15/07/2025: For the first time, I had the opportunity to try pizza with river chili peppers. With a few toasted vegetable tips and cherry tomatoes, it was truly delicious. Friendly staff and very fast service.

12/07/2025: An extraordinary pizza, captivating at first glance: perfectly leavened dough, with a high, soft, and well-cooked crust, punctuated by the typical wood-fired oven burn marks. The white crust holds a generous amount of stringy mozzarella, fresh cherry tomatoes, and basil. Each bite is a balance of sweetness, creaminess, and fragrance. Making the experience even more enjoyable was the impeccable service: the waiters, all young and charming, greeted us with a sincere smile and great availability. The service was surprisingly fast, without ever feeling rushed. A perfect evening, where the quality of the cuisine is combined with attentiveness to the guest. We will definitely be back.

06/10/2025: Good quality products but the dough needs to be completely reworked, rubbery and not at all digestible, there were 4 of us and one of us had strongly expressed that she would receive the pizza only with red piennolo and not as had been proposed, i.e. mixed yellow and red, in the end a pizza with only yellow piennolo was brought with a message from the pizza chef who had recommended only the yellow datterino for its quality and flavor, after sending it back and strictly requesting only the red piennolo, they brought to the table a pizza that had absolutely no red piennolo, in fact it was topped with classic normal red tomatoes which also tasted a bit bitter to the taste, all this to mask the fact that they did not have piennolo tomatoes when they would have done better to say so from the beginning, due to the poor quality of the dough, for the average fried foods which arrived 10 minutes after the order and for the pizzas that arrived almost 45 minutes after the order but above all for the issue of the pizza with piennolo I really think we will not return. more.

12/10/2025: They offer a wide selection of pizzas to suit all tastes, the pizza is of excellent quality and always cooked well, the appetizers are also very good as are the desserts, truly highly recommended, you absolutely have to try the bruschetta (made with pizza dough) with mozzarella and cherry tomatoes

15/09/2025: A SHAME! A SHAME. The stay was nothing short of shocking. Let's start with the welcome. These should be the details that demonstrate the professionalism and quality of the staff: we weren't given the internet password, the breakfast time... Parking is on the street (not private), with an illegal valet parking service not included in the price. The room was spacious, with high ceilings and exposed beams: beautiful! However, there was no chair, table, or coat rack. The tiny bathroom had a 50x50 shower with a folding plastic door that allowed you to widen the floor while showering. And so far, we've let it slide. The icing on the cake was when, upon our return around 10:00 PM, we found the highlight of the evening right outside our bedroom window: an eighteenth birthday party held in the garden, complete with DJ, entertainer, ridiculously large speakers, and loud music—it felt like we were at a live Nino D'Angelo concert. I asked to speak to the manager, of course, to get an explanation. A bald, 60-year-old man in a suit and tie showed up, and, according to his statements, he was worth a damn. This gentleman was careful not to offer us any assistance, to apologize for what had happened, or to find a solution. He said there was nothing he could do and that we should file a complaint with booking.com. This unspeakable, unacceptable behavior made us realize how quickly one can sink into the mire of arrogance, indifference, and dishonesty. We left the "masseria" at 11:30 PM, making a reservation at another property. I OBVIOUSLY HAVE FILMS, PHOTOS, AND RECORDINGS OF WHAT I DECLARE THAT CONFIRM MY STATEMENTS.

I recommend taking your time, savoring every course, and perhaps saving room for dessert (it's worth it ❤️).

16/08/2025: The restaurant is truly delicious! Every dish, from appetizer to dessert, was a discovery of authentic and carefully crafted flavors. The only downside is the lack of staff in the dining room: the two girls who were very quick and kind, but clearly couldn't cover all the tables. Despite this, the experience was pleasant and the food is absolutely worth a try!

13/05/2025: Ammetto di essere partito con altissime aspettative per questo agriturismo, che in parte si sono esaudite. È il tempio del conconciato romano, formaggio quasi millenario tipico della zona del Sannio. Il menù fisso a 40€ rappresenta una celebrazione di questo prodotto caseario. Unica pecca è la grandissima difficoltà a prenotare che forse non giustificata da tale esperienza.

13/05/2025: Il posto, solo x la parte che affaccia sul terrazzo, non è male. Quello che è pessimo è il cibo e il modo di cucinarlo. Se lematerie prime sono a km 0, la cucina è zero assoluto. Antipasti neanche accettabili, la frittata cartonata, il salame passato da diverso tempo, x non dire andato. I primi disgustosi, con pasta crudissima e completamente slegata dai condimenti. Il secondo era uno stracotto di maiale che emana a un odore strano. Per non parlare delle meline cotte di pessima qualità, con il loro tanto decantato conciato. Per finire un dolce che si serve a colazione con impasto messo in una teglia e quindi poco cresciuto, fatto almeno 3 giorni prima!!!!!! Si vantano di premi, interviste e partecipazioni a trasmissioni sulla Rai.... E, ovviamente, sulla massa faranno presa.... Ma non sulle persone che non si fanno condizionare da queste cose perché sono in grado di valutare in modo obiettivo. Tra l altro il rapporto qualità prezzo non c è proprio. C è di meglio altrove e senza tanta inutile prosopopea
