Staff were friendly and professional but could improve their English skills. If you’re nearby I recommend a visit anyway.

04/05/2026: We had a fantastic experience at Sisr Ristorante Bistrot this evening. Every course from the cheese platter to the tiramisu was delicious! The service was attentive without being obtrusive, and the atmosphere is just what we were looking for. Highly recommend this place. (Unfortunately we were too eager to start our mains before taking the photos!)

10/04/2025: Davvero un ristorante piacevole. Menù ricco di proposte, gentilezza, ordine e pulizia. I tavoli hanno il giusto distanziamento e per i vegetariani il locale è veramente una grandissima risorsa. I piatti sono tutti molto buoni, divertenti e gustosi, ed i dolci sono da non perdere. Grazie davvero, torneremo!

16/05/2026: I was staying at a nearby hotel, after a quick Google it decided to try Al Cantuccio. I arrived and kindly asked if those awesome ladies spoke english, cause I’m don’t speak Italian, they told me that we would come to an understanding (first sign of local authenticity). All the patrons present were italian, i was the only tourist, second sign. After a mix of portuguese/italian and sign language I had a 5 Star meal and 5 Star hostesses (thank you Ladies for taking so much good care of this portuguese guy). Great cacio pepe, prosecco and rosso wine. Great decoration and ambiance of the restaurant. Truly local and authentic.

14/05/2026: You don't just go to Cantuccio to dine, but to enjoy a unique experience, each time, thanks to the expert, tasty, and creative cuisine, the refined and detailed atmosphere, and, for her, unique, refined, and welcoming…Carla. As soon as you step through the gate, you immediately feel like you've entered a magical place, far from the chaotic city life. Carla's welcome is warm, the class of a woman of substance who welcomes you into her home, a pampering experience that is delicious, beautiful, and kind for every guest at Cantuccio. The cuisine is poetry; every dish, from appetizer to dessert, arrives at the table with care, attention to detail, and refinement. It's important to mention the deliciousness of traditional dishes like ravioli and roast beef, and the variety of desserts (the Porcata is a true delight), but the richness of Carla's menu offers a delight for every palate, even in every season. P.S. Reading the reviews, one in particular by Ms. Camilla, I feel compelled to point out the inaccuracy and, perhaps, excessive unfairness in judging one's experience at Cantuccio. I'm writing this because, sitting at the back table, I personally witnessed the preferential treatment reserved for a less-than-satisfied customer. Immediately afterward, out of curiosity, I tasted what was left (practically very little) of the dish she described as "sour"... but it definitely wasn't!

15/03/2026: The place is beautiful and very quaint, especially for children. There's a playground, adventure trails, and an area with various animals. Regarding the food, there's great potential, but the main limitation is the lack of available seating and the inability of the kitchen and staff to keep up with orders.

07/03/2026: Spend a family day at this restaurant inside the Monte Porzio Adventure Park. Welcoming, with good-quality home-cooked food, and friendly and helpful staff. The daily menu costs €30, which includes an appetizer, a first course, a grilled meat with potatoes, water, cola, and a small bottle of wine. Afterward, let the kids run wild in the adventure park to help you digest. Recommended.

17/05/2026: The name fits the location. The place is small, shaped like a barrel, and very welcoming. Before entering, all the flavors are displayed, from the most classic to the most surprising, like ricotta, pear and walnut, apple and cinnamon, or cookies and cheesecake, but there are many more. Furthermore, as soon as you enter, there are the new flavors, the ones recently released that aren't on the menu. I was lucky enough to find Lotus. The staff was super welcoming and kind, despite the large number of customers. They helped us choose flavors with a smile, and above all, they were very patient with us, even though we were a fairly hesitant group. As for the quality of the gelato, I think it's one of the best in the Castelli Romani area. The flavors are "authentic," truly delicious, they don't melt immediately, and the quality is truly high despite the super fair price. We all got cones of two flavors with whipped cream for €3 each. The portions are just right, neither large nor small, but I repeat, the quality is truly high. I was really impressed with everything: the location, the friendly staff, and the exceptional gelato. I don't think it could be better. I'll definitely be back. This gelato shop is truly worth it, in my opinion.

13/05/2026: High-quality artisanal gelato, including the dark chocolate and pistachio versions with no added sugar. I had them, which were truly delicious. My husband opted for ricotta with figs and walnuts, Sicilian ricotta, and zuppa inglese...delicious. I'm not a gelato fan, but I could eat this every day. It's been years since I've had gelato this good. The staff is young and very friendly.

31/05/2026: Six of us arrived late at night, and even though there were still many customers in the restaurant, they found us a table right away. Excellent and fast service, especially friendly and attentive. We had pizza with a bruschetta appetizer and supplì (rice balls), followed by dessert. Everything was very good. We had a great time. Excellent quality and price. 👍 Thanks, see you next time.

20/12/2025: Divina Giulia is a gastronomic experience, a journey through flavors and top-quality ingredients. We relied on chef and owner Lazzaro, who served us a menu without appetizers, allowing us to experience a mountain journey consisting of: 3 first courses (ravioli with braised beef in Barolo wine and piennolo tomatoes [a homemade ravioli of the highest quality], candles Genovese [a dish that tells a story, requiring a very long preparation and its flavor was sublime], fusillo and Neapolitan pasta with wild boar [a difficult animal for many, but not for Lazzaro, who was able to render it delicate and intense at the same time]. We then continued with 3 second courses (baby lamb and baked potatoes [meat that melted in the mouth], tagliata [outstanding and tender], Tuscan stracotto [it was my first time, but it tasted good, decisive, and I will not soon forget it]. To conclude, desserts that leave a beautiful memory of a unique lunch (babà with cream, "sweet" dark chocolate tartlets). and also pistachio, and finally Sicilian cannoli) the desserts, like the ravioli, are homemade. We drank the Capricci rosé wine, a line owned and created by Lazzaro (magnificent), as well as his amaro. What else is there to say??? Simply THANK YOU for letting us feel your passion in every single dish, moment, and ingredient!!!! PS. I'm posting the only photo I took because I don't like photographing food, but I love experiencing it!!!

04/06/2026: Terrible experience. When we asked for an appetizer, the waiter replied, "We haven't done that for two years!" When we asked for a thin slice of steak, he said, "What are you doing with the tajata? Did you come here to eat tajata?" Unspeakable, stay away from this place. By the way, dear, you're dead.

12/03/2026: The location is simple and casual, yet welcoming for those who appreciate the typical "osteria." It feels a bit like being at grandma's house. The service is very basic. They have to be quick because the place is often packed, but they are kind and friendly. The fried food is average. Nothing special. Alas, the supplì were a no-no. The puntarelle are noteworthy. OUTSTANDING. The pizza was to die for! A UNIQUE delicacy. Thin, crunchy, with quality toppings, tasty but not salty... I was full halfway through the pizza, but I HAD to finish it. It was too good!
