19/03/2025: We went to this place with some friends, we were divided into two large tables, we spent an evening dedicated to fun, we, in fact, happened to be there on karaoke night. We all ate well, everyone chose what they wanted between sandwiches, pizzas, first and second courses and we enjoyed everything. If I really had to give advice, I would be more daring with the choice of beers, but all in all I would recommend this place both for the food and for the welcoming environment.

12/03/2025: Super fantastic experience, I celebrated my silver wedding this evening, Tuesday 11 March 2025, I couldn't have chosen a better location... fantastic food, super generous portions, served top notch, I live nearby and I will celebrate the next events here!!! Giovanni the Owner a guarantee, try it to believe it!!

09/04/2025: Refined dishes. A finger-licking cutting board. The friendly owner, willing to talk but not at all intrusive. Even very late in the evening, you can eat something. Always welcoming

09/11/2024: Che dire, ci sono stato diverse volte con diverse persone ed è sempre una garanzia. Chiunque ci abbia portato è sempre uscito contento e soddisfatto. Oltre la simpatia sia del Sig. Maurizio che della cameriera la qualità dei piatti non delude mai. Materia prima di alto livello e fin'ora avrò provato 50 piatti diversi (tra antipasti, primi, secondi, contorni e dolci) e non ne ho trovato mai uno non di mio gradimento. Per non parlare poi della carta dei vini e degli alcolici e super alcolici... ma che ve lo dico a fà?!? Chi non ci è mai andato non sa cosa si perde. È uno dei posti migliori in zona. Provare per credere! PS. Non ho fatto mai le foto dei piatti in questo locale perché come arrivano non resisto e inizio a mangiare. Cmq vi assicuro che sono belli anche da vedere perché ci tengono anche all'impiattamento ma a mangiarli è meglio!😜

01/04/2025: We waited almost an hour for the order, after asking the waiter for information he informed us that the order had not been taken to the kitchen and that he would take care of it immediately. After 5 minutes the same waiter takes my same order to the next table, too bad they were seated a long time after us. We got up, went to pay and no one cared to know why we were leaving, I'd say the service was terrible!

05/04/2025: We were inspired by the place thanks to the video on Instagram of Franchino Ercriminal and we couldn't help but go. Everything was delicious, the service top and the environment ultra hospitable. Personally I think that the rigatoni alla pajata was sublime even if my companion rated the meatballs with sauce 10/10. I would even go back immediately if only I wasn't full😅. Thank you very much "Sugo".... An over the top lunch in Rome ❤️

09/04/2025: Ero solita venire in questo locale ormai da anni, l'atmosfera era carina, gli estratti buonissimi, i drink leggerini quasi per bambini ma ok, e si mangiava in modo più che accettabile. Poi sinceramente non so cosa sia successo, era da un anno circa che non venivo, ma è peggiorato sotto ogni aspetto.. non una sola cosa di questa serata è stata decente, mi spiace ma ci sono talmente tanti altri locali nelle vicinanze che a questo punto reputo di gran lunga superiori. Tutti maleducati, tempi di attesa infiniti, il cibo aveva un sapore strano, soprattutto le ricottine e i dolci sapevano di acido e avevano una consistenza dura. I cocktail erano totalmente annacquati e senza cannuccia perché per carità l'ambiente, però se la vuoi te la diamo di carta e la devi pagare. Il caffè senza acqua, perché pure quella la devi pagare, e visto che è stato portato (ma non ordinato) dopo un certo orario, hanno anche aggiunto un supplemento. E i prezzi voglio dire non sono onestissimi. Poi devi prenotare tramite app, girano i topi sotto i tavoli, sedute scomodissime, funghi spenti nonostante il freddo, ma nessuno dei camerieri ci ha rivolto la parola nonostante li stessimo chiamando, sembravano automi che seguivano solo gli ordini delle app, e il locale era mezzo vuoto quindi nemmeno a dire erano oberati di lavoro. Nonostante alla fine l'avessimo presa a ridere, sinceramente non vedo motivo di tornarci vista l'esperienza terribile, e invito chiunque a valutare attentamente se rischiare e andare qui, oppure trovare un'alternativa sempre in zona. Davvero, questo locale è adatto solo agli adolescenti che si devono fare la seratina e postarla sui social..

28/03/2025: I loved it here. They have the most incredible privat garden in the back. Very good food and drinks. It’s expensive but you get good value for your money 🙌🏻

20/03/2025: We returned with my family last night to this magnificent place, for an aperitif in this location that always leaves you breathless. The staff are always very kind, however, but this time the thing that bothered me was asking us, at the time of payment, if we wanted to leave an extra percentage for the service or if we didn't want it we could remove it. I find it very embarrassing, putting the customer in this mode, at least here in Italy it doesn't seem to work like that and I wouldn't change. If the costs are borne, raise the prices again (in any case an aperitif for 3 people without extra food other than what you bring) to €70 which doesn't seem cheap to me, then also ask for extra service so it reaches €80. OK we are in a magical place, so raise the price but don't ask for anything because, especially if you are in company, it's not really pleasant, at least it had this effect on us. for the rest everything as always at the TOP Thank you

14/12/2024: we had the company dinner at the Grottino and spent a truly great evening as guests of Salvino and his sweet wife. They prepared a succulent dinner for us and offered their place to entertain us and have fun with karaoke and Salvino sang with us. I will definitely go to visit them with my family and I hope to become a regular guest.

12/12/2024: Locale situato in una bella piazzetta alle spalle del municipio...una fraschetta nella pianura pontina con eccellenze di formaggi e salumi...dove si possono degustare anche tipici piatti romani...simpatico e premuroso il propietario tal Salvino...ma la vera anima è Simonetta...moglie del propietario...cuoca top....da provare....!!!

18/01/2025: Everything was delicious, fresh food cooked with passion, only one flaw was that the forks were missing and I had to ask for them...otherwise it's really like home!

27/10/2024: Tricky with parking as there is no carpark. Had to leave the car like 300meters away, outside someone’s house. The actual place is really nice. Great lake view. Feels cosy and homely. The guys were super cool as tried to speak in Italian with my terribly broken Italian without switching to English and at the end without properly knowing what we ordered, he brought us some lovely food:)
