They listen, offer advice, and interact politely. They don't force more expensive wines.
The platter is beautifully presented: the explanation of the products' provenance is interesting.
The music is very pleasant.
17/11/2025: Excellent wine selection, and you can always find a seat even when it's busy. The service is top-notch, and the food is outstanding.

07/12/2025: Ah bein presents itself as a community center, but it's more than that: in a quiet room with just a few tables, there's a restaurant serving traditional Reggio Emilia cuisine that doesn't make you miss the dishes your grandmothers and mothers used to make.
It retains the warm welcome of the community center, treating guests like "family."
Highly recommended!

The cuisine was "so-so," and the dishes weren't surprising. The paccheri were criticized for being "undercooked"... as if that were a compliment. Never mind :-)
02/11/2025: A unique experience in a magical setting with exquisite dishes. Every detail was meticulously crafted, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Ottavio is an absolute legend!

02/11/2025: I'd been to this pizzeria before and had a good experience, but this time, ordering takeout, I was very disappointed. The cheese on the pizza was rubbery, like cigarette butt, and the crust was completely wet. I ordered a pizza with parmesan, arugula, and pendolini, but they baked it with all the toppings on top: the arugula was cooked, the sun-dried tomatoes, and the parmesan melted. Nothing like the quality I remembered. Too bad, I was hoping for better.

18/11/2025: Great hostel, social atmosphere and coordinated events and specials even in the off season. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Breakfast is hit or miss.
24/10/2025: Highly recommended! The management and staff are very helpful and hospitable. The Metromare takes you to the city center just a few steps away (70 meters). There's also a piadina shop, a bar, and a pizza by the slice just a few minutes' walk away. Ample free parking is nearby. Breakfast is €5 per day, a buffet (also available on site) with sliced bread, jams/chocolates, coffee (from a vending machine), muesli and cereals, juice, yogurt, ham, and sliced cheese. Drinks are also available at the bar. Various activity deals are available. We'll definitely be back!

19/10/2025: Farmhouse in the middle of nowhere but very (too) close to the highway, unfortunately with a lot of noise. The room was very nice, spacious, and comfortable.
We found the restaurant overpriced. Nothing exceptional. The staff was very pleasant and professional.

21/09/2025: Very nice gelateria, with typical local atmosphere. Even if it is just 200 m away from the tourist Promenada, the business seems to relaymainly on neighbours, which is a very good sign. We visited it on a Sunday night, late September, after 21 and I think we were the only tourists. And prices are a little bit lower ( 3.5 small, 4 medium, 5 big).
Tried 4 different flavours and all of them were really great. Magna cum laude for the choco-mint ;)

22/09/2025: So delicious! Words can't describe the dining experience at this piadineria. You can feel the attention and passion they put into every detail. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. A true slice of Romagna right at your fingertips. If you want to try authentic piadina and/or crescione, this is the place! Five well-deserved stars!
21/09/2025: Very tasty. Fresh, quality products. The crescione is my favorite. I have the piadinas shipped to my house. I've tried many and they're all good, but it all depends on personal taste. It's a shame I don't have it nearby.

04/12/2025: An experience worth repeating. Excellent cuisine, impeccable service, and a smile and a joke on the lips. This isn't a given in a high-end restaurant, where you seem to be served by half-dead waiters. Maurizio's cuisine is the best in Imola. New, revisited dishes, or sublime experiences that elevate the cuisine to a whole new level compared to all other high-end restaurants in Imola.
15/11/2025: A truly pleasant discovery. We went for dinner for our anniversary and found a warm and intimate place. The staff was discreet, but with that touch of empathy that made the difference. At the end of the dinner, the chef came to our table, which I truly appreciated. We chose the Baccanale menu, everything delicious and highly digestible. We left feeling full and satisfied. Wide selection of wines. Rating 10.

26/10/2025: We went for dinner. The location was beautiful and welcoming, as was the staff who welcomed us, who were friendly and professional. The food was excellent, with attention to the finest ingredients. The mezzelune (half-moons) stuffed with ricotta and porcini mushrooms, served with a porcini and leek sauce, were the best I've ever had! We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it.

The food was top-quality and there was a good variety of choices. Friendly service. The prices were very fair. I was truly impressed by the attention to detail. Congratulations! Tip: save room for dessert, because they are excellent!
