18/05/2025: Very good bar, found by chance near the holiday home. I have to say that the desserts are very good and the drinks too. I highly recommend. The tables are very nice, they have a glass table with different very nice decorations underneath.

10/08/2025: I highly recommend this accommodation, very cozy and spacious. We stayed one night before our very early morning flight. The only downside is that this accommodation is not within walking distance of the airport.

24/05/2025: Let's start with the positive things: the family atmosphere, the service, the house wine, the carbonara (one of the best I've ever eaten), the delicious coratella. The tripe, the oxtail and the boiled meatballs were good but average. Negative judgment for the pandorato but especially for the saltimbocca, immersed in the broth. Very good prices.

15/08/2025: We've eaten at this agriturismo twice. The first time was in June, for a birthday; it was an excellent experience in every way. We chose the set menu and were very satisfied with both the quality and quantity of the food. We returned today for lunch, opting for the à la carte menu as we wanted to try the beautiful dry-aged meat on display. The quality of the food is always good, but the quantity is absolutely inadequate for the appetizers and first courses. Four mixed appetizers cost €20 each, for a total of €80, which was truly meager. The first courses were also poor, perhaps 80 grams of pasta, which I don't expect at a agriturismo. The grilled meat was very good; obviously, the latter increases the price, but that's normal. I therefore recommend customers take advantage of the set menu, or skip everything else and just order the second courses, which are good and in adequate quantities. I respectfully ask the owner: either something went wrong today in the kitchen and/or with the service, or I can't understand the point of serving small appetizers and first courses (which are made with the cheapest ingredients) and doing the opposite with the second courses.

27/06/2025: L’esperienza all’Osteria dei Sapori ha confermato le aspettative create dalle numerose recensioni più che positive che avevamo letto. Fin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti immediatamente da un personale giovane, cortese e attentissimo. Ci hanno fatto accomodare all’esterno, un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente, in quanto ci ha permesso di goderci in tutta tranquillità due Campari Spritz e un sigaro. Successivamente, per la cena, ci siamo spostati all’interno, dove l’atmosfera ha mantenuto le promesse: accogliente e confortevole. Il menù propone i sapori autentici della cucina romana. Abbiamo iniziato con sfiziose patatine con pulled pork, per poi gustare una superba Carbonara e un’ottima Amatriciana – piatti che riflettono la qualità delle materie prime e la cura nella preparazione. A fine pasto, un buon amaro ha concluso perfettamente la serata, accompagnato da acqua. L’Osteria dei Sapori è una tappa consigliata per chi cerca vera cucina romana in un’atmosfera curata. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, servizio attento e ambiente familiare: un’esperienza da ricordare.

27/06/2025: The experience at Osteria dei Sapori confirmed the expectations created by the many more than positive reviews we had read. From the moment we arrived, we were immediately greeted by young, courteous and attentive staff. They seated us outside, a gesture that we particularly appreciated, as it allowed us to enjoy two Campari Spritz and a cigar in complete tranquility. Later, for dinner, we moved inside, where the atmosphere kept its promises: welcoming and comfortable. The menu offers the authentic flavors of Roman cuisine. We started with delicious chips with pulled pork, then enjoyed a superb Carbonara and an excellent Amatriciana – dishes that reflect the quality of the raw materials and the care in preparation. At the end of the meal, a good amaro perfectly concluded the evening, accompanied by water. Osteria dei Sapori is a recommended stop for those looking for authentic Roman cuisine in a refined atmosphere. Excellent value for money, attentive service and a family atmosphere.

The food was simply exceptional, from the aperitif to the dessert: everything prepared with quality ingredients and presented impeccably. Finally, the beauty of the place is truly breathtaking. A dream setting that made our day even more special and unforgettable. Recommended for those who want to experience a fairytale wedding, with the certainty of being in expert and passionate hands.

25/06/2025: Breathtaking place. Perhaps the most beautiful (reception) venue I have ever seen. Exceptional staff, truly. Courtesy and competence at high levels. The aperitif and the appetizer from another planet. Honestly, the lunch (especially the fillet Wellington) was minimally up to par. The only flaw. For the rest, as they say, at the Top. Well done.

25/05/2025: Pleasant surprise, not easy in Ronciglione, to find a good pizzeria that delivers to your home, Le Contrade, is one of these. Punctual, kind, I spoke to a guy already at 6 pm, coordinated for the delivery, excellent pizza and tiramisu probably made by them, plus the possibility of paying with the card at home. Good, that's how it's done. Marco

22/08/2025: Walked in without a reservation and they had only a few tables free. We had starters, main and shared the eggnog dessert which was fantastic. Had wine also, the service and friendly staff made the experience wonderful.

12/08/2025: A very positive experience... a well-maintained hotel managed with care and professionalism... Huge, convenient, and secure parking...large, modernized, and very clean rooms... Super pleasant pool, much appreciated, especially for cooling off after a long trip... New gym with excellent equipment, very useful even for avid bodybuilders...well done! A hotel like this earns a lot of points with a gym! The restaurant is convenient and the food is excellent! Highly recommended! P.S.: My favorite in the area!

01/08/2025: Right at the Cassino exit, a very convenient location for those heading south and looking for a quick stopover. Extremely efficient staff, from reception to housekeeping. The pool was intimate and clean, the rooms spacious and fragrant, and the restaurant excellent, including the extremely friendly staff! I want to thank the receptionist who promptly resolved a small issue we had with our room. We will definitely be back because we had a wonderful time!
