Giurges In Fondi

Nice atmosphere. We've been there before. I don't know if management has changed, but we found it to be worse. Limited selection. I ordered a hamburger bun, and they asked me how done it was. I asked if it could be rare, and they said yes. The first time, the hamburger arrived well done. I sent it back because I don't eat sauces, so it was really dry. The second time, it arrived well done, but by then it was late, so I ate it because I was hungry and didn't want to throw away any more food. It's a shame because the ingredients were good, but the price (14 euros for a hamburger bun with lettuce and tomato) and the service could really be improved.

Very nice pub with an outdoor area, very friendly staff, excellent beers and desserts such as fried food... my sausage sandwich was very strong, but perhaps I didn't read it correctly...

In the center of Fondi, with ample private parking, a warm, welcoming, and well-maintained location. Impeccable service, from table preparation to customer service. The extensive menu features local delicacies, and not all of it is meticulously prepared and beautifully served. The selection of wines, draft beer, and spirits is also extensive and select. Recommended for its convenience, welcoming atmosphere, quality food and beverages, and very reasonable prices.

The quality of the raw materials is exceptional... the tartare is divine. Crispy, non-greasy fried food... the used oil is left elsewhere... succulent burger, top-quality meats. Kudos to Marco. A cornerstone of Giurges, his advice is as precious as the Holy Bible. Passionate about his work, always professional. He recommends beers with stories and anecdotes... Alberto Angela, move aside.
