22/08/2024: Welcoming, refined and very intimate location. Nicola was the perfect host: professional, attentive, courteous and prepared to suggest the right wine to pair with the different dishes. A very respectable cellar. The wine labels are excellent and countless! Impeccable service. Refined and quality cuisine. We were also satisfied with the quality/price ratio! We will be back

06/08/2024: We went to eat for lunch, we had the burrata with anchovies and escarole, very good; then two excellent first courses, spaghetti with prawn steak and late radicchio ravioli with chicken ragù. The creme brulee that I took on a whim, because I was already full, was truly exceptional! If I lived nearby I would always eat in this place, which is also very nice, tastefully furnished and run by very kind people. 10 and praise!!!!!!!!!

25/08/2024: In questa zona per far visita alla cantina Vigneti Pittaro, meta immancabile dopo la morte dello stimato Pietro, che, fin dagli anni ’70, ha fatto dei vigneti, dell’uva e del vino una vero bagaglio non solo imprenditoriale ma anche culturale, lasciando notevoli tracce del suo cammino di grande uomo che ha compreso che la cultura sta alla base di ogni successo. Così il suo articolato museo resta un faro di ingegno e creatività artistica in qualche modo legato ad un grande prodotto, il vino, che, come l’arte, s’insinua fin dai tempi più antichi. Dopo la visita ci fermiamo per pranzo a Codroipo all’osteria “La Di Galas”. Il locale, che all’ingresso presenta il bar, all’interno si estende nella sala ristorante, sobria, ma ben allestita, tranquilla, con tavoli opportunamente distanziati. Marzia, la proprietaria, ci accoglie simpaticamente e, con molta gentilezza ci conduce al tavolo. Vediamo sul tavolo le proposte di alcuni menù a prezzo fisso, ma preferiamo scegliere alla carta. Marzia con estrema cortesia scorre con noi le proposte, descrivendole con particolari dai quali cogliamo il suo amore per la cucina. Ci lasciamo perciò un po’ guidare nella scelta, decidendo però per il frico (piatto tipico del luogo) come secondo. Si reca quindi ai fornelli, mentre Teddy la sostituisce ai tavoli, ai quali, nel frattempo, sono arrivati altri avventori. Teddy, persona simpaticissima e molto professionale, ci imbandisce il tavolo con molta cura conversando affabilmente. Abbiamo gradito moltissimo le preparazioni di Marzia, soprattutto il frico eseguito egregiamente. Impegno e passione per la cucina si denotano sempre, anche se a volte gli ingredienti non sono molti, basta saperli gestire sapientemente. Soddisfatti dal primo al dessert, Refosco compreso. Grazie Marzia e Teddy, i sapori sono più sapidi con un po’ di empatia!

14/08/2024: During our stay in Codroipo we ate at the Osteria La Di Galas. We started with the aperitives in a separate room, which was tastefully furnished, with tables nicely set. The owner explained the menu in detail and recommended certain dishes and corresponding wines. We mainly followed his recommendations and had an excellent dinner, all very tasteful and pleasantly presented. The Owner is multilingual and served the dishes and frequently, but unostentatiously asked, if everything was in order. We enjoyed the place, the excellent food and service. The place is certainly a recommendation, despite the more rustic entrance and bar.

08/08/2024: Have spaghetti with clams and spaghetti with seafood made, specifying PLENTY. Excellent rating. At lunch the girls are fast 15 minutes for 2 dishes as above plus bottle of water and 2 coffees 46. Cozy place almost facing the sea and in my opinion excellent quality/price ratio. 5 stars deserved

07/08/2024: Breaded anchovies specialties...delicious! Edit after 2 years: poor service. The anchovies remain good.

03/08/2024: Nice restaurant, the portions are large and the food is delicious! There was even free bread with the meal and a free sorbet for dessert. The staff could have been a little friendlier and more welcoming. At €2.60 for the place setting, one of us was missing a napkin. Parmesan is served individually wrapped in small plastic bags, which overall seems a bit cheap. For a relaxing evening after the beach, still a good place for a nice dinner :-)

31/07/2024: Smallest mussels and coldest waitress ever... Will not try again. No reaction to our complaint... And half of mussels were not opened, it means old/bad but definitely should NOT be serveed!!! Pizza gnocchi ok.

17/08/2024: Despite the central location right in the center, very attentive and friendly staff. We've been coming back for years. The food was also very tasty this year.

17/08/2024: Non-air-conditioned environment. Small portions for the price. In the mixed hot and cold starter, small, white mussels. Not very polite staff given that, thinking we didn't understand Friulian, the owner took the time to tell us that she hoped never to see us again... we had high expectations but we were very disappointed. I gave the food a score of 2 because the barbecue was very good.

07/08/2024: Excellent place to go for a good meal, be careful you have abundant first courses and they arrive on the table in a good pan and the price is very proportionate to the quality. Very nice and clean place. Highly recommended

06/08/2024: An institution in Lignano. Food top! Portions are very large and relatively cheap... we go there at least once every time... even if, like this year, we didn't go on vacation to Lignano but to Rimini... it's worth a detour

29/08/2024: Low quality meat, the spices covered the flavour, they were quick to seat us at the table and the throwing of cutlery and napkins to set the table was fabulous... I decided not to order dessert after I realized that the seats were full of crumbs and dust that were taken away from the ant colony that is happily advancing (at least they were happy). A real shame because years ago everything was clean, the staff were friendly and the food was good.

27/08/2024: Excellent pizza, quick to serve even if there are a lot of people. The only flaw is that there was no air conditioning in the room where we ate.

27/07/2024: Nice pizza restaurant at a good price as for both lunch and dinner you can eat a worker's menu for only €13 with a choice of 4 first courses, 4 second courses, 4 side dishes plus half a liter of water, wine, coffee and an offer of sorbet or limoncello
