27/09/2025: Discovered this place by chance thanks to the positive reviews. An excellent aperitivo with high-quality ingredients. The gentlemen who work there are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. You can see their passion for wine. We'll definitely be back. And yes, we are back.

21/10/2025: We visited this restaurant on Sunday, October 19th, for a graduation lunch with a group of 14. We chose a mixed antipasto and typical Roman dishes such as carbonara and gricia. The appetizer was a bit disappointing (especially the fried anchovies), and the first courses were average, but unfortunately, they arrived lukewarm. The restaurant, in the basement, was a bit cramped and very crowded. The waiter, very kind and friendly, apologized because some dishes, after taking the order at the table, were no longer available due to lack of ingredients. Understandable, but not entirely excusable. Overall, the experience was below expectations; you can find better in Rome, both in quality and organization.

21/10/2025: I had a portion of gnocchi. The sauce was good, but the gnocchi weren't enough: industrial.

19/09/2025: Five-star location. Quiet at night, not a sound to be heard, rooms always clean, and above all, the service! Emanuele and his family always make you feel at ease. Then there's the restaurant that pampers you with traditional and non-traditional dishes, and above all, quality!

20/10/2025: Excellent restaurant/pizzeria in Bolsena, in the province of Viterbo. The place is truly charming, a mix between an Irish pub and a medieval pub, but surprisingly, they also do pizza. The tap list is fairly basic, but the beers are well-tasted. They also have Guinness, which is a plus. Now let's talk about the food: the pizza is gigantic and incredibly good, with excellent ingredients and a very light dough (though the pizza was anything but light, given the heavy toppings). The staff is friendly and the prices are fair.

Located near the university, it's convenient if you're looking for a better lunch at a good price. The desserts are also excellent.
