08/03/2026: We stayed at the Westin Excelsior for two nights this weekend and booked a suite. Unfortunately, our overall experience did not meet expectations, especially considering the price point. Compared with other hotels in a similar category, we have received noticeably better service, room amenities, organization, and food quality. The hotel itself feels quite dated and, at least in our room, appears not to have been renovated in a very long time. There were also several service shortcomings during our stay. The minibar and water were not replenished, housekeeping entered our room without knocking, and there was no coffee machine in the room, which we would normally expect even in many 3 to 4 star hotels. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the spa area. Unfortunately, the sauna could only be used separately and not as a couple. The steam bath, which could be used together, was not in an acceptable condition. It contained hair from previous guests, had very little steam, and the spa overall did not seem well maintained, with visible signs of mold. Overall, we felt the hotel did not offer value in line with what we paid, and based on this experience, we would not choose to return.

06/03/2026: Dinner with colleagues: we chose this trattoria nestled in the countryside near the Casamari Abbey for its traditional Ciociaria cuisine, based on mutton. I personally opted for gnocchi with mutton sauce and mutton in sauce with a side of sautéed broccoli, the latter grown on site. The handmade gnocchi had just the right consistency, and the masterful mutton in sauce were all served with freshly baked bread, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Payment by card is available, and for those who can't finish the rich and abundant dishes, the hostess provides convenient doggy bags. Five of us paid €190, a fair price considering we ordered the aforementioned items, appetizers, bruschetta, potatoes, arrosticini, coffee, ammazzacaffe, water, and house wine. Recommended.

16/09/2025: We were here early in the morning, when there was practically no one on the street. We took the usual set - coffee and croissant. The service is excellent, the taste is wonderful, and what really surprised us was the price, this is one of the cheapest cafe bars in Gallarat.

23/11/2025: We'd been away for a while, but we were delighted to return with dear friends who regularly frequent this restaurant, famous for its seafood. What can I say? Everything was excellent. The raw fish was a delight, and all the raw and cooked appetizers were truly excellent and beautifully presented. The appetizer portions were so generous that we only managed to order the first course, an excellent spaghetti with clams for everyone. The wine list was also remarkable, and desserts were unforgettable. We'll be back.

31/05/2025: I'm not from Rome but I've been living here for a while, it was great to find a welcoming and warm place for everyone where you can watch the games, drink great beer and dream. The draft beer is all quality but the best are the personalized cans with Roma players, a real treat for fans. The staff is fantastic! A place not to be missed!

04/03/2026: Fascinating restaurant in the back of a wine bar with partially open kitchen (can view final prep) and with seating at common u-shaped bar tables (but deep enough for some privacy). The food was creative and well-prepared. The wine equally esoteric and delicious.

03/03/2026: I went to lunch at this restaurant on the recommendation of friends, intrigued primarily by their interesting research into the world of wine, which had been described to me as one of the restaurant's strengths. For this reason, I asked the staff if they had any wines "off the list," considering that the wine list explicitly states "don't hesitate to ask if you have any requests," as there's much more than what's listed. I therefore expected expertise and the ability to guide me in my choice. Unfortunately, the staff proved completely unprepared: not only were they not offered a valid alternative, but I sensed uncertainty and a lack of knowledge. Considering that wine research should be a distinctive feature of the restaurant, it was a significant disappointment. The food also didn't live up to expectations. I ordered two dishes that turned out to be mediocre: nothing that distinguished the offering from the average. I'm sorry to write this review, because the promise was very promising. I hope the restaurant can improve so as to truly realize the potential it seems to have, at least on paper.

13/01/2026: For me, going to Fiorentino is always a pleasure. I really like the area, the place, and the pizza they offer. Always excellent quality and lots of friendliness. It's a shame about the cramped spaces, but that's also what makes it so special. It's a historic family business, passed down from grandfather to grandson... a beautiful story, in some ways vintage... but authentic.

08/09/2025: Very good food. The brie, honey, walnut, and grape tart was truly exquisite. We enjoyed eating outside at the tables on the street. I can't comment on the ambiance inside. Speaking to people at nearby tables, I noticed a major complaint about the wait times for their dishes. For us, they were normal. The service was attentive and helpful.

15/02/2026: Very good food, friendly and fast staff, prices perfectly in line with the quality of the food and portions, but above all, a great added value is the restaurant's mascot, a gorgeous dachshund! What can I say, I'll definitely be back!
