11/10/2025: A restaurant outside Viterbo in the spa area. The menu was standard, nothing too typical. However, the dishes we ordered were very good. Prices were medium to high. Service was fast and accurate.

14/08/2025: As German tourists, we stumbled upon this restaurant more or less by chance and had a fantastic evening. Italian hospitality, delicious, fresh seafood. The service was excellent, and if we ever return to Rome, we'd be happy to return!

13/07/2025: I organized my son's 18th birthday party here. I discovered the place because I was invited to a dear friend's 60th birthday party, and everything had already been great! A beautiful farmhouse with attention to every detail! The food was excellent, and the desserts were superb! The waiters were professional and attentive to the needs of everyone at the party! Marianna and Valeria were super helpful, they looked after you and managed everything impeccably! My satisfied guests all complimented me on my choice! What can I say? 28/09/2025: I went to Pizzeria Oasi in Aprilia. It's located a bit in the countryside, far from the center of Aprilia. The place is surrounded by greenery and has a peaceful atmosphere. The Roman-style pizza was delicious, cooked to perfection. The service was truly kind and friendly. We were with someone with celiac disease, and the staff went out of their way to ensure she could eat without any issues, offering gluten-free options and taking care of the preparation to avoid cross-contamination. We started with fried food and finished with dessert. A perfect place for a quiet meal.

The pizzas are very traditional, and the service is excellent—attentive, lively, and fast. I ordered a salad and a pizza, and it was enough for two people. The water is a pretty big bottle, so it's easy to share. - a Coke, water, and pizza came to 32.50 euros.

31/05/2025: I was very disappointed by the lack of flexibility we had an appointment to decide the menu for a ceremony we called to be fair because we were stuck in traffic, that we would arrive instead of 6.00 pm with 20 minutes of delay apologizing and asking if we could still go they said that at 6.30 pm the staff eats so it was not possible. Already a week before we had called asking for an appointment on Saturday because during the week we had no possibility the same person always answered us and told us that they would call us back which did not happen on Thursday I had to call back maybe they are not interested in receiving banquets or receptions anyway very disappointed you will also eat well but as regards the management absolutely one star

29/09/2025: Rustic and welcoming atmosphere. Very high prices for the area and the place, plus an additional €2 per person for service. Almost all pizzas are over €10-12, and classic first courses: amatriciana, gricia for €14. The pizza is good and crunchy, but bland. The gricia is decent, but with pancetta, when in reality it should have guanciale, and it's absurd to have it without even a grain of pepper. Then, when we asked the chef for some pepper, he said, "I'll bring it to you, but gricia doesn't need pepper..." At which point I was speechless and, to avoid arguments, told him that we like it with pepper and could he bring it anyway? Is it possible that a self-proclaimed chef/cook, who has gricia on the menu at his restaurant, still doesn't know that gricia needs pepper in 2025? Maybe it's time to reopen some cookbooks... The wait staff were courteous, and the table service was good.

I was disappointed. We can confirm the deliciousness of the fried foods, and specifically the frittatine, which were truly noteworthy. This review, precisely because it wasn't our first time, and precisely because we returned with confidence from our first experiences, shouldn't be interpreted as a criticism, but rather as an incentive to return to the standards this pizzeria is known for. A small point, but one that we realized was accidental: the service was lacking, and the entire chain seemed to have gone haywire at some point. I repeat, we're convinced it was just a fluke.
