14/06/2025: We celebrated our daughter's communion in May. We ate very well and the service was excellent. The girls who served us at the table were very good and they didn't let us miss anything, not even a smile. Brave👍🏻

04/08/2025: We entered the establishment and not even a single "good morning" from either of the girls. Only after the third time I repeated it did one of them respond. We ordered a cappuccino with soy milk, and the milk frothing wand was dirty. The cappuccino wasn't hot, and the foam wasn't even made properly. The same milk jug was later used to froth regular milk. At this point, I'm starting to suspect that regular milk had been added to the soy milk jug for our cappuccinos as well. It definitely could have been done better.

08/08/2025: A disaster, slow service, rude, arrogant and even indifferent waitress. Biblical waiting times for food, seated at 8.30pm, the appetizer arrived at 9.20pm mostly inedible (we ate something because we were hungry), the first course was still not on the table at 10pm, not to mention the bread which we had to ask for..... An impossible confusion inside the place, we had a headache. And mostly the owner comes to the counter and is completely out of the blue about how the evening is going. In short, it was supposed to be an evening with friends that turned into a nightmare evening in the kitchen, we left without eating the first course. Review the staff, the waiting times for preparation but above all the owner must be present in the dining room!!

07/08/2025: I only ordered an appetizer and a first course because the portions are generous. Everything was delicious, highly recommended. Wonderful location, well-hidden in the center of Cussignacco.

26/06/2025: My recent experience at the Golden Horse sandwich shop was, without hesitation, among the most disappointing and unpleasant that I can count in the panorama of informal catering. First of all, it is necessary to report an unjustifiable delay of twenty minutes in the delivery of the order, despite the fact that the place did not have a sufficient turnout to justify such waiting times. Such operational inefficiency reveals a completely inadequate management, devoid of the minimum respect for the customer. As if this were not enough, the sandwiches were served to us cold, in clear contradiction with any acceptable standard of catering, even the simplest. This detail, which might seem marginal in other contexts, here is configured as an emblem of unacceptable carelessness and systemic neglect. The professionalism of the staff, then, proved to be lacking from every point of view: a listless, rude attitude, almost annoyed by the presence of the customers, made the interaction unpleasant and devoid of any kind of courtesy. Not a smile, not a word of courtesy, not an attempt to remedy the poor service: nothing. Finally, the quality of the food was surprisingly low. The ingredients appeared cheap, lacking freshness and completely devoid of flavor; all presented without care or dignity. In a gastronomic panorama now saturated with similar proposals, Golden Horse manages the unfortunate feat of standing out in a negative way. In conclusion, I strongly advise against Golden Horse to anyone who has even a minimal respect for their time, their palate and their dignity as a customer. An experience to forget.

15/08/2025: Ferragosto lunch. Excellent and plentiful fried fish and vegetables. Very kind and friendly owners. Excellent experience. I forgot, the place is pleasantly air-conditioned.

11/08/2025: You have to book. I'm speechless. Exceptional. Thank you. 2025: Things have changed. There's no longer a set menu for lunch. Something has gone wrong with the quality of the food.

29/08/2025: We've known Ristorante Capri for over 20 years and have always been regulars. This year, we were rather disappointed. The food is quite solid, but in direct comparison with its local competitors, it unfortunately couldn't keep up this year. It's a shame, because it was our favorite restaurant until now.

24/08/2025: Our room was Parkside. All rooms are on the ground floor and have a wooden partition at the entrance. This is called a terrace. You sit in a cage made of wooden slats, and we looked out into a hedge and the parking lot. We didn't like that!! The room was modern and clean, but very small. There was a window on the side. The bathroom was modern and huge! A concrete terrace with loungers right by the sea. Very nice!!! What was strange was that you have to place a precise order for breakfast the day before. We highly recommend the Tre Merli restaurant! Extremely good food at reasonable prices. We can't recommend the hotel. We only lasted one night in that room.

03/08/2025: Everything was very pleasant. I don't understand the negative reviews, even though we stayed in one of the four back rooms, next to the street. With the door closed, you can't hear much. The service is super attentive. Everything is super clean! The direct access to the sea is simply perfect. The bus stop is right outside. We really enjoyed it. We'll be back.

17/08/2025: I had dinner at this place with a group, and we sat outside, the experience was very pleasant. The staff was kind and accommodating. There’s an outdoor area, separated from the main restaurant, where you can enjoy your meal. The pizza was tasty and flavorful, and the atmosphere was very calm, which made it easy to have a conversation without distractions.

04/09/2025: The freakish camping I have ever been to. Avoid if possible! I have email them to book places for 2 tents, no answer. I have called with 2 months in advance of arrival and the answer was "for the 1st of September for 2 tents you don't need any reservation, just come here". And yet, when we arrived the guy taking care of accommodation said we needed at reservation.....and it was 19:00. Somehow he wanted to look like he was doing us a big, big favor and he shoved us a place (gravel+mud) where we could camp. It was a place for only one car and a tent and he charged us for 2 tents. Probably he doesn't know his own camping site or he was ill-intended as we discovered that there were plenty of free spots later. We asked him to do the formalities faster since we wanted to catch the 20:04 tram 2, but he kept on smiling and moving like a replay....We stayed just for one night since we were treated like this. The only good take-away is the view from the parking or the top spot of the camping, but you could have that from the Obelisco di Trieste itself. Anyway, the guy is a freak, better avoid!

03/09/2025: An old campsite that certainly doesn't deserve 5 stars for its amenities (be careful, always bring your own toilet paper to the restroom), but 10 stars for the view and friendliness. We were very satisfied and here

09/07/2025: Great Italian restaurant, the pizzas are very good and hearty. The price/performance ratio is right here. Service is very friendly and quaintly charming. The owner of the house offers his homemade grappa for you to take home. Be careful, it's delicious! Great place, we'd go back in a heartbeat. 👌👌👌👌
