, we missed our train. 25 euros well spent. Answer for the owner: The restaurant wasn't crowded at all, quite the opposite. Waiting five minutes just for a menu in a half-empty restaurant, with the waitress who has already greeted you impatiently and who passes you by five times without the slightest attention, is not normal; it shows poor customer care and low-quality service. I assure you, this isn't my first time eating at a restaurant, and I understand how staff should behave; I have no expectations beyond what's acceptable on this point. Bread is brought regardless of how much the customer ordered, especially if you expect it to take 35-40 minutes for two plates of GRICIA (after all, 12 minutes of cooking doesn't justify the wait time), or at most, it's the waiter who asks the customer and not the other way around. You find it impossible that I was told that you pay separately. I reiterate that I was, by the same impatient waitress; I have no reason to make things up. Politely asking if you can eat quickly (two dishes on the fly) for specific reasons isn't crazy, and could have two possible answers: yes or no. It's an indirect request for the time the staff anticipates having to prepare two entrees based on the number of customers present. The irritated grumble and annoyed request to know what I wanted to order in order to respond to this request doesn't fall under either of these two options. I don't usually leave reviews, especially not negative ones, but in this case I felt the need, and that's no coincidence.

The red snapper... accompanied by other ingredients that accentuate the main ingredient. Very clean and modern atmosphere. Attentive and well-prepared service. 12/10/2025: Excellent food, top-quality ingredients, EXCELLENT value for money. We spent very little and had a fantastic meal. Considering that we'd also had an aperitif before lunch while we waited, We enjoyed it first by the fireplace, then moved to the stove, while it was raining outside!!! Wonderful atmosphere, it feels like being in Trentino.

03/01/2026: We had scamorza with truffle, crocetta with mortadella, and meatballs in tomato sauce as an appetizer. I had the artichoke, guanciale, and pecorino cheese first course, excellent. It was just a shame it was supposed to be fettuccine, but it turned out to be tuna. My husband and daughter had excellent pizza, but we were disappointed by the mistaken amatriciana pizza. It was supposed to have tomato purée, but there weren't, and the guanciale was raw, uneatable slices, but the dough was good. Then we also tried a spadone di carne, which was also excellent.

02/01/2026: We already knew the restaurant and decided to spend New Year's Eve there. It was a truly positive experience, with fresh, excellent food and very helpful, kind, and efficient staff despite it being a busy evening. The music and entertainment made the evening even better; we went home satisfied and happy!

The place is always clean and sanitized, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. Highly recommended.
