15/10/2025: A disappointing experience in every way. The restaurant displays symbols and images that openly recall fascism—a deeply inappropriate and offensive choice, as well as contrary to democratic values. The staff, mostly inexperienced seasonal workers, does their best but is clearly left without adequate guidance. In summer, the heat and humidity inside make it stifling, while outside you're literally beset by mosquitoes. The food quality is questionable, and the prices are average but not justified. I don't recommend this place, both for its atmosphere and the message it conveys.

06/10/2025: This restaurant also offers a workers' lunch menu at reasonable prices. Very fast service, perfect for those looking for a quick meal without wasting too much time. Also open on Mondays for lunch. Advance reservations recommended. Often full.

03/02/2026: A small place, but meticulously maintained. The clientele is mostly local, mostly regulars, and the people are laid-back and friendly. They have excellent lager, served in a 1/2-liter glass (a rare occurrence in Italy, where 400 ml is still the norm) and charging €5. The coffee is also good. I haven't eaten here recently, only quite a while ago, so I won't review the food. I often return, especially since I live nearby... But this little place is definitely worth it.

22/12/2025: The bar offers a set lunch menu, and the waiters are incredibly fast. From noon until after 2 p.m., the place is always packed, a clear sign that they do good food. I had made a reservation (on Friday for fish), but they suggested I come back later to be on the safe side, because, rightly, workers get priority. The wait was long. Let's hope it won't be like this next time.

09/11/2025: It's a shame the staff was inattentive, because the coffee and pastries were good. The women's restroom was out of order, and the men's restroom was filthy. A regular customer reported that it had been out of order for quite some time.

07/11/2025: A café that doesn't serve hot chocolate in the fall, oh well. I get a cappuccino and the milk is a little sour. Never mind, Trieste has no shortage of cafés.

30/05/2026: Hi, I often pass by there, and after trying all the restaurants and the like, I always stop here. The lady is polite, patient, and kind. The dishes are plentiful and, above all, excellent, and the prices are more than fair. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

As a business owner, I know that time is the most precious resource, and finding yourself faced with a closed shutter on a Saturday night—despite Google listing your business as open—is simply unacceptable. If a business can't even manage basic online communication, it speaks volumes about the care they put into everything else. It's a real shame, but the lack of respect for other people's time is a definite no-no for me.

10/03/2026: I ordered three takeout pizzas a little while ago and I have to say I was really impressed. The pizzas were incredibly good, with a light, well-cooked dough and just the right balance. As soon as we opened them, the aroma was incredible; the basil filled the kitchen with a crazy scent, a sign of fresh, quality ingredients. I had the Affumicata with provola cheese and it was spectacular, with a perfectly balanced smoky flavor. We were completely satisfied; you can taste the passion behind these pizzas. I will definitely be back.

15/07/2026: I can't understand the positive reviews. I had two slices of pizza (a Margherita and one with potatoes) which were quite dry and didn't have much flavor. I've had better pizza at the Italian supermarket here.

07/05/2026: The pizza may be good, but if you open at 10, the cuts should be ready by now. The owner has made me come back half an hour later, if not more, countless times. Sorry, but get organized, you won't get my money back.

15/02/2026: It's unfortunate sometimes to have to change your mind about something you like. Unfortunately, trusting rude staff who aren't capable of interacting with customers creates discomfort and tarnishes the image of a trendy establishment like Lendar. A prestigious restaurant, founded and grown thanks to the admirable resourcefulness and sacrifice of the owner, who deserves credit for believing in it. So it happened that when I paid for my drink, I encountered the haughty and arrogant indifference of a cashier who believes she's above good manners and the responsibilities assigned to her. Evidently, slamming my change on the counter without a simple "thank you" and turning away in total indifference, besides being, I fear, an unspeakable habit of hers (not the first time), I believe it's also a sign of deep-rooted personal discontent. If Lendar's goal is to project an image of professionalism and kindness, in this case I must admit my grave embarrassment and frankly believe it is useful to immediately send a corrective signal.

17/05/2026: Excellent hotel for those needing an overnight stay for business or tourism. Ideally located less than 10 km from the center of Udine. Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant and pizzeria offering reasonably priced meals. Free on-site parking. Highly recommended.

26/03/2026: The cake wasn't as requested. The image was edited, and the Chantilly cream was either missing or mixed with the cream. Overall, the cake was good, but the proportions were too large for the requested quantity. If you order something, be specific about what you want and how much you want.

01/11/2025: What can I say? Even though it's not the closest bakery to us, it's now become our go-to. Delicious for both bread and cakes!
