05/02/2026: A lovely rustic-style restaurant with a fireplace and terracotta tiles. At the back is a display case displaying various cuts of meat. Plenty of seating, perhaps a bit too much. The service is quick and friendly. The meat is very good, as is the focaccia. Ample parking is available.

25/01/2026: A decent seafood restaurant, but it certainly pales in comparison to top Sardinian restaurants. Excellence is lacking in both the food and the service. If you're expecting a typical Sardinian restaurant, you might be disappointed; if you're expecting a good seafood restaurant, however, the outcome is positive. A small tip about the service: washing your hands with ice-cold water isn't ideal in winter. From a high-end restaurant, you'd at least expect hot water in the bathrooms.

The food is delicious, fresh, and prepared with great care. Everything is spotless, and the welcoming atmosphere makes you feel right at home. 28/08/2025: Excellent seafood restaurant. Traditional Lazio dishes are simple but expertly prepared. The seafood is excellent, and the service is professional and friendly. The atmosphere is a bit impersonal, but pleasant. For those coming from Rome, the experience is worth the trip. Highly recommended! (Especially the soup!)

12/01/2026: This place is amazing for a delicious cut to order pizza. Many different flavours and options, all fresh with high quality ingredients. Have been twice already to try other flavours. One of us is a very fussy eater (a kid), and he devoured everything. I tried the cannoli for desert and it was really, really good, made fresh, at the time I ordered. Extremely recommended this place!

19/11/2025: I don't think I've ever been to a restaurant that takes such great care of every detail as Ristorante Gasbarri. We were immediately greeted by Mr. Gasbarri, the owner, who escorted us to our table. He's a truly delightful person who, in addition to making us feel at home right away, also shared many anecdotes about Castel San Pietro Romano, a charming village with breathtaking views and a remarkable history! The food is truly high-quality, with a focus on traditional cuisine and a truly refined wine selection. All this was accompanied by soft background music that transformed an excellent lunch into an unforgettable one! Congratulations, Mr. Gasbarri, it was an experience that touched our hearts and palates...we'll see you again soon!

24/09/2025: I went there on a Saturday for dinner. The line was endless, staff were sparse, and the wait to be served was incredibly long. Perhaps it's quieter on weekdays, and with the staff they have, they can better serve customers. 🤔🤔🤔

07/02/2026: We waited two and a half hours for a first course. After an hour and a half, they told us the dish we ordered was unavailable, so we waited over another hour for a first course. They then rounded up the bill by €6. The dishes were interesting but certainly not abundant. The staff was friendly, but you'd expect more from a restaurant like this.

28/01/2026: A wonderful experience at Ostrica Pazza in Ostia, which I chose to celebrate my birthday. The restaurant is welcoming and well-maintained, with truly special staff: Marco, extremely kind and attentive, and Laura, a Michelin-starred chef capable of turning every dish into an experience. We started with an appetizer of oysters and tuna tartare, incredibly fresh and refined. For the first course, a risotto with shrimp, licorice, lime, and pomegranate: a surprising balance of flavors, delicate yet bold. For the second course, a mixed grill of perfectly cooked fish, showcasing the excellent quality of the ingredients. Delicate, refined, and excellent dishes from every perspective. A restaurant I highly recommend and will gladly return to.
