Lunch with mountain biker friends who were a little out of touch due to our fault but the restaurant didn't bat an eyelid, the very courteous and efficient owner served us with professionalism and friendliness. A Sardinian platter with cured meats and Sardinian cheeses of different ages, honey and bruschetta with pecorino cream, fried ravioli, a trip to Sardinia. Spacious carbonara served in a pan and roasted Sardinian suckling pig served on cork bark as per tradition. Absolutely honest account. Congratulations to everyone, keep going, we'll see you again!

Dopo essere stai qui una prima volta una ventina di giorni fa,siamo voluti tornare anche per il pranzo di Natale, perché ci eravamo trovati benissimo.Anche questa volta è stato tutto perfetto, antipasto Rugantino con affettati e formaggi molto buoni,ricotta freschissima, fagioli con le coriche delicati ma gustosi.Come primo abbiamo preso culurgiones classici e un fuori menù,culurgiones rivisitati,vari gusti alla cacio e pepe, perfetto connubio tra cucina sarda e romana.Come secondo abbacchio e una grigliata mista,a me piace la carne ben cotta, nonostante questo era perfetta,morbida e succosa.Per finire,come dolce la pardula,buonissima!Il servizio è veloce,sono tutti molto gentili e c'è una grande attenzione nei confronti del cliente, per esempio è la prima volta che mi viene chiesto se vogliamo acqua di frigo o a temperatura ambiente. Torneremo e lo consigliamo a tutti

For dinner as a couple, a very nice restaurant with Sardinian (but also Roman) cuisine specialities. We started with a Sardinian platter that left us amazed by the absolute quality of both the cheeses, highly sought after, with nuanced flavors that only quality products can offer, and the cold cuts, also of excellent quality. This appetizer is an excellent business card, to be tried without a doubt. We moved on to the first courses, culurgiones and malloreddus, perfect, unmistakable flavors and abundant dishes, a delight. We finished with the obligatory dessert in these cases, seadas of superlative quality, truly unmissable. The myrtle (both white and red) kindly offered was greatly appreciated. A special note for the owner, nice and very friendly with whom we also exchanged a chat at the end of the evening. We will definitely be back.
