26/08/2025: Nice atmosphere... the owners are hospitable and even willing to move the fan... Delicious dishes (see photo)... the only flaw is a lot of salt in the fried fish and chips (but perhaps the chef overdid it). Otherwise, nothing to complain about. Prices are average. We'll be back.

23/08/2025: We booked by phone and immediately liked their friendliness. The first courses were delicious and generous, both meat and fish. While we waited, they brought us bruchetta with sautéed cabbage and mushrooms. We finished with fried fish. The person serving two forces of nature—strength and friendliness—were their hallmarks. Thank you, we had a great time.

12/10/2025: For a Sunday outing, a stop in Fumone... ghost stories and tales tinged with suspense... a very pretty castle and village... where for lunch? Stop here... excellent all-round selection... hospitality, courtesy, and kindness Excellent food... a must try

07/09/2025: A truly pleasant discovery. We wanted to eat outside the walls of Fiuggi. The tables are well-spaced and separated. A young woman welcomes us with a smile and immediately puts us at ease. The food is excellent and plentiful. We ordered the tripletta al sugo as an appetizer, and I must say it was truly top-notch. It was served with chili pepper and excellent pecorino cheese. The main courses were lamb, plentiful and perfectly cooked, and chicken legs, fried and then baked—I don't think there were even any bones left. The homemade dessert was excellent. All washed down with an excellent Cesanese. The bill was another pleasant surprise, excellent value for money. The only shame is that they don't have private parking.

22/09/2025: When we booked and after reading the reviews, our expectations were high, but not for the atmosphere and service, which we immediately imagined would be "down-to-earth," but especially for the food. We were four adults and a two-year-old child. We arrived at 12:50. At 1:30, we were served drinks: still water, sparkling water, and half a liter of red wine. At 2:00, we were brought an appetizer consisting of: a tray of mixed cold cuts, five slices of cheese, a small plate of sautéed zucchini, a small plate of peppers, and a small plate of eggplant. Next, we opted for the mezze maniche alla amatriciana. We were brought a beautiful tray of pasta, inviting to look at but terrifying to taste. More than an amatriciana, it tasted like an arrabbiata, especially considering there was a two-year-old child there who, poor thing, couldn't eat anything. We didn't order a second course because it was already past 4:00 PM and the child was a bit confused. We only had four coffees brought to us. Moral of the story: the lady presented us with a bill of €140, which we paid "strictly" in cash. I don't think anything else needs to be said.

20/09/2025: If you are ever passing through Fondi or simply staying in the town, I strongly suggest that you taste Fondi's best gelato store. Amazing frozen yogurt and the kindest staff ever!! If I could rate this 6 stars, I would 🤩!! The atmosphere is absolutely fun and friendly.

19/06/2025: We happened upon it by chance, I was very tired and, given the abnormal traffic due to the hailstorm, instead of driving 30km in two hours to get home, my wife and I decided to stop for a pizza. Friendliness, courtesy and excellent round pizzas (giant, ultra-topped, fragrant dough) were a wonderful gift. Well done. I also really appreciated the little gift at the end. In the meantime, the traffic had eased, in 20 minutes we were home. Satisfied and with a full stomach. Highly recommended pizzeria.

13/07/2025: If you're looking for a place nearby to eat excellent meat, Bistecchiera Ponziani is definitely a good choice. It's a shame about the rest: the dessert (millefoglie) wasn't up to par with the other dishes, and the atmosphere wasn't exactly the best. Friendly and courteous service.

26/08/2025: A fun, soulful place, mostly local young people. Small menu, cardboard plates, but very tasty food with its own accent. Cheap, very nice staff. Definitely recommend.

13/09/2025: We wandered into Pane e Vino near the end of their lunch service. Wow! What a wonderful surprise! This is an authentic local osteria with limited but expertly prepared menu. Everything was delicious. The pasta was al dente, cooked in a slightly spicy pomodoro sauce that you couldn't get enough of. The house vino and bread were divine too. My husband's coniglio and my chicken were perfectly baked paired with fresh salad -- healthy and yummy! We had to skip dessert and the espresso shot because we had an appointment to get too but they looked good too. Get there by 2pm for lunch, although another group came in at 2:15 and were seated. Very reasonable priced - a local lunch spot near Fontechiari - and sparkling clean too. Must try if in the area. We'll be back!

06/09/2025: You can only eat by reservation, meaning that simply reserving a table isn't enough... We discovered that if you then want to eat appetizers you have to reserve them... well... anyway, the food was good but very, perhaps, too seasoned and lacking in variety, a modest trattoria.

26/05/2025: Ho promesso a Claudia, Laura e Claudio che avrei scritto la mia recensione ed eccola qua: premetto che sono cresciuto a Monte Romano...anche se ormai da quasi 20 anni vivo a Marina di Cerveteri, quindi conosco i proprietari da sempre...Veramente Brave persone: gentili, simpatiche e accoglienti. Anche ieri si sono dimostrate tali mettendoci a nostro agio. Con me c'erano mia moglie, mia madre e i miei figli...Tutti siamo rimasti entusiasti per i buonissimi piatti tradizionali che abbiamo assaporato: mezze maniche alla carbonara (io e mia madre), crostini e zucchine (mia moglie, i crostini come li faceva mia madre...che ora vista l'età e lo stato di saluta non cucina più), fettuccine al ragù da favola per i miei figli...panna cotta per tutti alla fine come dolce. Per me è stato un piacere ri-gustare quei sapori e quell'atmosfera di casa e di paese in cui sono cresciuto...Poi a fine pranzo abbiamo fatto due chiacchiere con tutti loro...Mi sono complimentato...Mi è piaciuto quello che ha detto Claudio: che sin da bambino sognava di riaprire la trattoria che la nonna Marfisa da giovane aveva avuto e che gli raccontava quando era bambino. Bravi...nell'aver creduto nei vostri sogni tanto da non mollarli in un cassetto...Perché come diceva Pietro Mennea: "con la fatica e con il sudore...si realizzano i sogni!"...Ma ci vuole anche coraggio aggiungo io...e voi ne avete avuto! Complimenti e avanti così! Un abbraccio a tutti!

08/09/2025: A lovely find behind Lake Paterno. Friendly, helpful, and clean. Excellent dishes, both appetizers and first and second courses. Fresh food with Roman and local specialties. Parking along the road. Highly recommended.

02/09/2025: I went with a group of 19, including 10 children. They reserved a slightly more secluded area for us to ensure the guests enjoy the quiet atmosphere the place offers, but also to allow us to better manage our dinner with so many children. Friendly staff: "Romans with grace"! Good food, adequately spaced tables. A truly wonderful evening!

12/08/2025: An absolutely fantastic restaurant that we highly recommend. The ambiance, inspired by the hotel's concept, is incredible. Very pleasant and friendly service. The indoor and outdoor areas are beautifully designed. The food is incredibly delicious and freshly prepared. In the evening, before the official dining time, there was an open Ford menu, which you could enjoy at no extra charge. Fantastic. The prices are absolutely reasonable, and the quality of the dishes is top-notch. To finish off, there was always a house lemon liqueur, which was very tasty. We were so impressed the first evening that we didn't want to eat anywhere else. We felt very comfortable.
