I'll start by saying that I've been frequenting this kiosk for several years, but like many places, it's losing some of its old charm and authenticity. Prices (like almost everywhere) have skyrocketed, and the quality has declined. The (good) salad used to be accompanied by a warm focaccia, now by a cheap supermarket piadina. The piadina, in fact, isn't what it used to be. The atmosphere is still pleasant, but the authenticity of the place, unfortunately, isn't.⁰

Impeccable service, excellent food! To those who say otherwise because they had to wait, I say we lack tolerance and understanding. People arrive in waves, the staff is there, but the space is limited, and the cooking time for freshly prepared food must be factored in, and is also specified at the register. If you arrive and find people there, you know you'll have to wait a few minutes longer, but it will always be worth it.
