I'd say it was more than excellent!!!!
The fish was incredibly fresh, the dishes were beautifully presented, the fried food sublime, and the desserts fabulous!
The staff was kind, helpful, and incredibly patient with a somewhat chaotic group (there were 12 of us).
Average price.
Highly recommended!!!
05/04/2026: I happened upon it with my family for Easter...a very nice experience, the staff was knowledgeable, polite, and very friendly.
The food was very good and plentiful! If I were to return to that area, I'd definitely go back! They were really good!

The tortelloni and tortellini are out of this world 🤤 rich fillings, pasta made like they used to be, and flavors that make you feel like you're at grandma's house ❤️
But the real surprise? The tagliatelle with mushrooms 🍄✨ are incredible: fragrant, super creamy, and with mushrooms that truly taste of the woods… a total delight!
Authentic atmosphere, generous portions, and top-notch quality 👌
If you pass by and don't try them, you've done it all wrong 😄

26/02/2026: We ate at Ristorante Biancospino on a Saturday for lunch and had a truly wonderful time. The atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing, ideal for enjoying a leisurely lunch.
The food is excellent, with carefully prepared dishes and generous portions. You can taste the attention to ingredients and preparation. The service was impeccable: the staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and professional.
A truly pleasant experience, highly recommended. We'll definitely be back!

13/03/2026: A fantastic venue in the heart of Bologna, right under the Asinelli Towers. The atmosphere is truly unique: friendly people and an energy that makes for a super fun evening.
The drinks are well-made, and the staff is very friendly and helpful—you can tell they're passionate about what they do. It's the perfect place to start the evening with friends or just linger and enjoy some great music.

22/03/2026: Terrible and completely disorganized service. After a 25-minute wait for a simple breakfast, I still hadn't received anything. The handling of drink orders was embarrassing: the girl at the counter served randomly, completely ignoring who had arrived first.
A total lack of respect for the customers. I left without being served and have no intention of returning.

20/02/2026: It's been a long time since I've had such terrible service. The waiters take food away and add it without warning. During the wine tasting, the owner spilled it on the table because she was paying attention to another table. Finding frozen side dishes on the menu is absurd given the setting and prices. The grilled vegetables were served in ridiculous quantities without any condiments. The meat was served in the same way, without even bringing a proper knife. ANOTHER BAD MARK FOR A PLACE THAT, FROM THE REVIEWS, SEEMED TO BE QUITE A DIFFERENT PLACE.

17/03/2026: Sunday lunch with friends (for eight). A place where tradition and local tradition reign supreme, evident in the dishes you eat. I always love coming back, like this time: an excellent appetizer of mixed cold cuts with exquisitely crafted tigelle and crescentine, tagliatelle with ragù that tastes like homemade, a generous and excellent mixed grill of meats, and traditional desserts like delicious rice cake, zuppa inglese, and chocolate salami (I love these). For those of us from Bologna, stepping inside is a bit like reconnecting with our roots, a romantic return to the delicious cuisine of Bologna and the surrounding hills that has made it famous nationally and beyond.

08/12/2025: I went today and finally got to experience "grandma's" home cooking again. The tortellini with parmesan cream were excellent, as were the balanzoni, as was the mixed grill, which was quite good. To finish, a refreshing mascarpone with chocolate shavings. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back again.
