01/01/2026: My husband and I (mountain dwellers by adoption) are always on the lookout for authentic, traditional cuisine! No frills, lots of substance! We loved it here: game, fresh homemade pasta, Omero, his wife, and his mother—a fantastic mix for authentic cuisine! If you're heading up to Piancavallo, stop here—you won't regret it! 😃

31/12/2025: The food is extremely mediocre; if that were all it was, it would be a 3-star rating. I had the venison gnocchi; the meat was good, but the gnocchi, despite being homemade, were extremely forgettable. The real problem is that in 2025, you can't possibly refuse to keep separate bills, which, I recall, are required by law. Not accepting payments via POS but only in cash is illegal. This is my first and last time here, so avoid.
10/10/2025: We've been frequenting Forni for a long time now. Nuoitas, a historic restaurant, is always a great choice. The super friendly and efficient staff serves delicious local dishes that convey the feeling of well-being. I regret not taking photos of the plating, but it was too tempting to wait. Needless to say, I can't wait to return. 5 stars is perhaps an understatement.

12/10/2025: A wonderful experience. On a Sunday in October, we ate outside, served by friendly staff, and the food was delicious! From the perfectly cooked grilled meat to the exquisite fish entree. I highly recommend it.

I ordered bruschetta which arrived immediately and then gnocchi and a dish with sausage and broccoli were supposed to arrive but we waited 1 hour and we went to ask and then they arrived immediately they apologized but by then the damage had been done also because there were not many people to serve.

17/01/2026: Very cozy place, small, 3 or 4 tables. Excellent food. A little pricey, but worth it. Bigoli in white duck ragù was exceptional. The best tiramisu I can remember! Good service, and the boss, Alessandro, was very friendly. I'll be back.
08/12/2025: A charming little restaurant tucked away in the alleys of the historic center. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. We ate divinely. Generous portions, carefully prepared dishes. The staff and owner were incredibly kind, and this place reflects the passion they put into their work. Well done!
We'll be back and we highly recommend it.
