12/06/2026: Extremely kind staff, spectacular venue. The only flaw: Mrs. Lea. I found her intrusive, a control freak to the point of making the couple uncomfortable. She was in a rush to get the wedding over with as quickly as possible so she could set up for the next day's event. Let's just say we left around 10:30/11:00 PM... a wedding that started at 3:00 PM... that's all I'll say!!! Thank goodness the food was good and the staff was kind. Otherwise, we felt incredibly uncomfortable due to her stifling and unprofessional presence. Among other things, on the day of the event she even asked the couple to cut some parts of the show 😱 I'm speechless!! How disappointing... a villa where you should feel at home, and instead they rush you to kick you out as quickly as possible. If it weren't for her staff, frankly, I think she would have already failed.

17/11/2025: I ordered 2 takeaway pizzas, 1 beer and a cola, a margherita and a yellow buffalo mozzarella. If I'm not mistaken, they were very good, the ingredients were good, the dough melted, not at all tough, tasty. I passed by there and chose a pizzeria completely at random. Maybe one day I'd like to eat in there, if the opportunity were to arise, I trust their quality.

19/05/2026: On a Saturday night at 11:30, it was one of the few places open. We grabbed a bottle of wine to go, and the owner offered us a portion of chips! Very kind and helpful, but it's a shame we're far away, otherwise I would have tried his sandwiches (the photos are very tempting 🤤). The chips were delicious!

I honestly didn't like the food very much; some dishes were bland and skimpy. I'd go back for the location, but not for the food.

The location is welcoming, well-maintained, and perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. The food is simply exquisite: top-quality ingredients, generous portions, beautifully presented, and meticulously prepared. The service is impeccable: the staff is friendly, helpful, professional, and always smiling, making you feel truly welcome. An experience that exceeds expectations. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for good food and a pleasant evening. Kudos to the entire staff!

30/06/2026: The first and last time, I'd never been to this Braceria. My partner was so boastful about this place. Obviously, when you bring a Braceria, you expect the main courses, i.e. the meat, to be excellent. Well, my partner had ribs. I had a tagliata. We had a bottle of water, no wine, no dessert because we went to dinner very late. If there was 150g of meat in the tagliata, it would have been the whole world; the rest was all fat. If that was meat, well, starting tomorrow morning, I'll be able to call myself Sophia Loren. Total cost: €100. Something doesn't add up. Maybe we paid to see the stuffed animals with Hermès T-shirts. At this point, you should have given it to us, since we paid for it.

17/05/2026: We had lunch at this agriturismo with high expectations, which were unfortunately disappointed. The location is beautiful, but the rest leaves much to be desired. Upon arrival, we were greeted only after the staff acknowledged our presence, while we were standing in the center of the large and nearly empty room. There was no menu at the table: the dishes were only listed verbally, without the possibility of seeing the prices. Overall, the food was mediocre: very simple and expensive appetizers, unimpressive first courses, and questionable second courses. The only positive note was the wine. The final bill, over €200 for four people for two appetizers (€70, four first courses, two second courses, and a bottle of wine), seemed completely disproportionate to the "Quality and Quantity" of what we consumed. It's a shame, because the place really has potential, but the service, price transparency, and especially the quality of the cuisine are aspects that need to be revisited.

03/05/2026: Mrs. Elena was very kind and welcoming, she was the only positive note... they also need to improve the breakfast... the cappuccinos were undrinkable... it's a shame because the structure has a beautiful history and a beautiful cellar... we ended the trip early because of the bedroom

12/07/2026: I stopped for lunch with my mother and our dog during a trip from Rome to Salerno. A friend had recommended this restaurant, raving about its value for money and its dog-friendly atmosphere, so I decided to try it. As soon as I entered, a woman (I couldn't tell if she was the owner or the owner's daughter) gave me a less than welcoming look. I approached and simply asked if dogs were allowed. They said yes, but added that the dog would have to eat and drink outside. With temperatures approaching 40°C and the middle of July, I found this statement truly absurd. Nevertheless, I decided to stop there. Before leaving, I had checked online to see if the restaurant also offered gluten-free and lactose-free dishes, as my mother has these dietary requirements. After an interminable wait, even though we were already seated, no one asked if we wanted water. When it was finally time to order, chaos ensued. The gentleman who took our order didn't know if the kitchen stocked gluten-free pasta, had no idea which products were lactose-free, and, when talking about a first course, he calmly suggested adding cheese, demonstrating that he didn't even know the difference between a lactose intolerance and a dish that should be lactose-free (it was supposedly his son, therefore the new owner). We finally ordered a water and a Coke Zero. While waiting, we went outside for a moment to give the dog a drink (since, according to them, he should have been drinking outside). When we returned, we found another dog practically next to our table. Since we were both on a leash and in an enclosed area, the smaller dog got scared and started barking. I politely asked if it was possible to move us to another free table. He told me no because that table was for six people and there were only two of us. However, it was almost 3:00 PM, the kitchen was about to close, and the place was emptying. After a few moments, contradicting what I'd just said, the same lady told us that there was a table available in the other room. So I, pregnant, with a bottle of water and a Coke in hand, along with my mother and the dog, moved to the other room. Once there, the same lady told us we had to wait because the table hadn't been set yet. At that point, annoyed by the whole series of incidents that had already occurred, I simply told her that a little more organization would have been needed. I wasn't just referring to the table, but to the entire lunch process. Her response was: "We're organized." I then calmly pointed out that I had ordered a Coke Zero while I had the regular one in hand. Her response was: "If it doesn't suit you, you can leave." Faced with a statement like that, I preferred to breathe, smile, and not respond. When things get to that level of rudeness, I think it's pointless to argue. My impression was that the older owners had built a business over the years with passion and customer service. In fact, I saw the older gentleman personally tidy up the dining room, and the older lady go from table to table, asking everyone how their experience went. On the contrary, the current service manager seemed lacking in organization, preparation, and, above all, customer service etiquette. It's a real shame, because the food is truly worth it. The dishes were excellent, and I sincerely congratulate the chef and the older lady, the only person who conveyed professionalism and attentiveness. Precisely because the cuisine is top-notch, it's even more disappointing to have such an experience. Unfortunately, we won't be returning, and I don't feel comfortable recommending it. A customer can forget a wait, but they rarely forget how they're treated. And for me, politeness, organization, and respect come first.
