09/03/2026: The only flaw that led to the 3-star rating is the use of only one bathrobe. When you're outside, especially at night, after the first drying, you practically can't dry yourself. Needs a rethink.
07/11/2025: A beautiful location, surrounded by greenery, with meticulous attention to detail, despite its age.
We recommend better signposting of both the routes and parking!
Fantastic couples massage, the only shame is that the massage beds lack the holes to properly position your face.
Very inviting spas, scattered throughout the natural setting, a bit small but beautiful and diverse. The only shame is that the water temperatures are too low, especially when the weather isn't hot outside.
The receptionist was friendly and quick, top notch.

20/11/2025: First time at this restaurant... I'm sorry I didn't discover it sooner!!! Excellent food, beautiful, very characteristic location in a wing of the castle, very kind owners! I'll definitely be back.
16/11/2025: A restaurant right in the center of Vignanello's main square.
Unique... located on the first floor (there's also an elevator). We had tortelloni with porcini mushrooms, suckling pig with chestnuts, and scallops with mushrooms, all very good. Quiet atmosphere.

08/01/2026: It used to be "MARIA'S EGG PASTA." We got cannelloni filled with an anonymous mixture and broth stamps filled with the same substance! I can assure you that out of 18 cannelloni and a kilo of stamps, the first ones, inedible, ended up in the bin!! Now the goods come from their laboratory and not made like they used to in their shop like Mrs. Maria used to do!!!!
When food becomes industrialized, it loses everything!!
I FORGOT.........
EVERYTHING WAS FOR CHRISTMAS EVE DINNER AND FOR CHRISTMAS!!!!

26/04/2026: After a morning hike along trail 178-178b-178c from the Borgia Fortress in Nepi to Castel Sant'Elia (Cavaterra waterfall, Fonte del Tasso, Pizzo waterfall, Piccio waterfall, medieval bridge), we rewarded ourselves with lunch at Danilo (thanks to Tommy). The two of us had ravioli cacio e pepe, pappardelle with wild boar ragù, tripe, chicory, Nepi water, and Mottura's Civitella Rosso red wine. Everything was well prepared, with quality ingredients, handmade pasta, friendly service, and a fair bill. €84 (including €32 wine).
We'll be back.
27/02/2026: Excellent burgers with meat seasoned with fennel. Beautiful location at the end of the Sponata piste.

The ingredients are top-quality and carefully combined to please both the eye and the palate. The restaurant is welcoming and clean; the staff is friendly and provides excellent service.

02/05/2026: The food is very good and the prices are reasonable.
24/04/2026: First they serve you a mediocre, slightly burned pizza; then, even though you're alone, they charge you a cover charge for two. Finally, since you pay by card, they look annoyed and leave without even giving you a receipt.
I don't recommend going there. I usually avoid giving low ratings out of respect for the work of others, but here there's no effort whatsoever. It's a restaurant aiming to rip off tourists. It was probably a good restaurant in the past, too; that's what you can tell from the photos on the walls. But the convenience, laziness, and carelessness that comes with the money earned over time are now reflected in their products. Go to McDonald's: even there you'll find better food.

13/04/2026: I visited this restaurant several years ago, but the memory of the experience is still vivid in my mind.
The atmosphere is wonderful, with a social table set up at the counter where the chefs work. The menu is excellent (the lemon risotto is fantastic), and the service is impeccable.
In my opinion, it's on par with Michelin-starred restaurants.
04/03/2026: Fascinating restaurant in the back of a wine bar with partially open kitchen (can view final prep) and with seating at common u-shaped bar tables (but deep enough for some privacy). The food was creative and well-prepared. The wine equally esoteric and delicious.

02/05/2026: This was the first restaurant we visited during our trip to Rome with my family.
It was easy to find near Sant'Angelo.
The staff were very friendly, and the food was delicious.
In particular, the eggplant lasagna I had is one of my favorite dishes, and it was so good that I wouldn't mind burning my palate!!

- Mixed antipasto
- Gnocchi with asparagus and pancetta
- Garofola bianco (a typical Veronese dish)
- Mutton in tomato sauce (delicious)
- Mixed grill
- Snails 🐌
Pair with a good house wine.

19/03/2026: Walking through Piazza San Rocco, we noticed this incredible historic shop with a very inviting little door. We sat down and were immediately greeted warmly by Luca, the owner. From there on, we were spoiled by the dishes, starting with the appetizer, continuing with the first and second courses, and concluding with incredible desserts. The wine list also lives up to the food, especially with a carefully selected selection of local wines; the Genovese di pecora is highly recommended. We will definitely be back.
17/03/2026: Courtesy, helpfulness, and high-quality dishes. The cacio e pepe is amazing, but everything else is superb. The owners are truly wonderful. It's a truly beautiful restaurant.

15/03/2026: The place is beautiful and very quaint, especially for children. There's a playground, adventure trails, and an area with various animals.
Regarding the food, there's great potential, but the main limitation is the lack of available seating and the inability of the kitchen and staff to keep up with orders.
07/03/2026: Spend a family day at this restaurant inside the Monte Porzio Adventure Park. Welcoming, with good-quality home-cooked food, and friendly and helpful staff. The daily menu costs €30, which includes an appetizer, a first course, a grilled meat with potatoes, water, cola, and a small bottle of wine. Afterward, let the kids run wild in the adventure park to help you digest. Recommended.

17/04/2026: If the Roman night has a scent, it's not that of the heated asphalt or the crisp air of the Lungotevere, but the unmistakable, warm and enveloping one that comes from this bakery "Te la do io la brioscia". Here, the magic doesn't happen at dawn, but in the dark heart of the city, where the absolute protagonist has a name that says it all: Panciccio.
12/04/2026: A classic over-the-top Roma fan who, to show off his confidence, had to plaster his entire store with Roma merchandise. The pizzas were practically burnt. I gave them three stars instead of one out of respect for the people's work.
