27/12/2025: We booked almost by chance during our last trip to Viterbo and left with a smile. Exquisite food, impeccable service, and an extraordinary staff, both courteous, attentive, and professional. We were there on a Saturday evening and were also delighted to discover the all-you-can-eat service, managed with great quality. One moment that truly struck us: a staff member, with rare kindness, asked if she could bring our dog some water. A simple gesture, yet full of humanity. We come here often, and yet, until now, we'd never found a place that made us feel truly welcome. This one did. Finally, a place that stays in our hearts and becomes a regular. We'll definitely be back. Truly very satisfied. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

02/09/2025: I went to dinner with friends at this outdoor venue and immediately found the atmosphere wonderful. There's a super trendy pink sandwich van where the girls prepare fantastic sandwiches! There are tables and chairs under gazebos with lights and a lawn; even the kids have fun here! We tried some fantastic, delicious burgers, of which I've attached a photo! In my opinion, the sandwiches are truly high-quality! I highly recommend them.

23/08/2025: We tried their sandwiches out of curiosity and were completely satisfied. Excellent value for money. Very nice and friendly place. Excellent service. The place is run by a super friendly family. We'll definitely be back!

03/01/2026: Our family had one of the best dining experiences of our entire trip to Italy at Il IV Cantone Ristorante De Chiara. Every dish was outstanding—beautifully prepared, full of authentic flavour, and made with such care that you can truly taste the passion behind the kitchen. The service was equally exceptional. The staff were friendly, warm, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel like part of the family from the moment we walked in. One of the highlights of our meal was watching our son enjoy his pasta so much that he ordered the exact same dish twice. It was that good — and honestly, we couldn’t blame him! It’s rare to find a place where the food, atmosphere, and hospitality come together so perfectly, but this restaurant absolutely delivered. We left completely happy, full, and already talking about coming back. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area — an unforgettable meal.

28/12/2025: Very refined atmosphere and a very kind owner! Not intrusive! Very well-kept little place We ate fish: a spectacular shrimp tartare! And a delicious mussel sauté. A very tasty grilled dish. Highly recommended.

The staff is always friendly, helpful, and attentive to their customers' needs, making you feel immediately at ease. 05/08/2025: Two delicious coffees, an Americano and a la carte, and two apricot rolls. The service was friendly. I returned the next day, got the same thing, and paid €0.80 less (cash payment preferred). I recommend this place for coffee and something sweet. There were no tourists inside, only Italians.

04/01/2026: I had a confirmed reservation for 9:30 PM, made through Google Reservations and Quandoo. Upon our arrival at the restaurant, in the rain, the venue was fully booked, and the staff informed us that automatic reservations are not managed by the restaurant. The reservation was therefore not honored, and we were not offered any alternatives. We had to look for another restaurant at the last minute. I am sharing this experience to help other customers assess the reliability of the online reservation system. —- I had a confirmed reservation for 9:30 PM, made through Google Reservations and Quandoo. 21/12/2025: I celebrated my 18th birthday here and it was fantastic. The jazz room was wonderful, the atmosphere was stunning, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, including the DJ and photographer. The food was really good. I recommend it to everyone!
