27/10/2025: I went there with friends on Saturday evening. We ordered appetizers, and then the picanha, both on the plate and on the swordfish, was tough, and the swordfish was actually cooked in two different ways. The staff was impeccable, and the interior was very beautiful, but they should be careful when opening the meat refrigerators because the bad smell permeates the entire room and is unpleasant while eating. We were quite disappointed. We certainly won't be returning.

13/10/2025: Very nice place, quiet, suitable for children, welcoming and elegant, the room is perfect for being welcomed on cold winter evenings. Nothing to complain about. October 11th, I arrived at 1:00 PM. Dirt parking suitable for a rural location. When I arrived, there were 5-7 cars parked. When I picked up my car around 3:30 PM, two cars were parked. SURPRISE!! My MINI COOPER.....FOUND WITHOUT A REAR LIGHT, SO ON TOP OF THE €2.50 COFFEE, BREAD SERVICE, AND COVER CHARGE, I'LL HAVE TO SPEND €100. IF IT'S ENOUGH.....IT HAS AN ENGRAVED WOOD....NICE TO VIEW, UNATTENDED PARKING A SHAME....I'LL THINK ABOUT IT BEFORE RETURNING.

04/11/2025: Excellent bar for breakfast and more...the croissants and tarts are delicious. The coffee is very good. The first and second courses are cooked to perfection. The friendliness is evident in this bar, which is full of young people in the afternoon.

21/10/2025: We visited this restaurant on Sunday, October 19th, for a graduation lunch with a group of 14. We chose a mixed antipasto and typical Roman dishes such as carbonara and gricia. The appetizer was a bit disappointing (especially the fried anchovies), and the first courses were average, but unfortunately, they arrived lukewarm. The restaurant, in the basement, was a bit cramped and very crowded. The waiter, very kind and friendly, apologized because some dishes, after taking the order at the table, were no longer available due to lack of ingredients. Understandable, but not entirely excusable. Overall, the experience was below expectations; you can find better in Rome, both in quality and organization.

12/10/2025: Congratulations to Gionatan and the team. Sunday lunch with the family felt like being at grandma's house. Fantastic, homemade cuisine, seasonal products with authentic flavors. Gionatan is the perfect combination of friendliness and hospitality, with the ever-present "rinforzino" (small reinforcement). Fettuccine, pappardelle, ravioli, porcini mushrooms, lamb, and arrosticini, all delicious. Small but welcoming atmosphere with a small outdoor area. Reservations are required for Sunday lunch. Highly recommended for those who appreciate home cooking.

02/11/2025: I've been going there for over 40 years, and everything has remained unchanged. The pizza is delicious and easy to digest. The seafood is exquisite, especially the cod fillets. The staff makes you feel like family.

Anyone in Frosinone looking for a traditional dish has always been sure to go to M'Briachella. Hearty dishes with a traditional flavour. It's not particularly easy to get to, nor is parking convenient, but it's worth a visit.

18/11/2025: November 2025 I had Danish beef tendon steak, artichoke fries, tripe stewed in tomato sauce, and finally tiramisu. Both were delicious. The Danish beef tendon steak was incredibly tender and had a strong meaty flavor. I ate it all in no time (someone commented that it had a lot of muscle, and while there certainly was a bit, it wasn't too noticeable to me). The artichoke fries are a dish you won't find in Japan, but they were delicious. They were deep-fried until crispy, and I could eat them whole, fragrant. The tripe stewed in tomato sauce was satisfying, as you can't find such thick, large pieces of tripe in Japan. The meat was incredibly tender, and the tomato sauce itself was delicious, with a concentrated acidity and savory cheese flavor. The tiramisu is also a must-try. It's not too sweet, so it's light and easy to eat even when you're full. I'll definitely return when I'm in Rome. This restaurant seems to be loved by locals, and the staff were very friendly to us tourists. thank you very much. ・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・ November 2025 I had a Danish beef sirloin steak, fried artichokes, tripe stewed in tomato sauce, and finished with tiramisu. Everything was absolutely delicious. The Danish beef sirloin steak was incredibly tender with a rich, meaty flavor, and I devoured it in no time (someone commented it was stringy, and while there was a bit of connective tissue, it didn't bother me at all). The fried artichokes are a dish you don't see in Japan, but they were delicious. Crisp and fried perfectly, you eat them whole for a satisfying crunch. The tripe stewed in tomato sauce was satisfying because you rarely get tripe this thick and large in Japan. The meat was incredibly tender, and the tomato sauce itself was delicious, packed with concentrated acidity and the savory umami of cheese. You absolutely must try the tiramisu. It's not overly sweet, so you can enjoy it easily even if you're full. I will absolutely revisit this place when I come back to Rome. It seems to be a restaurant loved by the locals too, and the staff were friendly to us travelers. Thank you very much.

20/10/2025: Excellent restaurant/pizzeria in Bolsena, in the province of Viterbo. The place is truly charming, a mix between an Irish pub and a medieval pub, but surprisingly, they also do pizza. The tap list is fairly basic, but the beers are well-tasted. They also have Guinness, which is a plus. Now let's talk about the food: the pizza is gigantic and incredibly good, with excellent ingredients and a very light dough (though the pizza was anything but light, given the heavy toppings). The staff is friendly and the prices are fair.

06/11/2025: A place with a very family atmosphere, everything is delicious, from the panzerotti to the pasta dishes. For lunch, they offer daily menus for €10-12, featuring fresh daily ingredients. Located near the university, it's convenient if you're looking for a better lunch at a good price. The desserts are also excellent.
