04/10/2025: The atmosphere is that of a classic trattoria, the service is good and the food is equally good, the aubergine meatballs are really excellent, the prices are quite high compared to the dishes offered and compared to the average in the area.

29/09/2025: Rustic and welcoming atmosphere. Very high prices for the area and the place, plus an additional €2 per person for service. Almost all pizzas are over €10-12, and classic first courses: amatriciana, gricia for €14. The pizza is good and crunchy, but bland. The gricia is decent, but with pancetta, when in reality it should have guanciale, and it's absurd to have it without even a grain of pepper. Then, when we asked the chef for some pepper, he said, "I'll bring it to you, but gricia doesn't need pepper..." At which point I was speechless and, to avoid arguments, told him that we like it with pepper and could he bring it anyway? Is it possible that a self-proclaimed chef/cook, who has gricia on the menu at his restaurant, still doesn't know that gricia needs pepper in 2025? Maybe it's time to reopen some cookbooks... The wait staff were courteous, and the table service was good.

15/09/2025: SPECTACULAR EXPERIENCE. Going to restaurants of this caliber is always dangerous because, as customers, we assume that everything must be perfect in a place like this, without considering all the work that goes into it. Our evening at Pagliaccio was flawless in every way. The cuisine is disarming; you taste unimaginable dishes with flavors that shock you after every bite. A true culinary EXPERIENCE that I recommend to everyone. A special mention also goes to all the waiting staff, who were always punctual, attentive, and courteous. Sometimes in these places, service can be overly formal, almost embarrassing. Here, we truly felt at home and pampered. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Each course was a small masterpiece, meticulously crafted, from presentation to flavor balance. The constant pursuit of perfection and the desire to surprise guests with original and never boring pairings are clearly evident. The wine list is extensive and refined, with options that perfectly complement each dish. The elegant yet understated atmosphere contributes to making the experience even more enjoyable. It's rare to find such a harmonious blend of creativity, quality, and professionalism.

25/07/2025: The atmosphere is nice, small but cozy (*)—too cozy for a takeout establishment. The food is excellent and reasonably priced for the area. The staff is friendly and helpful. Recommended. We ordered appetizers, homemade seafood gnocchi, and fried shrimp and calamari with grilled vegetables. Everything was delicious, and we spent €30 total. (*) There are six tables that can't be reserved, so get there early or opt for takeout or delivery. Edit: We returned today. The saltimbocca alla romana and seafood salad were also very good and affordable.

30/09/2025: Gorgeous fine sand. Top-notch beach organization, excellent bar and restaurant. Friendly service. The sea is beautiful. Excellent shoreline for long walks, even halfway down the beach.

11/10/2025: Outdoor dining, enhanced by the wall lit with warm, festive lights. A spontaneous welcome, friendly, fast, and efficient service. Delicious dishes, well-cooked and presented. Reasonable prices. A historic restaurant, nearly a century old, now run by the third generation. This ingredient—passion—is evident in every dish.

08/10/2025: We went for dinner and the fish was fresh and the vegetables of quality. Not to mention the friendly service we received, even though they only speak Italian and little English, they tried hard to make us understand. Price-quality ratio. We dined on the terrace because the weather still allowed it. A great place in this area.

05/10/2025: The owner Ciro and his wife, as well as all the staff, are very friendly and much more. The food is beyond reproach 😂😂😂. So much so that I, not satisfied, went there twice in a row for dinner with my wife. We had pizza, and the next day for lunch we had two seafood starters and a carbonara, with my daughter too. Unfortunately, the plates returned to the kitchen already cleaned after the obligatory "scarpetta" (cleaning up the plate). If I were you, I would pop in. Giuseppe Pica.

01/10/2025: My husband and I happened upon it yesterday for lunch. It's a very welcoming and homey place, with a true Neapolitan feel throughout, from the hung-up shirts, photos, and murals to the pizza, which is truly excellent, sublime, and easy to digest. The owner is very friendly and approachable. I highly recommend this place. Congratulations!

12/10/2025: Stunning setting, a wonderful Sunday spent with good food, a well-structured set menu. We asked for a second version of the starters, which were exceptional, and the staff immediately obliged, with no extra charges. We ended the day in the garden overlooking the sunset.

08/10/2025: Spacious, beautiful location, surrounded by greenery, suitable for events. Very isolated in the Roman countryside. You have to travel for miles on a bumpy, rally-worthy road (via Cherasco). One Saturday... 4 friends: the usual surprise set menu - about €30, drinks not included - that you only discover when you set foot under the table: Decent-quality appetizer; two anonymous first courses, lightly seasoned and oversized; the only main course was a humble roast pork loin; side dishes: a single plate of baked potatoes and a salad, both just right portions. Dessert: a slice of ciambellone with a dollop of cream. (To be fair, they offer a coffee and a liqueur on top of the bill.) Given the difficulty in getting there, I tried the "light" menu; for a day trip, I wouldn't recommend it. Thank you.
