06/09/2025: We waited about an hour for the main course. We ordered a pizza, a burger, and a tagliata... dishes arrived within 10 minutes of each other. (We sat down at 9 pm on a Saturday night, but the place wasn't packed.)

Going to restaurants of this caliber is always dangerous because, as customers, we assume that everything must be perfect in a place like this, without considering all the work that goes into it. Our evening at Pagliaccio was flawless in every way. The cuisine is disarming; you taste unimaginable dishes with flavors that shock you after every bite. A true culinary EXPERIENCE that I recommend to everyone. A special mention also goes to all the waiting staff, who were always punctual, attentive, and courteous. Sometimes in these places, service can be overly formal, almost embarrassing. Here, we truly felt at home and pampered. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

02/08/2025: Pizzeria La Rosetta in Alatri is an institution! Located at the foot of the fabulous polygonal walls, it was the first pizzeria to offer authentic Neapolitan pizza years ago! Today, it upholds this tradition! The pizza is very good and very easy to digest!! Something that certainly cannot be underestimated! The fried foods are also excellent, and, to top it all off, the amazing pizza with Nutella! The atmosphere is very pleasant, the service efficient, and the staff very friendly! It's definitely worth a visit, even for the most discerning customers!

04/10/2025: Pretty strange experience - I was ready to order a meal for 19 EUR but the waiter (Hassan?) recommended another one outside the regular menu. He just "forgot" to mention the price was 50€. To be fair, I did not specifically ask but I certainly do not find this ok. And yes, we received finally a rebate of... 5€. The guy just saw foreigners good to take money from... So obviously no more... Pavel from CZ

04/10/2025: We found this place by chance and it was a pleasant surprise. Cristian gave us excellent service, and knowing we didn't speak Italian, he made an effort to explain every dish on the menu. The food was delicious. We would definitely return.

30/09/2025: A magnificent discovery, with a quiet terrace and a delicate and balanced buffet, even though you're only a few steps from the Trevi Fountain. The service is discreet and efficient. Avoid if you love eating on a street crowded with tourists! 😉

16/07/2025: The perfect local Roman restaurant. Superb pasta for the 4 classics and plenty of other choices. Tiramisu was also a huge hit with our group and extremely reasonable pricing Just fantastic.

21/08/2025: One of the best cafes/pastries in the area, excellent products, well-stocked. The only small flaw is that they give you one of those gadgets to take your order that beeps when it's ready. This means if you need a quick coffee, you'll have to switch places, but if you have 10 minutes to spare, it's definitely worth it.

10/09/2025: A restaurant where I was taken by acquaintances. The service is excellent; the menus were brought as soon as we sat down, and the order was immediately taken and brought to the kitchen. The food was brought quickly, just enough time to cook. The view is of the sea, and if we had parked nearby, we could have seen the car. The bathrooms were more than clean, and the faucets are equipped with sensors. Overnight accommodations are also available. People arrive regularly, so reservations are recommended. The prices, considering the location and the service offered, are more than reasonable.

02/11/2025: I ordered cacio pepe, seafood pasta, soufflé, and tiramisu, and they were absolutely delicious!! It wasn't too salty, and the seafood pasta was one of the best I've ever had. The staff were generally friendly, with the exception of one foreign employee.

01/11/2025: The service is good, although at times they forgot we were there and the waiter forgot to bring us napkins, but they were always friendly. The four-cheese pizza is delicious, thin, and crispy. The Aperol Spritzes are quite good, the prices are reasonable, and the ambiance with the little lights gives it a special touch—what you'd expect from a restaurant in a Roman neighborhood: warm and pleasant for a romantic date.

23/09/2025: Four unforgettable dinners, simple yet delicious! The first and second courses were all seafood-based. I cut the paccheri, with mussels and fried eggplant, in half to prolong the enjoyment. Halfway through the seafood risotto, I asked for seconds. We were a group of 34 hikers, and everyone was thrilled. A huge thank you to the owner Giuseppe and his staff, who truly delighted us.
