23/08/2025: I had breakfast with a cream brioche and cappuccino. Unfortunately, the brioche was from the day before. The cream was sandy and obviously dry, and the pastry was damp. This is unacceptable treatment for a bakery/pastry shop/bistro that wants to project a VIP image with VIP prices. Instead of giving away unsold products, they pass them off to you the next day. Plus, the waitress even tried to convince me they were all fresh! Luckily, her colleague, more professional and intelligent, apologized and didn't charge me for the brioche. So be careful if you go there early in the morning. I'm adding my review to respond to the "gentleman/lady" who responded: threatening and using aggressive language certainly doesn't do them any favors. A professional must be able to accept criticism, not just be happy about the 5-star rating, especially since I had ordered a cream brioche to go, and it was absolutely nothing like the one served. The cream was shiny, smooth, and not sandy... but the takeaway one was on a tray fresh from the lab. I'm sorry, but if you're not capable of addressing a criticism in a positive and proactive manner, that's not my problem. Also, someone else questioned the freshness of some items, but the response wasn't as forceful and aggressive. Given the arrogance and rudeness, even 0 stars.

14/09/2025: First time at this butcher shop Very friendly and helpful staff, ready to offer advice!! The counter is very well stocked, with many delicacies. We cooked the "exceptional" chicken skewers, truly delicious chicken!! The same goes for the beef skewers "bombette" and asado. The prices are normal. We will gladly return.

15/08/2025: I've been shopping at this butcher shop for many years: I've always found the quality excellent, with a wide variety of meats. The owners' helpfulness is also remarkable. 20/10/2025: Over the past few months, I've been there often, both for dine-in and takeout. The owners should be grateful for having a good, polite, caring, and professional woman in the dining room. Tonight, I had the terrible idea of ​​going. I'd ordered my usual pizza with salami, ricotta, and grilled zucchini, and they served me an undercooked pizza (probably the oven was too hot because the restaurant was full and there were 12 people waiting for takeout). The pizza was completely charred, with salami, ricotta, and zucchini, absolutely unbearable. The woman in charge noticed and was very kind, offering to remake the pizza. I decided against it because the oven probably got out of hand that evening. I went to pay, thinking, "How could it possibly happen that I wouldn't find the thing they served me on the bill?" Instead, no comment, and the crap on the bill. I also suggest that the careless owners change the oil and thoroughly clean the hood and extractor fan. You'll leave covered in old oil (that's why I often ordered takeout), which is decidedly unpleasant. They won't see me for a while... never go there on weekends... it seems the takeout is more important than the customer who also pays for drinks and a cover charge... I reply to the rude owner: the oil stinks. If you were to leave the place, you'd smell the smell of used oil. When you make a mistake in life, it's better to apologize than to be like you, who wrote this knowing you were wrong, arrogant and rude. Good, you've lost two more customers. Shame on you.

07/08/2025: The lady was very kind and the food was excellent. The chicken and the sauce she put on it remained tender even the next day. Even my one-year-old loved it, especially the pie! We'll definitely be back.

The staff manage to strike a balance between being profession and friendly, and seemingly effortlessly make you feel at home. The kitchen certainly has started to exceed expectations, living up to the location. Top quality local ingredients are blended with flavor and creativity. Listen out for the off the menu specials, more often than not they're a must try!

04/09/2025: I went there last night for the first time for dinner with former colleagues. The place was charming, the waiter was very friendly and approachable, and the food and wine were of high quality. I don't often leave reviews, but this one deserved it. I took one star off the food because I didn't find any vegan options, and even though I'm not vegan, I'd appreciate more attention to those who, by choice or necessity, want to eat more plant-based.

08/06/2025: We visited during the week for lunch. They only had set menus, but the selection was large enough to fill us up. It's a shame, though, because it doesn't say anywhere that they don't serve food from their ala carte menu for lunch.

13/09/2025: An excellent pizza with a high crust but crispy all over. Very tasty and well-topped. The service is fast and the staff is friendly. I've tried various pizzas and have never been disappointed! Even with a group, the service is very fast, so I recommend it as a place to eat.

09/09/2025: Good pizzas. Of course, when you order them, you want to be able to eat them all the way through... leaving them at the table so charred after having been passed through at least two people's hands seems rather disrespectful to the customers.

18/07/2025: I admit I've returned to this place after a long time, and management must have changed. The place is a typical bar with old-fashioned vintage furnishings that feel like a step back in time, but the old management was the perfect combination of a family atmosphere without any pretensions, good food, and unsurprising prices. Bearing this in mind, I still wanted to try it, so I ordered two small pastries—not the famous carsoline, which were already sold out, but a different kind of dessert. It's certainly good, but I don't find five euros a portion justified, neither for the type of dessert, nor for the service offered, nor for the type of venue (identical to the old one and not renovated). I repeat, the dessert was good, but overall it wasn't worth the asking price, especially considering it was a takeaway. A real shame, because I appreciated the decision not to alter the bar's structure and menu.

31/07/2025: Musica dal vivo, cibo buonissimo, ottimi drink (consigliassimo l'americano della Conca). Serata magnifica in un giardino esterno che è indescrivibile! Consigliatissimo in particolar modo il mercoledì sera con la musica dal vivo!

14/07/2025: Trattoria La Conca Verde, a true trattoria, is a must-see for anyone near Val Cavallina. The menu offers an interesting variety of traditional dishes, both meat and fish, and when available, even goose eggs from their own geese, prepared with locally sourced, high-quality ingredients. I personally recommend the pappardelle with duck ragù: the pasta, hand-rolled and very thin, is light, and the ragù is flavorful and enveloping, enough to entice you to continue with a second course... of pappardelle with duck ragù. And the desserts? Incredible. The atmosphere of the restaurant is in keeping with the cuisine: a traditional setting, overlooking a garden where some of the ingredients used in the kitchen come from. Finally, the service is always courteous and attentive; the prices? You can't have everything in life...and the stop, as mentioned, is unmissable.
