Very nice and friendly place with local cuisine on the Slovenian-Italian border. The village in a beautiful valley has been inhabited for more than 900 years! Have amazing groats, peas, or pasta with spinach. Don't look for seafood here in the mountains 😄.

My partner and I stayed at the agriturismo in June and were in the area to attend a wedding. We couldn't have made a better choice. We stayed for a few days with half board and had lunch on site. Homemade food, from breakfast to dinner, delicious grappa, and fresh produce. We were welcomed by Paola, the cook and host, and Alan, the property manager. We felt welcomed from the first minute. Genuine people and places, no frills. We hope to return soon.

Excellent tasty affordable home-made food, friendly owner and employees. Nice homely atmosphere with a view from Italy to Slovenia. Nothing to add, go and try it, you won't regret it.
