22/05/2025: Dinner with colleagues, we start immediately with excellent drinks made with care by Gianmarco accompanied by a low pizza and red scrocchiarella and a set of greetings of the highest quality. A path that then takes us first to Poland and then to Denmark, all accompanied by wonderful side dishes, Leek, Radicchio and Potatoes in particular. I cannot fail to mention the appetizers and I point out a "magnum" of meat that is absolutely worth trying. The most daring also tried the dessert, a spectacular Lemon tart. The staff is really excellent and we did not encounter all this hostility from the cashier, on the contrary. Highly recommended

24/06/2025: Ristorante e Albergo Diffuso Lo Specchio di Diana is a great spot if you’re looking for something simple, cozy, and welcoming. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable – perfect if you just need a nice place to rest without too many extras. The restaurant is definitely a highlight! The pizzas were delicious, freshly made, and there’s a good variety on the menu. The casual vibe of the bar and restaurant makes it feel warm and familiar. The staff were very kind and attentive, always making sure I had what I needed. Overall, a lovely stay with good food and a relaxed atmosphere. I’d recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet getaway with great local hospitality.

I tavoli hanno il giusto distanziamento e per i vegetariani il locale è veramente una grandissima risorsa. I piatti sono tutti molto buoni, divertenti e gustosi, ed i dolci sono da non perdere. 21/05/2025: I am sure that the food is of excellent quality, and that is precisely why I have been trying in vain to book a table for days. I scrupulously follow the instructions provided (call from 5 to 7 pm), but no one has answered for four days. I understand the times of great affluence, but this total lack of communication is not only discouraging: it is a lack of respect towards those who, with interest and patience, try to approach your cuisine. I do not allow myself to judge the food, which from the images and reviews seems excellent. However, the experience with the service was so disappointing that it made me give up definitively. And I imagine I am not the only one to have experienced a similar situation. Too bad, really. Sometimes the attitude can compromise even the best product. A piece of advice: customer care should never be lacking, especially when you aspire to excellence. Greetings.

08/05/2025: What can I say... I approached the counter asking if it was possible to remove the coriander from the first courses, I was told that at the moment (lunch time) it was only possible to have brunch/breakfast and that therefore the coriander wasn't there. We order two English breakfasts and two beers. The beers very good, the breakfasts were full of coriander. So, first of all, I have never seen an English breakfast with coriander (beans, fava beans, frankfurters, eggs) and secondly, we had been explicitly told that breakfasts didn't have it. Well, that sucks. Hardly eatable. We didn't say anything because the dish would have to be completely redone and we understand that it could be a significant loss for the manager but we wasted 14 euros each. Very bad experience. We felt cheated. Half of Italians hate coriander. Change job. In one of the photos that little green pile is the amount of coriander that we removed from just one of the plates. Oh mama. We won't be coming back again. Furthermore, that frankfurter was probably a really poor product from the discount store.

28/04/2025: For me, Villa Monte D'oro is much more than a location and this review will certainly not be enough to describe what it leaves in my heart.. it is beauty, emotions, people.. it took weeks to realize how beautiful it was to get married in this magnificent timeless Roman Villa, where the ancient mixes with the wise experiences of modern management and that feeling of "I would do it again 1000 times" remains within you! Federica, Giasmin, Rodrigo and all the staff were impeccable! And Marco who delighted us with his dishes that combine innovation and tradition. A MAGNIFICENT Villa, seeing is believing!!

The pizzas are highly recommended, especially the veraci "di categoria" and "luna rossa", which are truly the flagship of the pizza menu. The fish is also excellent, both for its quality and for the elaboration of some of the chef's proposals. The paella is worth trying. Highly recommended
