13/06/2026: Surrounded by greenery Near the restaurant are several enclosures containing various groups of deer. The restaurant offers a venison-based menu. The food is good and plentiful. It's worth a visit. The prices are reasonable.

31/05/2026: We went for lunch today, May 31st. The location was stunning. It was cool, with plenty of trees to cool off. Overall, we ate well. We went especially for the game. So, the appetizer was a selection of local cured meats, with salami and venison pitina standing out. Overall, it was good. The first course was venison-filled ravioli with Montasio sauce, and strozzapreti with venison ragù. Overall, no special praise. The second courses were even better! The venison stew was good and flavorful, but above all, tender. I had the venison shoulder with pink peppercorns. Delicious. It was basically venison roast beef with pink peppercorn sauce. Delicate and delicious. We were full, so we didn't order dessert. But we did have liquor and grappa available. Overall, a good lunch at a fair price. A liter of Cabernet included.

04/05/2026: I can't believe all the negative reviews I've read about this place. I discovered Sartoria a year ago and it's become my weekly treat. Personally, it's the best burger I've ever had...and I'll keep eating it!! (With stuffed jalapenos)

03/05/2026: I came here with my friends who run a half marathon and we're visibly tired. We ordered one small and two large beers to drink. We also ordered some fries. The beer came in a few minutes, but the fries never came. After 40 minutes, we were angry and wanted to go, we went to pay and they charged us the beers and the fries. The service was bad but it wasn't too crowded. Their slogan is "The best burger in town" but with the service that bad I don't think the food is much better either.

19/03/2026: We've been there several times, but before the renovation. Today we returned. The place had a strong smell of a not-so-clean kitchen, average-to-low quality food, sauces and gravies that didn't match the type of pasta they were paired with, few desserts and not particularly good ones, a limited selection of liquors, and the service was always friendly but unwelcoming and uninformative. Superficial responses to specific questions. This new management doesn't live up to the restaurant's history. Unfortunately, we've lost a good place in the neighborhood.

03/04/2026: Next time, let us know (just write it down, a sign on the gate or maybe a post, or on the Google page) that there is a private party, so that no one has to travel a lot of miles to come and visit you… not to mention the great rudeness of the woman who told us “private party”.

26/01/2026: Homemade tagliatelle and gnocchi, the meat is delicious. I recommend both the first and second courses, especially the gnocchi, the roast beef or rib-eye steak, and the frico. The mixed salad is also delicious!

14/05/2026: A place you'll want to find to enjoy even a simple pizza in a welcoming atmosphere. Fair prices and truly friendly and polite staff. The girl at the cashier is very nice.

11/05/2026: I spent 5 days in Udine, and every night I went to this restaurant for dinner. Excellent service and food quality. I highly recommend it.

15/07/2026: I can't understand the positive reviews. I had two slices of pizza (a Margherita and one with potatoes) which were quite dry and didn't have much flavor. I've had better pizza at the Italian supermarket here.

07/05/2026: The pizza may be good, but if you open at 10, the cuts should be ready by now. The owner has made me come back half an hour later, if not more, countless times. Sorry, but get organized, you won't get my money back.

27/06/2026: We ordered two Pizzas, I am dairy free so I ordered the Hawaiian, but there was no tomato sauce on that particular pizza, so the waiter suggested it. I was delighted. Obviously I can't have cheese so that wasn't on the pizza. It took a while for them to come out considering we were the first in the restaurant but it looked as if the locals were served before us. The pizza was poor, considering we were in Italy. When it came to paying I was charged for the tomato sauce, which I thought was cheeky, I didn't have cheese so it was balanced out !! Or so I thought 🤔

21/05/2026: Very friendly staff and clean rooms. The attached restaurant serves delicious dinners and a good Italian breakfast. And of course, the location is unbeatable.

17/02/2026: Beautiful and historic bar, kind and friendly staff, despite the numerous presences at the holy mass they managed very well in an organized way the people at the cash register and at the counter, we will return to eat or rest in the hotel definitely in the summer
