29/03/2025: Tutto perfetto.Non è la prima volta che vado in questo locale e mi sono sempre trovato bene, ho solo e sempre mangiato carne ma in futuro proverò anche il pesce, vedendo le portate ad altri tavoli sembrano veramente ottimi.

26/03/2025: Serata nelle campagne del Ravennate ,eravamo alla ricerca di un posticino dove ritrovare il buon cibo e l'ambiente caldo di queste zone un pochino fuori dalle mete turistiche, abbiamo provato Ustarèia ,ambiente elegante ed accogliente con cibo ottimo ,porzioni esagerate .complimenti

15/03/2025: Ci sono arrivato in occasione di una trasferta di lavoro. La prima sera perché uno dei pochi locali aperti; la sera successiva per … mangiare nuovamente il coniglio. In un ambiente molto gradevole, curato senza essere stiloso, ho voluto azzardare il coniglio arrosto, memore di quello della nonna. Scelta azzeccata, al punto da fare il bis. Cottura perfetta: carne tenera che si staccava con semplicità; gustoso, senza essere secco, unto oppure esageratamente insaporito. Anche le porzioni sono molto generose, salvo per le verdure grigliate! Quelle delle cipolle invece…. Da portare via. Prezzi border Line: per alcune cose li ho trovati assolutamente onesti, meno per i contorni

The cuisine is excellent and every time I always have the pleasure of being surprised by something, like the succulent pan-fried thrushes last time; the homemade pastas honor tradition and the most authentic flavors of the Apennines, mushrooms, truffles and game, accompany them perfectly. The hunting crostini, truffle cappelletti and passatelli are excellent, among the best that can be found in Romagna; The pigeon is also delicious, as are all the second courses. The house wine is sincere and the hospitality of the hostess is always extraordinary. For me, Cheterena is a place where you can relax and refresh yourself in the best possible way, with a very beautiful alchemy that links the environment, the people and the food!

07/01/2025: +13,50 euro (totale 22,00€) per il tartufo come ingrediente aggiuntivo sulla pizza (tartufona che costa 8,50 con crema al "tartufo"), senza menzione del prezzo finale da parte della cameriera (c'è da chiedersi che tartufo usino nei primi, che costano 13,5.....)

10/02/2025: Un amico ci ha consigliato di pranzare in questo ristorante all'interno del circolo repubblicano .... posto molto curato, personale gentilissimo e disponibile pur essendo pieno. Cibo spettacolare , piatti curati e gustosissimi. I gnocchetti alle castagne veramente ottimi come la mattonella di cinghiale con pan brioche. Cmq tutto validissimo tanto che abbiamo mangiato con vero gusto! Bravo il cuoco e brave le ragazze ai tavoli!!! Complimenti

17/11/2024: Locale facilissimo da trovare è sul Lungomare di Cervia è praticamente sulla spiaggia e gode di tavolini all'aperto. Personale molto molto gentile.

28/12/2024: We stopped for lunch at this piadineria on our way through Bologna, excellent piadinas and burgers, we also had the delicious kebabs. The staff were friendly and we also really enjoyed the table service.

16/03/2025: The environment is truly beautiful, lots of plants and a very well-kept place. It's a shame about the very slow service. If you're in a hurry, I don't recommend it. In two hours they only brought you the starter and first course. In terms of price quality for water, starter and main course without and coffee and dessert we spent 45 euros each. However, overall I liked it.
