05/12/2025: From the producer to the consumer, delicious, thin piadinas, typical of Romagna. Price: €5.00. Ten piadinas cost about the same amount if I made them myself. When I go out, I buy several because, since they're freshly baked, I freeze them for quick dinners. The larger ones are also excellent. I use them as a base for piadipizza.

18/01/2026: During lunch at La Campaza, the overall experience was largely unsatisfactory, especially considering the expectations raised by the so-called house specialties. The dishes ordered, presented as representative of the restaurant's culinary offerings, proved far from being true specialties, both in terms of quality and technique. In particular, the fish-based dishes revealed mediocre raw materials, with poorly defined organoleptic characteristics, a perceived lack of freshness, and processing methods that did not enhance the product in any way. The recipes were standardized, lacking identity, and lacking an adequate balance between ingredients, technique, and final result. The overall impression was of a cuisine that focuses on quantity rather than quality, with no real control over the gastronomic value of the dishes. The quality-price ratio was therefore unfair: the prices charged were not reflected in either the quality of the raw materials used or the level of preparation served, making the experience unjustifiable from the customer's perspective. Organizationally, we noted excessively long wait times for lunch, inconsistent with the complexity of the dishes offered. This was compounded by service that lacked attention to requests, and room management could be improved in terms of professionalism and customer service. Overall, the experience did not live up to the expectations created by the restaurant's reputation, with advertised specialties that were not borne out by the facts and a gastronomic offering that requires substantial overhaul, both in terms of the choice of raw materials—particularly fish—and in the organization of the service.

15/02/2026: I'd like to point out that I booked 10 days ago. Arriving at the restaurant around 9 pm, we were asked if we wanted to enjoy the Valentine's Day menu or order à la carte. Having opted for the Valentine's Day menu, a terrible evening began. After ordering water and wine, the bottle of wine was opened without removing the plastic top, which remained attached. We asked for an ice bucket, and the waiter left the bottle at the table, but he disappeared and then returned. Subsequently, a very kind lady came to the table and told the waiter to bring bread... obviously, nothing arrived... The menu also included two welcome drinks, one of which didn't arrive because the bottle was empty... so I had to ask for the second, even though it wasn't my job, and I still expected the professionalism expected of a restaurant. The appetizer arrived around 9:30 PM, so far so good, except that at 10:30 PM we were still waiting for the first course, but we noticed that the tables that had had their appetizers after us were already eating their first course. Given the late hour, I kindly asked the waiter if it was possible to skip the first course and go straight to the main course, but I was ignored again. At 11:00 PM, my husband and I decided to ask for the bill, given the terrible service and the enormous lack of professionalism, and we were told that the first course was coming out!!! 1- If you have to rely on the à la carte menu to be treated like a guest with a reservation, you should have just communicated this or, even better, avoided creating a special menu for a romantic evening. 2- In 2026, paper napkins are no longer an option 🙈 4- My husband was told it was Valentine's Day and that these organizational lapses were normal. However, a restaurant incapable of serving and satisfying a certain number of guests should perhaps reduce the number of seats available, since I would appreciate being served like any other customer without feeling like I was being held for one more person, especially since I booked well in advance (a full 10 days in advance). 3- I regret not having had, for obvious reasons, the opportunity to comment on the quality of the food. I will never recommend this restaurant in the future. AWFUL SERVICE and ABSENT PROFESSIONALISM! At 11:30 PM, we fortunately found a restaurant that was able to serve us quickly.

26/01/2026: A wonderful surprise. The meat menu was simply incredible: intense, balanced dishes, meticulously crafted, where the technique is evident and refined. Each course had its own identity, elegant and decisive at the same time. Chef Mattia Borroni's cuisine is top-notch: contemporary, confident, and profound. A cuisine that can compete with the finest restaurants and truly leaves its mark. The atmosphere is charming and welcoming, and the overall experience is memorable. 18/01/2026: Dolomites themed evening… two themed menus plus one à la carte… never to return… appetizer of cold cuts, speck and salami plus two pieces of cheese, a small coconut for two, 😱 followed by spatzele that I liked very salty… then 8 gnocchi in a cross with a typical commercial cream cheese (Conad)… skier's dish… a piece of Teneroni-flavored meat with a potato flan (the polenta was finished (but no one warned us… inedible… followed by the famous apple strudel… A mix of ingredients… Slices of dried apple with an egg cream and puff pastry (embarrassing) it was inedible… à la carte… the shank was not bad.

01/03/2026: We were thrilled with the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. The Aperol Spritz was excellent, along with the highly appreciated appetizers. Just, a modern seafront venue on the Cervia seafront, is ideal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner/aperitifs. Recommended for families or groups of friends. Truly beautiful and welcoming! I can't wait to return in the summer!

21/09/2025: A great experience for the kids! The service is excellent, with an all-you-can-eat buffet for breakfast, afternoon tea, lunch, snacks, aperitifs, dinner, and after-dinner drinks. The room could have been cleaner (I found €1 inside the sheets, but when I pointed it out, they remade the bed). The pool wasn't heated, but my kid still had fun. Soft drinks, water, beer, slushes, and hot beverages were always available, both in the hotel and on the beach. Red and white wine were always available with meals. Popsicles, ice cream, hot dogs, and tacos with salt water were always available. Staying 6 nights includes a free ticket to Mirabilandia and Mirabeach (but Mirabeach is closed in September) and Atlantica. An umbrella and lounge chairs (not in the front rows) were included. We booked an indoor parking space for €10 per day.

08/12/2025: We ate a fantastic crescione (watercress) along the river in the park. It's a shame we didn't have time to try all the delicacies they undoubtedly prepare! We'll be back! The friendliness (and the crescione, of course!) are a plus! Very fair prices!
