16/09/2025: Odd to be told at end that I must pay 3 euros for tap water. Didnt mind at all having to pay 2 euros for bread i didnt ask for because it was great and so was the beef and mash.

13/09/2025: Poor, second-rate fish, like the Chinese, slow and unprofessional service. They brought us an already-open bottle of prosecco to the table. Not to mention the lunch with bees circling our plates, making us ask to move to the inside dining room (they would have left us there). After the appetizer, we didn't continue; we just asked for the bill. We'll never return.

25/10/2025: We arrived at lunchtime without a reservation. We needed a table for two. Initially it didn't seem to be available, but after careful "searching," we found one... luckily 😅 (it was well past 1:30 PM). The location may not be the rustic village restaurant you'd expect, but the kindness and quality of the food served was commendable. It's easy to get to, being in the city center of Cofi within walking distance. Ad maiora semper.

13/10/2025: Had lunch on Sunday afternoon, beautifully prepared dishes including delicious risotto. The service was super friendly!

20/10/2025: The place is beautiful, and the staff's hospitality and kindness are certainly excellent, even excessive at times. The food is undoubtedly good, the risotto in particular was truly interesting. Unfortunately, the price was higher than expected. Overall, if you're on a budget, it's an excellent restaurant.

13/10/2025: Every time I pass through Tolfa, a visit to the bakery is a must. The true star is the bread, especially the historic loaf with the distinctive hole in the center: fragrant, fragrant, a true symbol of Tolfa tradition. 17/09/2025: They sell pizzas a taglio (tomato, mozzarella, bianca, ham, potato). It's best to go early in the morning because they have a lot of sales. They also sell bread and some sweets

19/11/2025: We mostly had pizza and focaccia, so I can't fully evaluate the food, and that wouldn't be fair. In any case, the dough was good (I always have trouble digesting carbohydrates) and the ingredients were excellent. A truly excellent wine list with an impressive variety. We'll definitely be back to try other dishes. There were a lot of us, and the staff was very patient and kind.
