25/12/2025: An excellent Christmas lunch, even for me, who can't eat wheat. For the first time, a restaurant served me exactly the same dishes as the other guests, but without wheat flour, and I didn't have to give up anything! I'm only posting a few photos, but there were so many more dishes. Thank you!

06/05/2026: I've been frequenting Mr. Smoky for years, and I'm a little sad to have to write this review, because in the beginning, their sandwiches were the absolute best in Fagagna for me. Unfortunately, however, over time, the quality has declined. Lately, the bread hasn't convinced me anymore, and the sandwiches as a whole are often dry, lacking that "zing" they once had. Another note goes to the owner: I understand everything, I understand that running a restaurant in Italy today is a constant battle between taxes and bureaucracy that wears you down, but a little more smile wouldn't hurt. I get the impression that the welcome is lacking a bit of friendliness and enthusiasm. I hope this is just a temporary situation and that the restaurant returns to its former level, because I know they can do much better.

01/01/2026: For December 24th, I was directed to this fish shop. I must say that even though I'm from Cagliari, where our fish market is renowned, I was amazed by the fresh produce and very reasonable prices. The staff's willingness to accommodate customer requests is also noteworthy. Finally, the cleanliness inside the shop is top notch. In short, I highly recommend this fish shop!

26/07/2025: A few days ago I bought a bag of clams for a whopping €36. Once I cooked them, I threw away more than half because they were sealed, and the other half were terrible.

As a business owner, I know that time is the most precious resource, and finding yourself faced with a closed shutter on a Saturday night—despite Google listing your business as open—is simply unacceptable. If a business can't even manage basic online communication, it speaks volumes about the care they put into everything else. It's a real shame, but the lack of respect for other people's time is a definite no-no for me.

09/03/2026: I returned to the restaurant a few days ago and had a truly delicious burger, rich in filling and flavor, and the bun was also excellent and very soft. The service was very quick and courteous, and the prices were fair for the quality. I recommend it for anyone who loves truly well-made burgers. I wrote this one below 7 years ago. A very cute and trendy place, located in one of Pordenone's oldest squares, replacing the historic (but sadly defunct) pizzeria da Zelina. Although it looks like a restaurant, their menu is primarily dedicated to burgers, revisited in a gourmet style, but they also offer more typical restaurant dishes. I chose the tagliolini with three ragùs and enjoyed an excellent first course. Fair prices and good service. Overall, they deserve four stars.

04/06/2026: *Once and never again* ⭐️ Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We were the only customers in the restaurant and felt unwelcome. When we first entered, the waitress was busy vacuuming and paid us very little attention. There was no menu; the dishes were only listed verbally. We had ordered calamari, which was suddenly unavailable due to "technical issues." For example, we ordered beans and paid for them according to the receipt, but they served spinach instead, without us asking. The bill for four people was over €150. This is very high compared to the portions and the quality of other restaurants. The prices were not visible in advance, as the menu was only communicated verbally. At 9:00 PM, we were asked to leave, as it was closing time. It's a shame, because a visit to the restaurant isn't at all pleasant this way.

22/03/2026: Excellent family dinner. The food was truly delicious: the appetizer, the charcuterie board, and the prosciutto crudo were excellent, as was the lardo, exquisite, thinly sliced ​​and beautifully flavored. The wild garlic orzotto was superb, the beef tagliata was practically perfect, and the fried calamari was exceptional, tender and expertly cooked in fresh oil. For dessert, the gubana (a typical local cake) topped with grappa and the zeppola di San Giuseppe (stuffed sweet bread) were sublime. The price was fair and well-proportioned for the quality of the dinner. We will definitely be back.

29/03/2025: Prima della ristrutturazione era un posto ottimo dove poter gustare un gran pollo allo spiedo e non solo… non vi è rimasto nemmeno il ricordo. Se andate avanti così non arrivate a Natale… come si fa’ a rovinare qualcosa che funzionava da anni in sto modo…

10/02/2025: Polecam każdemu kogo złapał głód wracając do kraju spróbować kurczaka z prawdziwego grilla w rozmarynie. Pracując jako kierowca minimum raz w tygodniu odwiedzałem to miejsce i nigdy się nie zawiodłem.Dla osób oczekujących porcelanowej zastawy proponuję jechać dalej do Austrii bo tutaj tego nie znajdziecie. Smak i klimat tego miejsca jest dla wielu wielkim doświadczeniem kulinarnym jak i wspomnieniem lat 90.
