08/05/2026: Excellent restaurant with a seafront location and a sea-view terrace. Excellent food, and the price is in line with the quality. We'll definitely be back.

04/05/2026: We went to this restaurant yesterday for lunch with family and two friends who had come from out of town specifically to eat good fish. We had booked for 1:00 PM, specifically asking for priority for the girls. Unfortunately, the experience was terrible from an organizational standpoint: the wait was about two hours. The most frustrating thing was seeing all the tables that arrived after us served, while we were ignored. The end result? I didn't even eat and, worse still, I felt deeply embarrassed towards my guests. It's a real shame, because the fish was good quality, but the kitchen can't do anything if the dining room management is so poor. People often complain about the crisis in the industry, but if this is how they treat customers, the explanation is all too obvious. I've never felt so uncomfortable in a restaurant.

13/12/2025: A lovely, welcoming place. Excellent appetizers made with the freshest ingredients and mouth-watering first courses...not to mention the delicious desserts. The highlight is Chef Maria Teresa, who with her skill and friendliness makes you feel at home. We'll definitely be back.

27/04/2026: I went for lunch today with my boyfriend and we were very satisfied! We stumbled upon it by chance for a quick bite. You can choose from so many options, and the bread is served hot; it's crunchy but soft. The sandwiches were delicious, so much so that we ordered another one to try later. The place is really small, with only two tables outside. By the time we left, after 10 minutes, I was already hungry again. I recommend it and will definitely be back!!

23/04/2026: A go-to place in Parioli for good, healthy food. They're quick, super-precise, and super friendly...if you want something different, but always balanced and tasty, this is the place to go. For me, it's top!

12/03/2026: The location is simple and casual, yet welcoming for those who appreciate the typical "osteria." It feels a bit like being at grandma's house. The service is very basic. They have to be quick because the place is often packed, but they are kind and friendly. The fried food is average. Nothing special. Alas, the supplì were a no-no. The puntarelle are noteworthy. OUTSTANDING. The pizza was to die for! A UNIQUE delicacy. Thin, crunchy, with quality toppings, tasty but not salty... I was full halfway through the pizza, but I HAD to finish it. It was too good!

11/03/2026: Great pizza, good service and very Roman typical atmosphere. Slender crunchy mass, rich prosciuto, rich tomato sauce, and delicious cheese. Great supplì. Tasteful wine.

09/05/2026: We ordered the BCE burgers and they were delicious. And the price was reasonable. The girl who served us was very friendly. Definitely a place to recommend.

18/05/2026: My husband and I had the pleasure of spending 2 nights in this wonderful establishment as the start of our vacation. What an experience! The hotel is beautiful, the staff amazing , and the food delicious. If you are looking for a great place to experience service at its finest this is your hotel. All I can say is I wish our stay had been longer. There is always next time!

01/01/2026: I visited this restaurant for lunch, but the experience was truly forgettable. The place was freezing, so much so that it was impossible to relax and enjoy the meal. ​The most disappointing aspect, however, was the service: we were attended by a waitress who oozed impatience from every pore. Her snobbish, listless, and condescending attitude made you put off ordering. As for the food, the first course was very disappointing; only the dessert was good, but it wasn't enough to make up for the rest. ​Paying to feel like a nuisance in a freezing environment is unacceptable. I won't be back!

22/03/2026: Welcoming atmosphere, surrounded by nature, and perfect for spending a Sunday with friends. We've been back several times, and I have to say everything was always good. The menu is basic, but there's something for everyone. I recommend playing some background music in the dining room because it was really quiet and only my partner and I could hear each other.

04/05/2026: I grew up in the Nomentano neighborhood, and the place was a landmark for a long time. Until a few years ago, it was doing reasonably well, but now the look and wine list need to be updated, otherwise they'll lose customers.

26/10/2025: Back to this little restaurant, and once again, an experience to treasure! This time on a Saturday night, the restaurant was almost fully booked, yet the service was impeccable, the atmosphere intimate and refined, and the food sublime. We were delighted to discover new culinary offerings and appreciate the new accolades received by this young team of professionals led by Chef Alessio. It's truly a pleasure to be pampered by this small but highly original restaurant on the outskirts of Rome. Congratulations, indeed!

10/10/2025: I was in Valmontone for work, I had lunch at Specus and immediately felt at home. Alessio and Flavia welcomed me as if we'd always known each other. The atmosphere was clean and quiet, and the cuisine was authentic and delicious. It will be a destination for three lunches and dinners. My compliments to Alessio and Flavia. Thank you for the wonderful lunch.
