We visited again after a few years, and as always, highly recommended. They serve typical Karst dishes (cucina tipica carsolina), and the appetizer trio was very tasty and of top quality. The owners are part of the Slovenian minority in the province of Gorizia (historical information is available in the restaurant). There are also World War I fortifications (Isonzo Front) nearby. The owner is happy to explain the various access routes (possibly even by mountain bike). We'll be back! Warm greetings from South Tyrol!

On our way back from a Sunday outing, we stopped for dinner. We ate very well. I highly recommend this place, which is very quiet.

02/05/2026: Family lunch for 6. Spectacular mussel piri piri, as were the gratin dishes. Long wait, but satisfied. Risotto and another first course were both very good. Grilled fish was good, but not exceptional. Normal price.
30/03/2026: Seafood restaurant Very well-kept, clean Open kitchen. Super tasty appetizers. Spectacular risotto!! Very welcoming atmosphere. I recommend it. 👍👍👍👍🔝🔝🔝

01/03/2026: Unfortunately, I found the relaxation areas poorly managed: despite the clear instructions not to occupy the loungers with personal items and towels, many people did so anyway, making it difficult to find a free spot to lie down during the three-hour stay. I had the impression that more people were allowed in than the actual capacity. Despite this aspect, the overall experience was very pleasant. I particularly appreciated the snack room, with cookies and hot tea always available. The staff was kind, helpful, and professional, and the massage was truly relaxing and well-performed. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely return to try it again, hoping for more careful management of the relaxation areas.
15/02/2026: An enchanting place. Kept in perfect condition. The cellar is fascinating, especially the re-discovered tunnel from the Second World War. Compliments to the owner. The tasting was very well-prepared. Sommelier Camille was a lovely person, very knowledgeable and friendly.
