14/10/2025: I had lunch at this restaurant, located on a narrow, crowded street, but I like people, and it didn't bother me at all. We waited a bit, but the owner immediately put us at ease by offering us a glass of prosecco. Since it was my birthday, it was a fitting way to toast with my loved ones while we waited. It's a touristy place, with a small but charming atmosphere. The cuisine is home-style Roman, and the pasta dishes were beautifully presented. At the end, I received a surprise from the owner, who is extremely kind and hospitable, offering us dessert complete with a sparkling candle. So, thanks to that, I continued celebrating and had a great time. I highly recommend it.

The girl working the tables and reception, while having a heated discussion, tells me that we don't do takeout pizzas because we have too many, even if it's just one. Great, great welcome, I fear we'll NEVER see each other again. Good manners in the trattorias of the Modena area.

30/10/2025: I went to eat with friends on 10/29/2025, I ordered a cacio e pepe supplì that was almost inedible, the rice was a mush that was not well defined, sweet as if they had put sugar in it and I could not taste either the cheese or the pepper, after a pizza that arrived burnt underneath and really overcooked, I asked to change it, it came back not burned but overcooked, the dough was hard, I left half, I had never done that, the next day I still have it in my stomach after 12 hours, it is indigestible, and I am not a delicate person, since the management changed the quality has plummeted, and the courtesy leaves much to be desired, it has been almost a year now that it is no longer the pizza of once, but not even the distant relative, and I think I am the only one who has not noticed since in the middle of the week it is almost empty. Only the name remains, but it no longer has anything to do with Gianluca's pizza, also because the restaurant has been sold to management, and it shows. I've been a customer for several years, but after this last visit, I won't be returning.

Every aspect of the evening—from the setup to the welcome to the guests—was handled with rare precision and professionalism, making the event even more special. Truly commendable attention was paid to my two guests with special dietary needs: one with celiac disease and one with nickel intolerance. A waiter looked after them throughout the evening with extraordinary kindness and care, ensuring they always had special, safe, and punctually served dishes. This sensitivity to everyone's needs made a huge difference and contributed to the serene and inclusive atmosphere. The farmhouse is not only aesthetically beautiful: the spaces are well-maintained, tastefully furnished, and capable of creating an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere. The menu, then, was a real highlight: breathtaking dishes, rich in flavor, presented with great care and appreciated by all the guests. I would return here a thousand times over. It's a place that offers not only beauty, but also professionalism, human warmth, and a quality of cuisine that leaves an impression. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly perfect event. (I even trusted them with the cake, it was perfect!)

The food is superb, and the servers are genuinely friendly, professional, and welcoming (a far cry from previous reviews, but that's typical of France!). You'll dine in a restaurant near the Trevi Fountain on a busy street, allowing you to experience a truly authentic Italian moment, the kind many dream of. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time; it felt like stepping into another world, far from the chaos of everyday life. The service was elegant and never rushed like at other restaurants in the city center.
