03/04/2026: This place was recommended to us by another restaurant in nearby Sant'Angelo in Formis, because it was busy that day (a Saturday).
I have to say, it was a great find, even if you don't immediately recognize it from the outside.
The owner, Ciccio, is a kind, friendly, helpful, and extremely kind person.
The food is good, the place is quiet, and their millefeuille decomposed is absolutely not to be missed, it's something out of this world.
The spaghetti allo scarpariello is also very good, well-made.
We'll definitely be back.
I recommend it for a quiet lunch and good food. 👍

07/03/2026: First time at this place, an experience to repeat. I followed the advice of the lady, who listed the off-menu dishes for us, and I ordered the truffle pizza, an explosion of flavor, delicacy, and lightness. Words and pictures are not enough to describe its deliciousness.

17/03/2026: My son's baptism was a truly positive experience; everything was perfect, with attention to every detail. The owner was incredibly kind and professional, as were the waiter (excellent and attentive) and the rest of the staff. We received many compliments: delicious food, welcoming atmosphere, and a magnificent table with beautiful floral arrangements... I couldn't have asked for anything better!

21/01/2026: Tucked away in the center of town, this small restaurant immediately stands out for its authentic hospitality. Peppe, the owner, was waiting for me. With great expertise, he showed me how to prepare the first courses, explaining the process behind each recipe.
I had lunch with a masterful Genovese: the sauce enveloped the pasta perfectly, while the meat, expertly cooked for hours, melted in the mouth with the delicacy of freshly melted butter. A balance of flavors that celebrates Neapolitan tradition without frills, but with great respect for the ingredients.
A place to keep in mind, to return to, and, above all, to recommend to those seeking authenticity.

20/12/2025: A truly awful and disappointing experience at the Parco delle Fortificazioni in Capua. The concept of the place might be interesting, but unfortunately the organization leaves much to be desired. After sitting down and waiting a long time without receiving any attention, with slow and unclear service, we decided to get up and leave without even eating.
The atmosphere was unwelcoming and there was a complete lack of customer service. A real shame, because the place has potential, but as it stands, it's not worth the time or the visit.

I went yesterday with a friend, and when we sat down, I ordered a coffee cream (Kinder) that was listed for €3 on the menu.
When I went to the cashier, he told me the price was €6, explaining that I'd been given the old menu and that the prices had since been changed.
Not to mention the noise and loud music, especially from the cashier who charged me. When I asked why the price was higher, he and his friends at the bar started laughing.
Furthermore, I noticed the owner's absence during the most delicate moments. Even worse, the waiter was a young boy who served us both, and who, I'd guess, isn't even 12 years old.
I was shocked by the lack of seriousness and administrative organization of this place. There are many negative reviews on TripAdvisor, and I think they're right. While the food is excellent, there are definitely things that need improvement.
I felt cheated as a customer, even though I paid anyway out of fairness towards the service offered.
20/01/2026: A youthful bar where you can enjoy freshly baked pizza from a wood-fired oven. Excellent coffee. Friendly staff. Recommended.

24/06/2025: La struttura presenta i tratti tipici di una trattoria , sia nella cucina che nella location.
Siamo rimasti colpiti positivamente dai prodotti offertici, in quanto a bontà e freschezza .
Le mozzarelle di bufala erano di prima qualità, così come l’olio utilizzato.
Abbiamo scelto un primo con salsiccia e basilico che ha deliziato il nostro palato e un polipo arrosto di una tenerezza esagerata . Il tutto è contornato dalle attenzioni e dalla gentilezza che mostra il proprietario nell’accogliere e servire il cliente .
Sicuramente è una tappa obbligatoria per chi ama la buona cucina .

05/01/2025: Locale semplice, accogliente e ben organizzato, anche nei piccoli dettagli. Il menù delle pizza è assortito, offrendo tipologie sia classiche sia speciali, che rispecchiano per lo più le tradizioni culinarie del territorio. La pizza era buona, con farciture ben apprezzate e un impasto che ad alcuni però risultava gommoso alla masticazione. Personale molto gentile, costi medio- alti.
