The meat is TOP and the owner guides you in the choice according to taste and cooking. Top quality/price ratio and there is free parking. Highly recommended

04/05/2025: Ristorante immerso nella natura della maremma laziale, nel periodo di aprile/maggio 2025 i campi circostanti sono lo sfondo perfetto per tante fotografie meravigliose con il verde del grano. Poco distanti alcune tombe da poter visitare facendo una passeggiata dopo pranzo. Cucina ottima , tutto molto molto buono! Consigliatissimo!

The food was delicious, with particular combinations that are perfect together; the bombettes were delicious, the fried polenta with sausage, dates and everything else was really special. The staff is kind and respectful, especially the owner, a golden person, very patient, funny and explained the dishes with a certain love and passion that made you imagine the flavor even before eating them. The owner was kind enough to even offer me dessert for taking my family there. After reading the reviews I really knew that this place is special, and they are not given as gifts, but deserved. Everything was flavorful and well-prepared, showcasing solid Italian comfort food. What really stood out was the wonderful service. The staff were warm, attentive, and even took the time to recommend red wines to us, which was especially helpful since we’re not wine experts. Great food, even better hospitality, a place worth returning to.
