13/10/2025: A true institution for those who know Tolfa. I was lucky enough to see Adriana at work, and certain images are unforgettable: she would place the pan in the wood-fired oven, then, halfway through cooking, she would take it out with a confident gesture and place it on the counter. Then, with her plate piled high with mozzarella, she would top it with her unmistakable gesture. A gesture that has remained in the hearts of those lucky enough to watch her work. Today, the baton has been passed to Rosella and Raffaella, who continue to carry on this beautiful tradition with love and simplicity. The shop is still there, on the Tolfa avenue, tiny, but rich in history and flavor. The pizza? Just one, as always: mozzarella. It's not thin, it's not thick: it's unique. Every 10-15 minutes, a steaming pan comes out. Watch your taste buds! It's piping hot... and impossible to wait. For those who go there today, it's a corner of the true Tolfa, still intact. You have to try it at least once in your life. But trust me: it will be the first of many.

01/06/2025: Exceptional ice cream, the fruit flavors are superb, the mango one makes you feel the fruit as pure as the fruit. I'm trying the others too and I have to say that they all deserve it. I end by saying that courtesy and kindness are the order of the day unlike other ice cream shops in the area like kalacta where they are rude and treat children badly. I highly recommend it.

07/09/2025: Warm welcome, excellent food and advice about what to order. Perfect portion sizes. I especially loved the fettuccine al boscaiolo and the coniglio but everything including the dolci was great. Very picturesque setting too, with good outdoor shade.

09/11/2025: I was hoping for something more. The staff was very friendly, but there was a lack of coordination with the order of service, with some entrees being served while we still had to finish our appetizers and others arriving 10 minutes later. The food quality was good, but not much more. The wine cellar was well-stocked, and the person who helped us choose the wine was very knowledgeable and competent; the price markup, however, was a bit steep.

04/11/2025: Overhyped in my opinion. I ordered a tomato and cucumber salad, but they only brought tomatoes because they ran out of cucumbers and didn’t tell me so I could change or cancel my order. The pasta was just okay. Nice ambiance, but overall not worth the hype.

27/10/2025: 🥩 Bisteccheria Vivarelli – Torvaianica Very good, well-cooked meat, but they also have all kinds of dishes for every taste. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is fast. I especially recommend the bistecca with a side dish—a sure hit! 🔥👌

16/10/2025: I stopped in for pizza by the slice, and I have to say it was really good. The place was crowded but welcoming, with quick service. You can also eat at the covered tables on the street. Parking nearby was difficult to find. The place's specialty is meat, and from the aromas I smelled, it looked delicious.

20/09/2025: Italy's best tasting Gelato !!! Great family run business. If you're travelling through the Lazio region, detour through Fondi and pay them visit.

20/09/2025: If you are ever passing through Fondi or simply staying in the town, I strongly suggest that you taste Fondi's best gelato store. Amazing frozen yogurt and the kindest staff ever!! If I could rate this 6 stars, I would 🤩!! The atmosphere is absolutely fun and friendly.

20/10/2025: Aeternum Beer Shop Roma (Google Map: Via Tunisi, 57, 00192 Roma RM, Italy). This neighborhood bar near the hotel has 10 draft beers on tap, plus some cans. (Untapped, see the menu.) The staff was friendly, and it felt like everyone was a regular. Birrificio La Monna is their signature brand. I tried five: Tre Ganci, LA ROMANHELLES, Te Possino, Bock, and ALVARO. They were all pretty good.

21/07/2025: If you want some good drinks doubt this is the place, service was actually laughable. Waiter spilled the drinks, dropped the napkins then after placing them down walked away without a care. Also, didn't check up when we were clearly done. Weird exp

15/10/2025: Great for lunch, but I imagine it's also suitable for large events, given the space. The grill is fantastic, the meat excellent. The side dishes are also top-notch.
