21/10/2025: Warm hospitality and great food, even at closing time We arrived at the eatery around 2:40 PM well past lunch hours and found that most of the panini had already been sold out. We’re a family of three with a young child, and we were simply hoping to grab a few sandwiches. There were only two left, but the gentleman behind the counter went out of his way to make a fresh sandwich for our child, who asked for porchetta with mayonnaise. He didn’t have to do that he could’ve just said they were sold out but instead, he put the customer first, stepped into the kitchen, and prepared a generous, delicious sandwich just for our little one. That thoughtful gesture truly stood out. Overall, the food was tasty and satisfying. A great spot if you're looking for a wholesome bite without any fuss and clearly, with a lot of heart.

10/05/2025: They are busy, but despite that, the staff do their best. Everything is delicious! On the first day, I had coffee and bread, and on the second day, I tried the smoothie it was amazing! The atmosphere is great, and everything is really tasty. You should definitely try it!😝😝😝

The outdoor tables, set on the medieval basalt slabs under a portico framed by historic homes, create an intimate and charming atmosphere, perfect for a summer evening. We began with a selection of fried foods that to call excellent is an understatement: croquettes, supplì, zucchini flowers, and battered cod with pepper cream that will remain etched in your memory for its lightness, balance, and flavor. The pizza, soft and well-topped, recalls the Campania tradition without being overly thick, a carefully crafted dough that showcases every ingredient. The craft beer list is surprising, featuring quality Italian labels, and the wine selection, though smaller, is well-curated. Making the evening even more enjoyable was the company of Maurizio, the pizza chef and the soul of the place: passionate, welcoming, and always ready to share the story of his craft. His attention to the quality of the ingredients and the digestibility of the dough is evident in every dish. La Giudea isn't just a pizzeria: it's a journey through authentic flavors and local history, led by someone who truly loves what they do. Highly recommended.

30/06/2025: Siamo stati qui a pranzo in una tranquilla giornata di lunedì. Il locale è molto spartano, ma sta in una posizione incantevole a Campocatino in mezzo ai monti Ernici. Il personale tutto è davvero molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo preso l’antipasto della casa, fettuccine ai funghi porcini e gnocchi al ragù, tutto buonissimo, così come il dolce fatto in casa. Torneremo senz’altro!

17/10/2025: Stopped by for dinner and was really satisfied! The pasta was delicious and perfectly cooked — you could tell the ingredients were fresh. I also tried counting calories using the service shown in the photo, and it turned out to be super convenient — just a few seconds and all the info is ready. For anyone tracking their diet, it’s a great find that makes it easy to see exactly what and how much you eat.

16/10/2025: Centrally located and easily accessible, the place is very clean, including the restroom. The food is tasty and they serve generous portions. The problem lies in the service. On this day, it seemed they were understaffed, so the two waiters present were overwhelmed and stressed, treating customers rudely. They wanted to choose which tables the customers should sit at, which caused some tension, and several customers left before even placing an order. They are inflexible with payment methods—if customers want to split the bill, they must go to the cashier and go through an uncomfortable process

04/10/2025: Extremely good pizza, with a crispy base and soft, fluffy dough. Super digestible and with so many flavors to choose from, each one better than the last. Friendly and courteous staff. Try it and believe it!

17/10/2025: I'd heard about this place, and we finally went. The place is cozy, but parking is a disaster...nearly impossible; you have to park on the street or in the nearby alleys. The food wasn't great; the appetizer was dry cured meats, and it didn't have cheese. We asked for some, but it wasn't available (right on the menu), and some grilled bread...ditto. The pasta was good, but the portions were hospital-sized...what else?? Just pay and go!

12/10/2025: We had a portion of fried porcini mushrooms, nothing special, then two main courses. The meat was good, but the fillet arrived cold and the lamb was overcooked. I'd been there once before and remember eating very well, but I don't know, this time I wasn't satisfied.

09/09/2025: We celebrated our son's baptism in this stunning location. Besides being welcomed in a setting surrounded by greenery and boasting a beautiful sea view, we found the staff to be friendly, courteous, and kind. And if that weren't enough, we enjoyed an excellent and hearty lunch that met and exceeded our expectations! Furthermore, the value for money was truly excellent! A final thank you to Valentino, who does his job with passion and kindness, pampering his guests from start to finish!

08/09/2025: Amazing! We stayed locally and found this gem on Google. It was so good, we visited twice. Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to get back again. Each visit we enjoyed a selection of fabulous cocktails. The powerful, and flaming, Zombie, a smooth pina colada, the potent Dark 'n' Stormy and many more. The bar snacks were tasty as well, and the service friendly and welcoming. Very much worth a visit.

06/09/2025: I had lunch here on a Sunday in mid-August, and as always, it was a great experience. The food was generous and truly tasty, and the staff was courteous and helpful. We're always satisfied: the quality is consistent, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Dining with a lake view makes everything even more enchanting. Highly recommended.

15/08/2025: Lunch outside with a very pleasant lake view, satisfactory service, and quality food. We ate both lake and sea fish. The crispy, dry fried fish, the prawns, and the first courses were delicious. A complete meal, from appetizer to dessert, with wine.

18/06/2025: Fantastic experience! Nice atmosphere and courteous and impeccable service. The tasting menu for €50 per person, drinks not included, offers an appetizer, two half first courses, a second course, dessert. They also served us a pre-dessert, a white chocolate treat with melon and ginger that I would simply call illegal for its excess of goodness. I had read complaints about the small portions: in fact, it is all so good that you would eat exaggerated quantities! I assure you, however, that at the end of the meal you abundantly reach the feeling of satiety. Excellent wine cellar.
