The guanciale was perfectly crispy, the sauce was unbelievably creamy without a drop of cream, and the spaghetti was cooked to a perfect al dente. The restaurant even served it from a giant cheese wheel, which was a fantastic touch. The tiramisu afterwards was also divine. It's clear they use high-quality ingredients. 15/11/2025: Cozy place. Not easy to find, but it's in a cute little narrow street. Very friendly and kind service! And the food is very delicious, especially the lamb is sensational! If you're nearby, don't miss it, you won't regret it!

The food is undoubtedly good, the risotto in particular was truly interesting. Unfortunately, the price was higher than expected. Overall, if you're on a budget, it's an excellent restaurant.

The true star is the bread, especially the historic loaf with the distinctive hole in the center: fragrant, fragrant, a true symbol of Tolfa tradition. 16/08/2025: Hot bottled water is a no-go in the summer. The appetizer platters were good, but the eggplant parmigiana was burnt and left a slightly bitter taste in the mouth, which needs to be reconsidered, especially since for €13 I expect better. The rice balls were decent, but the rice was overcooked, the pizza dough was too heavy, and the arrosticini were decent. Two beers were included, and €80 was definitely too much for the quality of the products.

07/09/2025: Hello, I wanted to tell you about my experience with my family who booked in this hotel. We can't say anything about the welcome, but the room was dirty and not cleaned well as there were dirty sheets, e-cigarette butts on the floor and in the bathroom a chewing gum stuck to the sink, dirty shower and dirty curtain of who knows what, in my opinion it is not hygienic even if you stay one night because the price is not low enough to find all this and yet it should not happen.

29/08/2025: Bar Gianni is the place everyone would love to have on their doorstep... bar, pizzeria, tobacconist, snack bar, lottery and related services, post office, and so on. The entire staff is always helpful and friendly. Well done guys!!!! Try Domenico's pizza... delicious!

19/11/2025: We mostly had pizza and focaccia, so I can't fully evaluate the food, and that wouldn't be fair. In any case, the dough was good (I always have trouble digesting carbohydrates) and the ingredients were excellent. A truly excellent wine list with an impressive variety. We'll definitely be back to try other dishes. There were a lot of us, and the staff was very patient and kind.
