01/03/2026: We've been ordering the snail pizza for a year now. We've never been disappointed; I've never experienced such punctuality at any other pizzeria. The dough is very easy to digest, the ingredients are high-quality and never lacking. The owner is lovely, and the place has a strong artistic personality. A+++!!!

22/03/2026: If Fulèr is the reflective side of the Rocca, Brancaleone is the fun side. A cocktail bar, pizzeria, BBQ—a place that doesn't take itself too seriously, and that's exactly why it works. The pizza al pala is its recognized strong point: light dough, precise cooking, and a gourmet menu that never disappoints. The cocktails hold their own in much more prestigious establishments. On summer evenings, with wooden tables scattered throughout the park, it's hard to find a more pleasant spot in the city for an aperitivo that extends into dinner without anyone asking. The setting is the same as the Rocca—the fifteenth-century walls, the greenery, that unusual quiet for a place in the heart of the city center—but the atmosphere is more informal, suitable for a couple or a noisy table. Children come here, grandparents come here, rock bands come here after rehearsals. The place holds its own without seeming out of place. The right place when you don't want to make too many decisions: order a pizza, have a cocktail, stay out late.

30/04/2026: A triumph of seafood flavors at Monticino Serra! I just finished lunch at Monticino Serra and can't wait to tell you about it. It was a sublime experience, deserving of top marks. Here's why I'll be back: • Arrival and Atmosphere: The journey to the restaurant is already part of the experience. The beauty of the surrounding countryside immediately immerses you in an atmosphere of total relaxation. The restaurant is also wonderful, meticulously designed down to the last detail, and perfect for an escape from the routine. • Welcome and Recommendations: Even though I was alone, I felt pampered from the first moment. The staff is exceptionally kind, extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. I let them advise me on both the dishes and the wine pairings, and it was a perfect choice! • The Food (a dream!): • We started with a mixed antipasto, a triumph of freshness and variety, from shellfish to seafood salads, which perfectly prepared the palate. • But the real highlight was the first course: fresh, hearty pasta, generously topped with a rich, flavorful red sauce, filled with mussels, clams, and a magnificent whole scampi. A balanced, intense, and simply delicious dish. • The Perfect Wine: For a glass of wine, I asked what they had served me because it was truly top-notch! They served me a Pignoletto from the local vineyards, which, with its fresh, mineral notes, was the ideal pairing to enhance the seafood flavors of both the appetizer and the pasta. • Versatility and Prices: It's also a perfect place for business lunches, where you can make a good impression in a quiet, refined setting, as well as romantic dinners. 21/04/2026: Everything was very good, but a little expensive. The service was decent, the girls were polite and friendly, much less the guy who acts like a boss...a professional would never say out loud to the waitress in the middle of the room: "This is how it works, I'm in charge."

28/03/2026: We ate at this pizzeria during our stay in Bologna and were absolutely thrilled! The pizza was delicious, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. We were in town to visit Cosmoprof Bologna, and our hotel was nearby, so it was a perfect find. We absolutely recommend this place—we'll definitely be back!

04/04/2026: Seafront restaurant with beach services. A casual eatery with an indoor dining area, an outdoor area with wind-proof windows, and a bar. I noticed some serious professionalism. The staff was friendly and helpful. It's true that sometimes, due to the heavy workload, small lapses can occur and details can be overlooked, but overall, the restaurant staff always try to remedy the situation, something you don't often find elsewhere. The baked potatoes that accompany the skewers are very good. The skewers and grilled fish were well-cooked and very tasty. I recommend the mixed grill: it's true that sometimes it means fresh fish, but nowadays, in many restaurants, they don't wait until all the products are fresh, caught that very day. Otherwise, the grill would cost a minimum of €50. I'd say that for a €28 barbecue, it certainly comes with a variety (e.g., today: two red mullets, a monkfish, a sole, a cod, a shrimp skewer, and a calamari skewer), but in this combination, I'd suggest a slightly more enriched approach with a small sea bream or a small sea bass, which are slightly more valuable fish, even if they're not fresh that day. I expressed this opinion because it's my favorite dish and I can make some comparisons with other seafood restaurants, in terms of variety/quality/price/cooking and presentation. If I'm in the area, I'd return to try other dishes as well. Thanks, keep up the good work.

30/03/2026: Excellent restaurant, which we returned to the next day. The charcuterie, truffle pasta, and fresh broad beans with pecorino were divine. Delicious local and seasonal produce, beautifully prepared without being overdone! A warm welcome and excellent recommendations for regional wines. A must-try in Brisighella.
