I tried this place for the first time before Christmas for a dinner with colleagues and I found it truly extraordinary. Delicious food, all local and fresh products, generous and well-seasoned portions, excellent cleanliness of the place. Both the welcome and the service from the owner Riccardo were excellent! Not to mention the prices, more than good! Good value for money! Pay attention to the anti-Covid19 regulations. This evening I returned for dinner with my partner and I confirm that it wasn't just a first impression, I confirm everything! I recommend their hostaria starter, the first courses I must say all have fresh pasta, tender meat and the truly delicious tiramisu! I returned after some time and I am happy to confirm my previous review.

13/12/2024: Ieri sera eravamo in 24, non pochi da gestire, una cena a base di pizza squisita, ben cotta, ben lievitata, ottimi i condimenti. Speciali anche le pizzelle fritte con salsa di pomodoro. Non ci siamo fatti mancare la pizza con Nutella ed abbiamo assaggiato anche quella Nutella e pere. Grazie ai ragazzi che gentilmente e puntualmente ci hanno servito. Valida anche la selezione delle birre. Ci rivedremo alla prossima occasione!

22/12/2024: Booked table for birthday. Birthday ruined, they wanted to put us out. When asked to stay inside we were rudely informed that it was not possible. Maybe because I booked on the fork? Without a discount, then. Rude staff, you can't leave 6 gentlemen without lunch.

15/12/2024: Reading the previous reviews, I think that in my case perhaps something didn't work. Upon arrival, a dream location, really beautiful but.... the first problem immediately aperitif/starter outdoors on the porch in December with rain... no stove or anything else to heat the environment. In addition to freezing the guests, the dishes also cooled immediately. For the rest, a plentiful and well-stocked starter, with excellent raw fish. We move inside to start lunch and here too there are countless errors.... tables for 8 people where the guests were not served simultaneously, while one finished eating the others still had to be served.... at the same table it is inconceivable. Furthermore, the last to be served received cold dishes or in some cases we had to point out that they had forgotten to serve a person. The organization should probably be reviewed. Lastly, the waitress who served my table on several occasions, to clear the table, elbowed her way in with people. Inconceivable, I understand there was a bit of chaos, but you wait and ask permission. For the rest, I don't judge the type of food because everyone asks for the menu they prefer, but it's also difficult to appreciate a plate of pasta served cold.

03/12/2024: My wife and I got married on 6/7/24 at Rubino. Five months later, our relatives and friends still talk about our wedding with pleasure, remembering the fun, the excellent food and how much they were pampered. The choice of Rubino was completely random, as we didn't know him, except from hearsay from friends. What struck us immediately was the location, beautiful and impeccably maintained. The owners were super welcoming, showing us and giving us all the information and useful advice to make our day unique and magical. They were super willing to listen to our needs and make sure they could be achievable. The staff was professional, kind and ready to resolve any problems that may arise. As for the dishes, food of the highest quality and cooked in a sublime way. The attention and care for the little things with which all the Rubino staff work makes it truly special. 05/12/2024: I want to go to the Vatican Museum and found this cafe on Google. There are many choices, including breads and meat. You can tell the clerk about the portion size. The only pity is that the meat is cold. In addition to coffee, there is also fresh food. Orange juice~~

Giorgia and Gloria followed us step by step throughout the preparation with patience, availability and professionalism. A thunderous applause to all the dining room staff: every waiter and all the kitchen staff proved to be competent, attentive, professional and discreet in their service. Note of merit to the maitre Emiliano who accompanied us throughout the day, putting himself, in fact, at our service and giving us precious information. Amazing food. Everyone did their part to make our day perfect and wonderful. It wouldn't be right to influence the review for this but I'll add a side note for the only flaw: terrible experience with the florist of the location. For floral arrangements, look elsewhere. For everything else, the Vecchio Borgo is the location you are looking for for your special day. Highly recommended!

25/06/2024: Beautiful venue, very nice and elegant but also informal, very beautiful and fun shows, burlesque performances, I highly recommend with the artist Candy Rose. The best way to spend a nice evening.

27/07/2024: We went yesterday for a birthday, it's not the first time but it's the first time on the adventure part, so the place is fantastic and lends itself very well for birthdays mainly, I give 4 stars only for a question of tact, so I have a son with a malformation in his hand, so he hasn't developed the fingers of one hand, but this doesn't stop him from doing anything because we've done an immense job to not make him feel different, so yesterday when he went together you have children to prepare I said in anyway he comes back straight away because he's scared and doesn't go up, which is what happened, I hadn't noticed and I didn't insist because I knew he was scared, instead a girl who works there approached me and told me look, they told me he can do it the small one, I still didn't know anything, I told my son, come on, let's overcome this fear and go to the small one instead, then I understood why they were talking to each other because he hadn't had him prepared for the problem with his hand, so I ask you have people in charge of doing more social refresher courses, you have employees who know how to handle every situation, since my son didn't do it out of fear, not for THE HAND, because he does everything, and they thought it was a problem for him they should have called me to tell me and not the child, luckily I'm trying to raise my son with the knowledge that yes he is missing fingers but he can't say I can't because I have this problem but I have to try, anyway in the end we managed to do the small route and overcome our fear, but he didn't have any problems with his hand, so I'll give you some advice: be more careful in how you approach these situations mainly because not everyone has the character of my son and they can feel bad, For the rest, I saw that there is also a restaurant, I didn't eat there but I think the food is good Regardless, it's a place I recommend

09/08/2024: This is a solid pizza spot where you can get small personal sized pizzas, which are of high quality. It’s tucked in a corner and attracts a lot of locals which tells you it’s a hidden gem. Check it out for a quick pizza stop and a drink.

15/11/2024: Very informal place and resting place along the Via Francigena. We stopped on our motorbike coming down from Tuscany along the Cassia and it is definitely a place to keep in mind for next times. Both indoor and outdoor tables, fast service, homemade pasta and homemade sauces. Homemade desserts.
