03/11/2025: I had the pleasure of dining here and was thrilled! The atmosphere is welcoming and meticulously crafted, and the staff is friendly and attentive without ever being intrusive. The real highlight, however, is the food: dishes prepared with fresh ingredients, tastefully presented, and bursting with flavor. Every course was a pleasant surprise. The value for money is also excellent. A place where you can sense passion and professionalism. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a truly special culinary experience!

22/11/2025: Saturday evening at 7:15 pm, I arrive to order takeout pizza. The girl working the tables and reception, while having a heated discussion, tells me that we don't do takeout pizzas because we have too many, even if it's just one. Great, great welcome, I fear we'll NEVER see each other again. Good manners in the trattorias of the Modena area.

18/11/2025: November 2025 I had Danish beef tendon steak, artichoke fries, tripe stewed in tomato sauce, and finally tiramisu. Both were delicious. The Danish beef tendon steak was incredibly tender and had a strong meaty flavor. I ate it all in no time (someone commented that it had a lot of muscle, and while there certainly was a bit, it wasn't too noticeable to me). The artichoke fries are a dish you won't find in Japan, but they were delicious. They were deep-fried until crispy, and I could eat them whole, fragrant. The tripe stewed in tomato sauce was satisfying, as you can't find such thick, large pieces of tripe in Japan. The meat was incredibly tender, and the tomato sauce itself was delicious, with a concentrated acidity and savory cheese flavor. The tiramisu is also a must-try. It's not too sweet, so it's light and easy to eat even when you're full. I'll definitely return when I'm in Rome. This restaurant seems to be loved by locals, and the staff were very friendly to us tourists. thank you very much. ・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・ November 2025 I had a Danish beef sirloin steak, fried artichokes, tripe stewed in tomato sauce, and finished with tiramisu. Everything was absolutely delicious. The Danish beef sirloin steak was incredibly tender with a rich, meaty flavor, and I devoured it in no time (someone commented it was stringy, and while there was a bit of connective tissue, it didn't bother me at all). The fried artichokes are a dish you don't see in Japan, but they were delicious. Crisp and fried perfectly, you eat them whole for a satisfying crunch. The tripe stewed in tomato sauce was satisfying because you rarely get tripe this thick and large in Japan. The meat was incredibly tender, and the tomato sauce itself was delicious, packed with concentrated acidity and the savory umami of cheese. You absolutely must try the tiramisu. It's not overly sweet, so you can enjoy it easily even if you're full. I will absolutely revisit this place when I come back to Rome. It seems to be a restaurant loved by the locals too, and the staff were friendly to us travelers. Thank you very much.

17/10/2025: I only used the restaurant, not the hotel room. I have to say the food is very good, the portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable. The place is a bit dated, but that's fine for a mountain place; the service is average.

20/09/2025: My wife and I had dinner at the Giuliana restaurant. It was a beautiful setting, with excellent local food at a good price. A first course, a second course, and a side dish cost 25 each.

21/09/2025: The place is nice and has potential. I think they took over the place recently. There was a bit of confusion and little staff at the tables. The food and beer were good. The bathroom could use some updating... 4 stars on trust. I'll be back, hoping for better luck.

30/10/2025: I went to eat with friends on 10/29/2025, I ordered a cacio e pepe supplì that was almost inedible, the rice was a mush that was not well defined, sweet as if they had put sugar in it and I could not taste either the cheese or the pepper, after a pizza that arrived burnt underneath and really overcooked, I asked to change it, it came back not burned but overcooked, the dough was hard, I left half, I had never done that, the next day I still have it in my stomach after 12 hours, it is indigestible, and I am not a delicate person, since the management changed the quality has plummeted, and the courtesy leaves much to be desired, it has been almost a year now that it is no longer the pizza of once, but not even the distant relative, and I think I am the only one who has not noticed since in the middle of the week it is almost empty. Only the name remains, but it no longer has anything to do with Gianluca's pizza, also because the restaurant has been sold to management, and it shows. I've been a customer for several years, but after this last visit, I won't be returning.

27/06/2025: We went to this restaurant to celebrate 25 years of marriage, we had a great time, excellent fish-based food and abundant dishes, kind and attentive waiters. Very kind owner and available for all the attentions and needs, large parking lot and lots of space surrounded by greenery. Highly recommended

09/05/2025: I attended a lunch for a group of 25 people with a fixed menu. Well made dishes, good value for money, parking available. The restaurant is part of a hotel and is surrounded by a park.

21/10/2025: We visited this restaurant on Sunday, October 19th, for a graduation lunch with a group of 14. We chose a mixed antipasto and typical Roman dishes such as carbonara and gricia. The appetizer was a bit disappointing (especially the fried anchovies), and the first courses were average, but unfortunately, they arrived lukewarm. The restaurant, in the basement, was a bit cramped and very crowded. The waiter, very kind and friendly, apologized because some dishes, after taking the order at the table, were no longer available due to lack of ingredients. Understandable, but not entirely excusable. Overall, the experience was below expectations; you can find better in Rome, both in quality and organization.
