12/10/2025: Stunning setting, a wonderful Sunday spent with good food, a well-structured set menu. We asked for a second version of the starters, which were exceptional, and the staff immediately obliged, with no extra charges. We ended the day in the garden overlooking the sunset.

08/10/2025: Spacious, beautiful location, surrounded by greenery, suitable for events. Very isolated in the Roman countryside. You have to travel for miles on a bumpy, rally-worthy road (via Cherasco). One Saturday... 4 friends: the usual surprise set menu - about €30, drinks not included - that you only discover when you set foot under the table: Decent-quality appetizer; two anonymous first courses, lightly seasoned and oversized; the only main course was a humble roast pork loin; side dishes: a single plate of baked potatoes and a salad, both just right portions. Dessert: a slice of ciambellone with a dollop of cream. (To be fair, they offer a coffee and a liqueur on top of the bill.) Given the difficulty in getting there, I tried the "light" menu; for a day trip, I wouldn't recommend it. Thank you.

02/10/2025: A refined restaurant in its simplicity. The dishes are served with care, not just aesthetics. The quality of the ingredients and the way they're prepared are truly excellent. My compliments! I really hope to return.

17/09/2025: Gluten-free pizza is like a cooked cracker, so I won't add anything else, it deserves one star. The prices are really high, a €16 pizza, and not even the quality is high, except for the courteous staff.

27/09/2025: A family lunch for a change. The atmosphere was quiet and pleasant, with a slightly shabby chic, retro feel. Quality food, a menu that changes based on seasonal availability, and some slightly daring pairings that might not be to everyone's taste. I don't know if it was an exceptional event, but the service was really slow; the staff, however, was courteous and helpful. Prices were a bit excessive, especially for the wines.

02/11/2025: I ordered cacio pepe, seafood pasta, soufflé, and tiramisu, and they were absolutely delicious!! It wasn't too salty, and the seafood pasta was one of the best I've ever had. The staff were generally friendly, with the exception of one foreign employee.

01/11/2025: The service is good, although at times they forgot we were there and the waiter forgot to bring us napkins, but they were always friendly. The four-cheese pizza is delicious, thin, and crispy. The Aperol Spritzes are quite good, the prices are reasonable, and the ambiance with the little lights gives it a special touch—what you'd expect from a restaurant in a Roman neighborhood: warm and pleasant for a romantic date.

10/10/2025: A quaint seafood restaurant, but not only... excellent pizzas and meats, in the beautiful town of Fregene. A welcoming and family-friendly place.

07/09/2025: An absolute highlight in Fregene. Delicious supplì, and gnocchi with scampi cream that never disappoint. Attentive and friendly staff, and at Leo's you truly feel at home.

08/11/2025: Excellent 🔝 express cuisine, fish caught the night before, the chef and owner are brilliant! Discovered by chance, it was a revelation. They also have a great selection of gluten-free pasta and desserts for celiacs. Highly recommended.

27/09/2025: I'd read excellent reviews and was excited to go for dinner, but unfortunately I was disappointed. The bread and wine were excellent, a Carpineti Prosecco. However, I didn't like the clam pasta dish; the pasta wasn't al dente and seemed to have butter added to thicken it. Then I ordered roasted calamari, and the lemon zest was so strong it tasted like dish soap. I'm sorry, but I'm writing this not to humiliate the restaurant manager, but to be honest with those who read the reviews.

20/10/2025: Excellent restaurant/pizzeria in Bolsena, in the province of Viterbo. The place is truly charming, a mix between an Irish pub and a medieval pub, but surprisingly, they also do pizza. The tap list is fairly basic, but the beers are well-tasted. They also have Guinness, which is a plus. Now let's talk about the food: the pizza is gigantic and incredibly good, with excellent ingredients and a very light dough (though the pizza was anything but light, given the heavy toppings). The staff is friendly and the prices are fair.

06/09/2025: I had lunch here on a Sunday in mid-August, and as always, it was a great experience. The food was generous and truly tasty, and the staff was courteous and helpful. We're always satisfied: the quality is consistent, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Dining with a lake view makes everything even more enchanting. Highly recommended.

14/09/2025: A truly wonderful surprise. I've heard so much about it, and I finally went both for dinner on Friday and for lunch on Sunday. Attentive and friendly service, excellent food, generous portions, and they're happy to let you take home what you can't eat. The flour and water gnocchi are AMAZING, as are the fettuccine with white game ragù. The desserts prepared by Mrs. Simona are truly special; I recommend both the strudel and the millefeuille with cream. I'll definitely be back.

02/09/2025: This family-run restaurant never disappoints. The portions are generous, and the cuisine is authentic and meticulously prepared. The seafood spaghetti, fried vegetables, and fried artichokes are definitely worth trying, but the meat options are equally impressive. The pizza and fish dishes are also excellent. "Il Caminetto" is a guarantee, especially for those seeking quality and quantity at a fair price.

Reasonable prices. A historic restaurant, nearly a century old, now run by the third generation. This ingredient—passion—is evident in every dish.
