09/09/2025: Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. We ordered a portion of fries for an appetizer, which were served only after three reminders, accompanied by an apology and a promise to offer them as a courtesy—a promise that was later broken and deducted from our bill. For first courses, we had a carbonara and a risotto alla milanese. The risotto was quite good, while the carbonara was decidedly "touristy": the egg was almost completely curdled and the bacon was soft. All this was accompanied by a couple of bottles of still water, for a total bill of almost €50. Needless to say, I won't be returning.

27/09/2025: A family lunch for a change. The atmosphere was quiet and pleasant, with a slightly shabby chic, retro feel. Quality food, a menu that changes based on seasonal availability, and some slightly daring pairings that might not be to everyone's taste. I don't know if it was an exceptional event, but the service was really slow; the staff, however, was courteous and helpful. Prices were a bit excessive, especially for the wines.

19/07/2025: My wife, Ilaria, and I were passing through Frosinone and had the pleasure of being welcomed into this wonderful place. The owner is attentive and caring about her guests' well-being. We had a carbonara and a tartar, two simply exceptional dishes. Combined with the service and the price, we left feeling happy and satisfied. Thank you and congratulations, Fabrizio and Ilaria

12/07/2025: Hospitality, friendliness, professionalism, quality... And I could use many more adjectives to describe this place, but they'd all be limiting. An intimate and welcoming location that makes you feel immediately "at home." Ilaria welcomes you with a smile on her face and in her eyes that invites you to do the same... Maria, the chef, has mastery in her hands and passion in her heart: the perfect combination to create high-quality dishes that delight the eye, the palate, and the soul. Local cuisine, updated and improved (to my taste), international touches suited to our Italian roots, meat, fish, and even plenty of vegan options for those like me who prefer it, and excellent value. In short... so much, so much. Well done, girls! Keep up the good work.

18/06/2025: I came on Saturday night, despite the people they made us sit down, the staff served us immediately with kindness, the appetizers were something fabulous never tasted something so particular and refined, very high quality meat cooked on the grill and you can choose it, exceptional handmade desserts.

12/06/2025: Fantastic truly Roman restaurant very off the beaten track. I had Tonarelli with black truffles, excellent abbacchio and an amazing pistachio tartuffo.

09/10/2025: Gelato was not great and poor costumer service. An unfriendly blonde female served us. She was clearly unhappy and bitter. If you’re a tourist, don’t go there. There’s a better gelateria called Sergio’s on the same street.

07/06/2025: My favorite pub in Centocelle. It has a decent outdoor space. The place inside is nice, nothing memorable but welcoming. Excellent selection of beers and their sandwiches are truly incredible, with a careful and not obvious selection. Pulled Pork to try. The only flaw is the slightly slow service, but nothing exhausting

26/05/2025: Ho promesso a Claudia, Laura e Claudio che avrei scritto la mia recensione ed eccola qua: premetto che sono cresciuto a Monte Romano...anche se ormai da quasi 20 anni vivo a Marina di Cerveteri, quindi conosco i proprietari da sempre...Veramente Brave persone: gentili, simpatiche e accoglienti. Anche ieri si sono dimostrate tali mettendoci a nostro agio. Con me c'erano mia moglie, mia madre e i miei figli...Tutti siamo rimasti entusiasti per i buonissimi piatti tradizionali che abbiamo assaporato: mezze maniche alla carbonara (io e mia madre), crostini e zucchine (mia moglie, i crostini come li faceva mia madre...che ora vista l'età e lo stato di saluta non cucina più), fettuccine al ragù da favola per i miei figli...panna cotta per tutti alla fine come dolce. Per me è stato un piacere ri-gustare quei sapori e quell'atmosfera di casa e di paese in cui sono cresciuto...Poi a fine pranzo abbiamo fatto due chiacchiere con tutti loro...Mi sono complimentato...Mi è piaciuto quello che ha detto Claudio: che sin da bambino sognava di riaprire la trattoria che la nonna Marfisa da giovane aveva avuto e che gli raccontava quando era bambino. Bravi...nell'aver creduto nei vostri sogni tanto da non mollarli in un cassetto...Perché come diceva Pietro Mennea: "con la fatica e con il sudore...si realizzano i sogni!"...Ma ci vuole anche coraggio aggiungo io...e voi ne avete avuto! Complimenti e avanti così! Un abbraccio a tutti!

26/09/2025: A hidden place, behind a vending machine.... Then you enter and find an excellent place with quality food and lots of friendliness....

16/09/2025: The 25 euro fixed menu is spectacular; you can eat there for three days, the food is very good and authentic. It's best to book, as it's always full.

14/09/2025: Every now and then, when we're in the area, we pop in for lunch because the food is excellent, the place is spacious, and the service is efficient. Today, we had excellent spaghetti with sea bream ragù and pecorino cheese; the combination worked well; the cheese didn't overpower the flavor of the fish. The appetizers were good, as was the Caesar salad. The price is fair.

13/09/2025: It's a neighborhood favorite, perfect for aperitifs or dinner. The atmosphere is elegant, cheerful, and well-attended. Comfortable tables both inside and out. Fast service, especially excellent first courses. Recommended.

03/10/2025: I happened to run into a street performer and enjoyed an impromptu performance. It was a small blessing today.

14/09/2025: Definitely not suitable for vegetarians or vegans: the only sandwich offered contains no protein at all (they put a potato croquette in it), so it wouldn't take much to improve it! The desserts are delicious.

15/06/2025: Discovered by chance, we tried the pizza tour, a €18 menu with flaky potatoes, bruschetta, red pizzas and with mozzarella and anchovies. Then pizzas of your choice at the Center...finally pizza and Nutella...I would recommend without granulated sugar on top, but it's a matter of personal taste! Beer, water and Coke included!! Oh, and the dishes without salt 🧂...it takes a bit! Anyway, we had a good time and I recommend it! Air-conditioned place

24/05/2025: I had dinner with a large group of friends last night, the owner took our order, very accommodating, kind and available to explain the menu, and even though there were eight of us, everything arrived very quickly The breads and fried foods are abundant to say the least, as well as good, really a lot, it makes it difficult to leave something on your plate despite the quantities. I will definitely return, I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a nice evening in company in front of quality food

04/03/2025: Nice and welcoming place, if I really have to make a note I would do it to the waitress... we order some sandwiches she tells us the names and by a show of hands we get them... we start eating and then we realize that a friend of mine is eating mine, while I have his... the menu and the products should be the first thing the waiters need to know. Only note, everything else is fine
