12/03/2026: We've been regulars for years now. It's a simple, almost fast-food-like place with excellent food. I've never been disappointed by any dish on the menu. A special mention goes to the tuna burger, and the baked potatoes are among the best in town.

04/03/2026: I visited this fishmonger's restaurant in Bologna and was immediately captivated by the concept: you walk in, choose your fresh fish from the counter, pay, and they cook it for you on the spot. The fish was truly fresh, with vivid colors and the aroma of the sea, cooked quickly but with care: clean flavors, perfectly cooked. The price was fair, the service quick, no-frills. I loved it and would gladly return.

09/03/2026: We came across Bacco Verde on Google without any particular recommendations and decided to stop by, and it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. We ordered tortellini, pasta with ragù, and a portion of meat, and everything was delicious. The food felt very authentic and well prepared. We also had a great Lambrusco, which paired perfectly with the meal. The service was very friendly, the atmosphere warm and relaxed. It’s the kind of place that works both for a longer dinner with friends and also for a nice date. A really lovely discovery in Parma, definitely a place worth visiting.

14/12/2025: Group of 15 people, we had seafood appetizers, fish and meat first courses, fish and meat second courses. Homemade desserts were good and plentiful. Everything was good and the portions were generous, we left satisfied. Friendly staff and fast service. I recommend it!! It's difficult to be disappointed by the food. The only flaw I found, and which is found in the vast majority of restaurants, are the bathrooms, which could be less neglected, and I'm not talking about the dirt made by customers (12 o'clock) but old dirt on the floors, even under the pedals to turn on the water, corners, etc. I find that clean bathrooms are a form of respect for customers.

09/11/2025: We were here for lunch today at Trovatore. We organized a trip to Parma and contacted this restaurant. The menu was €30.00, including mixed cold cuts, an omelette, two first courses, water, and a sbrisolona. The portions were truly ridiculous: 5 ravioli per person and 4 small bowls of gnocchi for a table of 26 people. Dessert was served on three shared plates with a couple of bowls of mascarpone cream. Obviously, it wasn't enough for the whole table. But unfortunately, it was all gone. There wasn't any left... ridiculous... we told the owner, who pretended to apologize... but by then he'd pocketed the money and didn't even bother to offer us a coffee... disappointing. It's obvious we won't be returning, and above all, we won't speak highly of the place. I'm sorry because he lost out on a few more portions... shame.

You walk in and find yourself in a truly welcoming place...you sit down and appreciate the staff's professionalism...you start eating and are already thinking about when you'll be back because everything is so fresh, delicious, and carefully prepared that you're sorry you couldn't try the other dishes on the menu. 07/03/2026: A very pleasant place. It exudes peace and tranquility (there are also various "messages" around the bistro, which I'm attaching, which are very nice :)). I had a delicious "torta della nonna" (grandmother's cake) with custard and pine nuts (vegan). I also had a cappuccino with oat milk, and then I had water and coffee. A friend joined me for another cappuccino and three more waters (four waters in total). We spent €15, a low price for all these things, considering the place is right in the center and very beautiful. The girls are very kind! I recommend!
