19/04/2026: Jair is a place we return to out of passion, to rediscover our signature dishes (the mixed antipasto and spaghetti with clams are superb) or to be tempted (the shrimp in filo pastry and tagliolini with shrimp and lime are a must-try). For us, every dish is a treat, in a welcoming, elegant, and relaxing atmosphere that we always love. And the prices...very fair! (€18 per person for the superb antipasto and around €15 for the first courses). Kudos to Ettore, the masterful director of everything!

The game platter was very good, the wild boar pappardelle was excellent, and even though we didn't find the hare, we substituted it with a delicious roe deer pappardelle. The pheasant cacciatore was excellent, and the wild boar meatballs were delicious. Perfect service, very kind owner, and fair price. We'll be back.

26/10/2025: Back to this little restaurant, and once again, an experience to treasure! This time on a Saturday night, the restaurant was almost fully booked, yet the service was impeccable, the atmosphere intimate and refined, and the food sublime. We were delighted to discover new culinary offerings and appreciate the new accolades received by this young team of professionals led by Chef Alessio. It's truly a pleasure to be pampered by this small but highly original restaurant on the outskirts of Rome. Congratulations, indeed!

10/10/2025: I was in Valmontone for work, I had lunch at Specus and immediately felt at home. Alessio and Flavia welcomed me as if we'd always known each other. The atmosphere was clean and quiet, and the cuisine was authentic and delicious. It will be a destination for three lunches and dinners. My compliments to Alessio and Flavia. 09/12/2025: We chose the old village as the location for our wedding on October 25th. What can I say? We couldn't have made a better choice. The staff immediately proved to be highly knowledgeable and ready to fulfill our every wish. The location is truly breathtaking; as soon as we entered, we had no doubts: this was the perfect place for our big day. The food was exquisite, prepared freshly, and the staff on the day of the event saved our wedding, planning an aperitif and cake outside on a day with very unpredictable weather. I could spend hours listing all the positives we experienced in 10 months of preparation, but it wouldn't be enough. We sincerely hope that all our dearest friends choose the old village for their weddings, so that we can return and surely have another unforgettable and perfectly organized day. Thank you to Sonya, Gloria, and Giorgia for all your support and professionalism, and thank you to all the staff who accompanied us on our wedding day. 14/04/2026: €9 for a cocktail in Monteverde is excessive (the same price applies downtown). I won't be returning to this bar.

03/05/2026: Amazing flavors and fantastic service. The pizzas, desserts, and drinks were delicious. On top of all that, Labo and Shon's friendliness and hospitality made us very happy to return. We wish we had had the time to have dinner with this wonderful team a few more times.

28/09/2025: My partner and I spent two nights in Viterbo. It was right across the street from our vacation rental, and we decided to have a few wines. The next morning, we had breakfast there, and in the afternoon, when they had a wine tasting with great music, we went back again. The owners are lovely and treated us wonderfully. The atmosphere was very pleasant and friendly. If we return to Viterbo, we will definitely come back.

08/05/2026: We tried pizza at several places in Rome, and this was by far the best! It's family-run, and they make everything with love and just like home! The pizza really does look homemade, and I'll never forget the taste! It's the best pizza I've ever had! I recommend it to anyone in Rome, even if you're staying on the other side of town, it's worth a visit and a taste of real Italian pizza!

11/04/2026: Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience, last night together with my mother and my brother we had dinner at Grazia, the service was very slow, they made a mistake on the meat dishes that we pointed out and they took it away together with the clean plates, I had to ask for the beer twice, the bread with the second courses didn't arrive we had to ask for it twice it didn't arrive, in short they were visibly in total panic

Beyond the beauty of the venue—modern, welcoming, and spotlessly clean—what drove us to choose them was the wonderful impression we received from the owners: they are wonderful people, genuine and incredibly helpful, who took great care in organizing our event. The food was excellent, appreciated by all the guests, and the service was excellent: the staff was impeccable in managing a large group with professionalism and a smile. Knowing you can rely on people like them for such an important event truly makes a difference. Thank you so much for making my mother's party special.
