01/02/2026: The gluten-free and vegan pizza is very good (AIC certified since 2016). We were also pleased with the traditional pizza and pasta of the day. The service was friendly and courteous. Recommended.

16/12/2025: We ate at the restaurant as a group of 40. We had a great time, both in terms of service and the quality and quantity of the dishes, and the price was fair.
There were vegetarians among us, and they found an alternative menu for us without any problem.
The gubana for breakfast and dessert 😋, made on site, were also excellent.
Helpful staff. Recommended place, we'll definitely be back.
29/10/2025: I spent two nights at the Casa del Pellegrino in Castelmonte and had a truly wonderful time.
The property is in a splendid, quiet, and panoramic location, with a breathtaking view. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet, perfect for those seeking relaxation.
The staff was extremely kind and always available, making the stay even more pleasant.
An ideal place to unwind, visit the Sanctuary, and enjoy the peace of the Friulian hills.

01/01/2026: For December 24th, I was directed to this fish shop. I must say that even though I'm from Cagliari, where our fish market is renowned, I was amazed by the fresh produce and very reasonable prices. The staff's willingness to accommodate customer requests is also noteworthy. Finally, the cleanliness inside the shop is top notch. In short, I highly recommend this fish shop!
26/07/2025: A few days ago I bought a bag of clams for a whopping €36. Once I cooked them, I threw away more than half because they were sealed, and the other half were terrible.

10/01/2026: I ordered a red shrimp tartare (that's what it said on the menu). I received a plate with 6 whole white/gray shrimp, simply peeled. When asked for clarification, I was told that the chef had experimented with a new way of presenting tartare.
In conclusion:
1. It's not a tartare, at most a raw shrimp dish.
2. They weren't red shrimp.
3. I also had to remove the intestines from the shrimp, which were present because "we don't do anything, the supplier does everything."
I don't recommend it.

14/10/2025: We stayed one night at this agriturismo, well-run by Samuel and his mother, who makes delicious and sublime cakes with her homemade jams. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and recently renovated, with ample parking adjacent to the property. A delicious sweet and savory breakfast is served. The owner, Samuel, is a young, enthusiastic person who loves his work. We also purchased the wine and jams, both of which are homemade. The agriturismo is well-located, in a quiet area. The center of Gorizia is about a 10-minute drive away. Highly recommended.

08/02/2026: Attracted by the evening's special, four of us went for fish.
The appetizer was two scallops, fresh and delicious.
The first course was linguine with clams; the sauce was good, but unfortunately the pasta was a little too al dente; a minute more cooking was appropriate.
The second course was grilled scallops and mussels with tomato sauce, both good.
The dessert was delicious, tiramisu.
Overall, except for the pasta, everything was good and fresh.
As for suggestions, I'd opt for a slightly more comfortable space; the place is small, but we were all a bit crowded in the room.
And maybe a complimentary digestive...

21/12/2025: Despite having a table reservation, we waited over 30 minutes before being seated. Furthermore, one waiter in particular was extremely rude when clearing the table (hastily/hastily clearing the plates, waving his cutlery, and clearing the plates away while the customer was finishing). And, when we tried to tell him that the pizza was overcooked and hard (almost inedible), he completely ignored and spoke over the customer who was trying to express herself.
Not recommended.

08/05/2025: Locale bellissimo, abbiamo mangiato un risotto con asparagi sensazionale !!I due camerieri presenti sono di una gentilezza e cortesia unica ! Non avendo molta appetito ma desiderando provare anche i cjarsons ci hanno omaggiato di un cjarson per L’ assaggio !

05/05/2025: il locale è molto carino ma la cena è stata decisamente sotto le aspettative. il servizio appariva confusionario e frettoloso, mentre i piatti (ad eccezione del toc, molto buono) per nulla memorabili. a mio parere prezzi un pò alti per quello che offre.

05/01/2026: Excellent restaurant. Elegant atmosphere with soft lighting and great attention to detail. The staff (mother and son) were very kind and professional. We tried the Rosa di Gorizia, polenta with goulash, and beef carpaccio with truffles, all delicious and flavorful. Not to mention the wide selection of wines. Thank you so much.

30/11/2025: Intimate and family-friendly atmosphere, limited but not overwhelming space.
The owners are friendly and helpful, and the prices are certainly fair, in proportion to the (unpretentious) quality of the dishes. Keep in mind, however, that we ordered two set menus.

The hot chocolates were average, but the wait was endless.
