18/03/2026: Today we had a very unpleasant experience at your bar in Rome. One of the drinks we ordered was included in our bill even though it was never served to our table. When we went to the cashier to pay, the female staff member at the register insisted that the drink had been delivered to our table. We calmly explained several times that it had not been served. The bartender said that he had prepared the drink but was not sure whether it had actually been delivered. Despite this, the cashier kept insisting—quite rudely and stubbornly—that it had been sent to our table. Her attitude was dismissive and unnecessarily confrontational. Instead of listening, she spoke to us in a condescending tone and almost scolded us, repeatedly insisting that she was right. As customers, it felt as if we were being accused of lying, which was very uncomfortable. At some point, the cashier explained the situation in Italian to another staff member who appeared to be a manager or supervisor. However, that person did not even come over to speak with us or try to understand what had happened. Eventually the bartender tried to de-escalate the situation and was much more reasonable, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the cashier continued with the same rude and stubborn attitude and did not offer any apology. When we asked for her name, she refused to give it. As business owners ourselves, we understand that mistakes can happen. However, the way this situation was handled — with denial, rudeness, and no willingness to listen — was truly disappointing. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the level of customer service. A simple acknowledgment of the mistake and a willingness to listen would have completely resolved this issue.

01/03/2026: Fantastic welcome, food and atmosphere

15/02/2026: Today, my family, a young French guest, and I had lunch at this charming, traditional-looking fraschetta, so she could experience the authentic flavors of our cuisine. We ordered a €20 menu per person, which included an appetizer, first course, dessert, and drinks. The service was fast and friendly. The food was excellent, and you could take leftovers home, but we devoured everything despite the generous portions! And to top it off, note my daughter's ecstatic expression as she savored the dessert prepared by boss Matteo's mother... A truly delicious piece of ricotta and Nutella tart 😋 P.S. This place is dog-friendly. We were able to bring our Chihuahua with us without any problems. Highly recommended 👍🏻

28/09/2025: I tried all the recommended gelaterias in Rome and this one without a doubt this is the best one I tried, richer in flavors and you can taste the naturalness of its products. 100/10

09/09/2025: The staff are super friendly ♥️ Gelato is cheap at 3 euros for a small size, and there's a huge variety! It's not too sweet, and the flavor of the ingredients is rich, which is great.

19/03/2026: I had dinner at Salvi's yesterday and overall the experience was positive. We ate really well: the carbonara was excellent, and the meat dishes were also high-quality, well-cooked, and satisfying. Despite the restaurant being busy, the service was quite quick, which was certainly appreciated. Unfortunately, however, there was one negative I can't ignore. One waiter was rude and unfriendly, never smiled, and his attitude was visibly listless. When we asked to replace a dirty plate, he reacted with a huff... and annoyance, grabbing my and the other diners' plates, slamming them away, and exclaiming that we wouldn't be served them anyway. This was decidedly inappropriate behavior, which partially ruined what would otherwise have been a truly excellent experience.

03/03/2026: On the recommendation of a dear friend, I chose Ristorante Salvi - Locanda delle Corse to celebrate my son's eighteenth birthday with family and friends. I couldn't have made a better choice! A magical place, where every detail is attended to with passion and love for tradition. The products are all fresh, authentic, and excellent, cooked with rare mastery that you can taste from the first bite. Some ingredients, including the guanciale and prosciutto, come directly from Amatrice: and believe me, the difference is immediately noticeable! Each dish was a masterpiece of flavor and simplicity, just as true Lazio cuisine should be. But what made the evening truly unforgettable was the hospitality. A huge thank you to the owner Elisabetta, who with her kindness and professionalism made everything perfect, and to all the staff, always attentive, smiling, and always available to satisfy everyone's requests (and there were almost 30 of us!) We were looked after impeccably from the reservation to the final toast, and it made us feel a little at home... Da Salvi isn't just a restaurant: it's AN EXPERIENCE! If you're looking for quality, warmth, and authentic flavors, don't go anywhere else. 27/02/2026: A very fun and easy-going place where you eat well. It's a shame that the prices are decidedly excessive, especially for a place that presents itself as a simple place.

30/09/2025: Gorgeous fine sand. Top-notch beach organization, excellent bar and restaurant. Friendly service. The sea is beautiful. Excellent shoreline for long walks, even halfway down the beach.

21/02/2026: We went here for lunch to have a pinsa, which was delicious and plentiful. And from what we saw, the restaurant's dishes are also very inviting, as are the desserts, of which there is a wide selection. The place is really cute and welcoming, clean, with good service and friendly staff. It wasn't crowded when we were there, but given the number of tables and the soundproofing in the ceiling, we think it shouldn't be particularly noisy when the place is full. There's also a small courtyard, perfect for warm weather. We'll definitely be back.

07/02/2026: Spaghetti carbonara, focaccia and tiramisu were excellent and the staff were very friendly.

08/03/2026: Today for the first time we went for breakfast, we waited 10 minutes before the waitress took our order, and after 20 minutes from the order we were waiting for 4 cappuccinos and 4 croissants we decided to leave

07/03/2026: A really nice place for breakfast or an aperitif. It's also a pastry shop specializing in seasonal pastries and desserts (panettoni, colombi, etc.). The prices are also good. You can eat at the counter or sit down. The girls are very kind and helpful. The only downside is that parking is often difficult to find. Excellent place, recommended. Update, always spectacular, the donuts with sugar on top are delicious. The chiacchere for Carnival are spectacular. Update, the donuts and bomboloni are also delicious. Always the best, fantastic desserts and breakfasts. UPDATE, completely renovated, very beautiful and more comfortable.

31/01/2026: Amazing experience at Toto Restaurant in Rome! The food was absolutely delicious, full of authentic Italian flavors, and everything was fresh and well prepared. What really made the experience special was the service — Arturo and Elham were incredible. Both were so kind, attentive, and welcoming, and they made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.
