We had dinner and therefore used the restaurant room and not the tavern/bar... but we were pleasantly impressed! Excellent dishes with really good balances... the only advice I can give: in the risotto the speck would have been better in small pieces rather than the entire slice But for the rest... everything top! Toc in braide.. to eat!!

We stopped for two glasses and two slices of raw ham. The bar area was packed with people (in my opinion a sign of appreciation from the local clientele) and therefore with a very slow service. They make up for the unique environment and the good quality of the wine proposal!

Il locale recentemente rinnovato ha mantenuto l'aura antica che si merita. Come cliente affezionato posso testimoniare solo per il servizio, ottimo, e i vini, più che decenti

Uriges Restaurant mit Bar wo man eine sehr gute Jause mit Prosciutto Crudo , Schinken sowie Käse aus der Käserei in Sutrio bekommt. Baguettescheiben sowie Grissino runden das schmackhafte Essen ab. Die Küche fürs Restaurant öffnet um 19 h. Die Jause bekamen wir jedoch vor der Zeit.

Buona trattoria con pochi piatti ma tutti gustosi e ben preparati. Locale carino. Servizio forse migliorabile, dopo che ci hanno servito il piatto non sono più tornati a chiedere se volevamo altro (così dopo un po' ci siamo alzati e siamo andati via) né al momento del conto non hanno chiesto alcun commento. Cmq nel complesso buona qualità a prezzi abbastanza giusti

Cibo estremamente buono, l'unica pecca hanno servito 5 ottimi cjarsons al prezzo di 12€. ottimo il frico con polenta, ottimo lo strudel

24/03/2024: A splendid, welcoming, warm place. Farmhouse surrounded by the woods where deer live. Excellent cuisine mainly based on venison, in a refined rustic environment, dark woods, terracotta, stone and bricks. The rooms were really nice, clean and spacious, quiet and comfortable beds. Spectacular view of the Prealps, friendly and helpful owners. Dogs and pets are not allowed for obvious safety reasons (there is a sign at the entrance to the property). Highly recommended!
