24/12/2025: A phenomenal little bodega type cafe. The food was great, service was awesome. It was obviously a family owned restaurant as the family was all working there.

04/12/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Welcoming bar and pleasant atmosphere. The girl serving is kind and professional, and the cappuccino is really good. A place where you feel at ease right away. Overall good management, you can sense the care and attention they give to their customers.

05/10/2025: I sat down with my husband with a meager appetite, yet we ate incredibly well. Their amazing focaccia, picanha tartare, coppodè burger, and their fries—all delicious. 26/10/2025: Back to this little restaurant, and once again, an experience to treasure! This time on a Saturday night, the restaurant was almost fully booked, yet the service was impeccable, the atmosphere intimate and refined, and the food sublime. We were delighted to discover new culinary offerings and appreciate the new accolades received by this young team of professionals led by Chef Alessio. It's truly a pleasure to be pampered by this small but highly original restaurant on the outskirts of Rome. Congratulations, indeed!

10/10/2025: I was in Valmontone for work, I had lunch at Specus and immediately felt at home. Alessio and Flavia welcomed me as if we'd always known each other. The atmosphere was clean and quiet, and the cuisine was authentic and delicious. It will be a destination for three lunches and dinners. My compliments to Alessio and Flavia. 09/12/2025: We chose the old village as the location for our wedding on October 25th. What can I say? We couldn't have made a better choice. The staff immediately proved to be highly knowledgeable and ready to fulfill our every wish. The location is truly breathtaking; as soon as we entered, we had no doubts: this was the perfect place for our big day. The food was exquisite, prepared freshly, and the staff on the day of the event saved our wedding, planning an aperitif and cake outside on a day with very unpredictable weather. I could spend hours listing all the positives we experienced in 10 months of preparation, but it wouldn't be enough. We sincerely hope that all our dearest friends choose the old village for their weddings, so that we can return and surely have another unforgettable and perfectly organized day. Thank you to Sonya, Gloria, and Giorgia for all your support and professionalism, and thank you to all the staff who accompanied us on our wedding day. 28/09/2025: My partner and I spent two nights in Viterbo. It was right across the street from our vacation rental, and we decided to have a few wines. The next morning, we had breakfast there, and in the afternoon, when they had a wine tasting with great music, we went back again. The owners are lovely and treated us wonderfully. The atmosphere was very pleasant and friendly. If we return to Viterbo, we will definitely come back.

11/04/2026: Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience, last night together with my mother and my brother we had dinner at Grazia, the service was very slow, they made a mistake on the meat dishes that we pointed out and they took it away together with the clean plates, I had to ask for the beer twice, the bread with the second courses didn't arrive we had to ask for it twice it didn't arrive, in short they were visibly in total panic

11/04/2026: A quaint, very Roman place (despite the crowds). I went with my family and we were more than satisfied. We started with puntarelle, which I've never tasted so good in my life, and a sautéed chicory that melted in the mouth. We continued with rigatoni con la pajata, which I absolutely recommend, and finished with delicious lamb chops, since it was the day before Easter. To finish, we enjoyed a homemade tiramisu. We weren't lucky because there was a chef missing that day, and the service was slow. We'll definitely be back.
