Then, the Genovese: a timeless classic, interpreted here with such mastery that it wins you over from the first bite. Intense and enveloping flavor, just as it should be. And what about the meat? The beef tartare was delicate and flavorful, a refreshing start before moving on to the main course. But the real highlight was the grilled meat. Believe me, you can tell they choose the ingredients with great care and cook them to perfection, bringing out every nuance. It melted in your mouth, a true delight for lovers of good meat! All accompanied by a beautiful selection of wines that know how to enhance each dish. And the staff? Always super helpful and attentive, they make you feel pampered throughout the evening. The service was distinguished by impeccable courtesy and professionalism, managing the meal's timing with great skill and grace. The culinary offering is excellent: from refined appetizers to exquisitely crafted first courses, to a selection of certified-quality meats. The quality-price ratio is absolutely balanced. The only concern concerns the availability of parking, but the gastronomic experience more than makes up for it. A reliable choice.

07/06/2026: Nice place near the cathedral, quiet and cool. The appetizers and main courses are excellent, although a bit heavy on the sauce (personal opinion). The service is friendly and fairly fast. The prices are average for the place, but reasonable considering the generous portions. We might return in the future to try other dishes and the roccobabà, which weren't available on the day we visited.

The pizza was simply excellent—cooked to perfection, with fresh ingredients, and just as you'd expect from a real Italian pizza. I'd especially like to highlight Salvatore's service: incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. You can immediately sense that everything is done with passion. 23/05/2026: The man at the cash register isn't a fan of receipts or POS terminals; he double-checks to suit his needs (if something x costs €3.91, he'll definitely ask you for a cent, but if it costs €3.89, he assumes he won't give it to you). The products are good, but the attitude of the counter staff is much less so: they're quite rude and have very little patience. It seems like they're just pretending to be someone who doesn't understand what, or they've blocked a bakery. High prices

26/05/2026: We celebrated our son's baptism at the Masseria...we had a truly wonderful time! Emanuela helped us organize everything down to the smallest detail, from the elegant and personalized location and decor to our taste, to the delicious yet delicate dishes...our guests loved it and were truly thrilled with everything! A special mention goes to the restaurant manager, Adriano, an extremely professional person, attentive to the needs of each guest and with that touch of kindness and courtesy that makes all the difference. 25/05/2026: This isn't the first time I've attended an event at Masseria Adinolfi, and everything was always perfect. Yesterday we celebrated my grandchildren's First Communion, and everything was wonderful, thanks to the kindness of the lovely Manuela and the impeccable Director and all his staff.

07/06/2026: My wife discovered it and we went for a romantic dinner. What can I say except that the place is beautiful, the staff are friendly, and the food is truly delicious: high-quality, dry fried fish, delicious ziti alla genovese, and the bill is fair for the quality. Two montanarine with ragù, two arancini with ragù, a classic frittatina, two ziti alla genovese, water, bread, and cover charge: €41.50. We'll definitely be back.

07/06/2026: I've been following him on Facebook for months, I'm fascinated by the explanation of his recipes, and I often replicate them and they turn out well. This evening my husband and I decided to go there in person, the atmosphere is super nice, large enough to organize an event, but now let's move on to the excellent welcoming staff, the waiting time was just the time to set the table, there was a mistake in our order, instead of 2 Montanarine I received 4, obviously I pointed it out because if the order wasn't ours it was right that he returned them, they were kindly offered to me by the manager, we also ordered a rice ball as I like to call it which was nothing short of amazing, the classic frittatina which I haven't eaten so far, tastier, and then stop everyone, a broken zito alla genovese which for my taste was the winner, apart from the portion but then pieces of meat everywhere, the bill was in our opinion more than fair, not only will we return but no more than 2 in fact ... I highly recommend it
