20/10/2025: Aeternum Beer Shop Roma (Google Map: Via Tunisi, 57, 00192 Roma RM, Italy). This neighborhood bar near the hotel has 10 draft beers on tap, plus some cans. (Untapped, see the menu.) The staff was friendly, and it felt like everyone was a regular. Birrificio La Monna is their signature brand. I tried five: Tre Ganci, LA ROMANHELLES, Te Possino, Bock, and ALVARO. They were all pretty good.

14/10/2025: In May, we celebrated our daughter Francesca's first birthday and everything was perfect! We had a wonderful time; Neville and Fernando were incredibly kind and helpful. Our guests were impressed by the location, surrounded by greenery, and the decorations were more than we'd initially agreed upon (they even gave us a free column of balloons). The value for money was extraordinary!

16/10/2025: We're a group of Spaniards in Tuscania. We've been to several different places, and they've all been really nice except for this one. First of all, due to the language barrier, they brought us a pizza board that we NEVER ordered (she tried to give us the leftovers). She told us she only had that, and when we told her we wanted something else, she said goodbye. Once we paid for the drink, we were about to leave, and the owner said she'd made us a whole pizza (it had a tomato-based crust, nothing else, and again, WE NEVER ORDERED THAT), and she ended by saying that we should be Spanish and go back to our own country. The rest of the waiters were very nice. The owner was unpleasant and xenophobic. EDIT: I'm editing the review so I can respond to the owner. We arrived at 8:50 p.m., when the place, on Google, says it's open until 11:00 p.m. on Sunday. If you want to close early, it's not your customers' problem, as they arrived more than two hours early. If not, change the hours you listed on Google. Secondly, we NEVER got around to ordering ANYTHING. You brought us the leftovers you had, and when we paid for our drinks because you kicked us out for not wanting the leftovers, you said as we were leaving that you were making another pizza we DIDN'T ORDER. A pizza that was on the counter and was just dough and tomato, nothing else. At least you're not denying that you're a xenophobe who told us to go back to our country; that does you credit. I repeat: If you're coming from outside, don't visit this place. There are many others where you'll be treated with love and respect, and where you'll eat incredibly well.

12/10/2025: Terrible service. He tried to give us what he had left without warning us or even asking. After telling us we didn't want that, he treated us rudely and told us to pay. We left without dinner and with a very bad taste in our mouths. Disgraceful.

04/10/2025: A beautiful place to relax, with a dreamlike landscape. The property is well-maintained, though it would also lack a small table in the room and a slightly larger TV.

25/11/2025: I attended a conference at the Hotel Mercure Roma West and had an extremely positive experience. The conference rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and perfectly organized from a technical and logistical standpoint. The staff was efficient, friendly, and always available to meet guests' needs. The coffee breaks and catering service were also excellent. A professional setting, ideal for events, conferences, and business meetings. Highly recommended.

I visited this restaurant for dinner, but from the moment I arrived, I had the feeling I'd chosen the wrong place: the music was quite loud and there were many people enjoying cocktails and other drinks after dinner. I'd booked in the afternoon and was given a table for two, but it wasn't ready when we arrived. Browsing the menu, I immediately noticed it was different from the one published on the website: in particular, they were no longer serving pinsa (the main reason we'd chosen the restaurant), but only pizzas. So we changed and opted for the "Mitico" option, described as "a huge selection of cured meats, cheeses, pickled vegetables, bruschetta, and daily specials, all accompanied by freshly baked focaccia and mixed fried foods." However, our table received: cured meats (excellent quality), a single type of cheese, a plate of chips with two supplì each, one bruschetta each, and a focaccia for two to share. The daily specials and pickled vegetables were therefore missing, and overall the selection of cheeses, bruschetta, and focaccia seemed more limited than described on the menu. The place is nevertheless very well-kept and clean; the staff is friendly and helpful, and the drinks selection is also excellent. Overall, however, I think it's more suitable for an aperitif or after-dinner drink rather than a proper dinner, despite the menu also offering several main course options.

05/11/2025: As a true Foresto, as always, a simple request was enough to convince me to have an apericena with friends/colleagues. No sooner said than done, I sat at the table ordering a delicious, fresh bottle of Passerina, which I'm an expert on. It's no coincidence that I won the bet with the staff who served us: 12.5° is the alcohol content of Passerina. The atmosphere, courtesy, and friendliness of the staff were there, despite our demanding requests. We pointed out the poor quality of the IPA beer (two out of two glasses were bad). The staff inquired and, upon discovering that it was, in fact, the dregs, they immediately replaced it. Some of us chose Passerina and Giulietta, others beer and burgers. Everyone was very satisfied. Congratulations, I'll definitely be back.

16/10/2025: The tablecloths were white, but the cutlery was glass. Cleanliness wasn't good. The pizza wasn't bad either for €8-10. Chili seasoning in a plastic container was served at the table, and the cheapest olive oil was served at the table... sorry, not again!!
