25/08/2025: Immersed in the spirit of a farmhouse, the rooms are basic but clean and have comfortable mattresses and pillows. The location is strategic, allowing you to reach Udine in 10 minutes. Breakfast includes croissants and coffee, with eggs available upon request. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed, so I can't comment.

14/07/2025: Trattoria La Conca Verde, a true trattoria, is a must-see for anyone near Val Cavallina. The menu offers an interesting variety of traditional dishes, both meat and fish, and when available, even goose eggs from their own geese, prepared with locally sourced, high-quality ingredients. I personally recommend the pappardelle with duck ragù: the pasta, hand-rolled and very thin, is light, and the ragù is flavorful and enveloping, enough to entice you to continue with a second course... of pappardelle with duck ragù. And the desserts? Incredible. The atmosphere of the restaurant is in keeping with the cuisine: a traditional setting, overlooking a garden where some of the ingredients used in the kitchen come from. Finally, the service is always courteous and attentive; the prices? You can't have everything in life...and the stop, as mentioned, is unmissable.

25/08/2025: A few days ago we went to taste the delicacies, the quality of the products was of the highest level, the service and attention towards us a little less...

24/08/2025: That's where it actually comes from. The famous San Daniele ham. Of course, this is one of many farms, but it's a particularly nice one. The owner treated us to a small tasting, proudly showed us his curing room, and offered to ship all of his products to Germany without any hassle. Incidentally, there are hardly any pigs in all of Friuli. They're brought from Parma, exactly where Parma ham comes from. So the hams aren't all that different after all.

28/07/2025: Great restaurant! Definitely recommended! We had a huge portion of mussels in a white wine sauce (€15.50) and they were extremely tasty. The pizzas range from €9-20 and were also very good. The selection is very extensive. The service was friendly and professional. The restaurant is located a bit off the beaten track and is therefore pleasantly quiet.

29/03/2025: We were passing through and had a wonderful dinner: excellent meat and Vicenza-style cod, good quality and generous portions. Handy and kind hosts. They delighted us at the end with dark chocolate split with a special cutter and a rum. Advised!

08/07/2025: Frequento spesso questo bar ristorante durante le pause pranzo, quando sono in zona per lavoro, e ogni volta è una conferma. Il menù a prezzo fisso è davvero onesto, con porzioni sempre corrette, spesso anche generose – non a caso è frequentato da tanti lavoratori della zona. Il cibo è vario, con molte opzioni ogni giorno, e sempre saporito: si vede che in cucina c’è attenzione e cura. Il servizio è uno dei punti forti: veloce ed efficiente, gestito da un team di ragazze sempre sorridenti e gentili, che rendono il pranzo ancora più piacevole. Ho girato spesso per lavoro in tutta Italia, e è mi caapito di provare molti locali simili, ma pochi riescono a combinare così bene qualità, rapidità, accoglienza e prezzo. Un posto unico nel suo genere.

14/06/2025: Trattoria piccola, semplice ma ben curata. Semplice come i loro piatti ma ben fatti e super abbondanti. Spaghetti cotti a puntino. Veloci e cortesia che in questo locale non manca!!!

07/09/2025: I ordered a Caesar salad of deplorable quality: no attention paid to the presentation or the ingredients. As if that weren't enough, one of the waitresses asked me to justify why I found it bad, in a rude tone, insisting that it was me who was mistaken and that the dish was excellent... A frankly unacceptable attitude. The service was very slow, and even the appetizers (drinks as well as a charcuterie and cheese platter to share) were of mediocre quality. Overall, a disappointing experience that I absolutely do not recommend.

21/08/2025: I live a kilometer from the pizzeria. I call and order two pizzas cut into slices for home delivery. Luckily, before hanging up, I ask the final price: €27.50! On the menu I found online, my pizzas were €9 and €9.50. They're sorry, there have been price increases and they'll try to adjust the online prices as well. My pizzas are €12. I could have given up right there, no one was forcing me, but I continue. I ask to exchange one pizza, opting for a €10 Capricciosa. 40 minutes for delivery, and they were precise about that. The courier arrives. The pizza box on top is covered in handfuls of grease, the smeared receipts are stuck to the packaging by the grease. I grab it from underneath: the corners are moist, I ask, what's going on? The guy: Hey, they're fresh pizzas! I open the boxes: none of the pizzas are cut into slices. The pizzas are very thin. I open the second box, the one below. The pizza is stuck to the packaging. There are peppers and asparagus (?), which I don't like. Reading the menu, I see that it's the Quattro Stagioni. In short, for having ordered two pizzas, without any modifications or anything, sliced, and living a kilometer away, I expected a little better. I received a similar pizza, but the wrong one, the pizzas unsliced, and the packaging greasy. For the money I chose to pay, more needs to be done.
