07/10/2025: We found ourselves there on Sunday by pure chance; a very pleasant surprise. A warm and welcoming location, impeccable service, meticulously prepared dishes, and excellent quality food. And last but not least, Pietro, the owner, was delightfully polite. Highly recommended...!!!

The courteous and attentive service showcases the meticulous work of the chef's team. "Il Soffio" is undoubtedly one of the finest culinary establishments in the entire Caserta province. A heartfelt thank you to the chef and all the staff.

31/08/2025: What can I say? A disappointment, so highly regarded. Invited for a baptism. The welcome aperitif was truly meager and unimaginative, with ordinary cured meats, a mix of tasteless appetizers, including a croquette whose triple breading I'll only remember, and a pulled pork pie that tasted like boiled Simmenthal. The meat was definitely butter, well-cooked and seasoned (and rightly so). The service was sloppy, with waiters who didn't know the ingredients of the dishes and couldn't bring four dishes. The location is very beautiful and evocative. It feels like the kind of place where you have to say you went for image reasons. I think there really is better.

07/10/2025: Fantastic food, great selection of meats. Luigi and Pasquale, professional and knowledgeable about niche and commercial products, offer great support and are very friendly in explaining the dishes and pairing them with good wine. Thank you!

14/09/2025: The food was good and the service was undoubtedly excellent, but the portions were truly tiny and the prices were exorbitant. The bill ended up being disproportionate and it felt like a real rip-off. Personally, I wouldn't return.

04/10/2025: The pizza isn't good, and charging a cover charge to a child who's not even two years old is outrageous. Showing up with a paper placemat to ask for it was annoying. It bothered me.

19/10/2025: They're always super kind and helpful, and they make me feel special. Lots of delicious snacks to share, all excellent quality and at prices that make you want to come back again. From Thursday to Saturday, you have to wait a while for a seat, but that's fair.

03/10/2025: VECCHIA CORTE: An experience that exceeded all expectations. The Vecchia Corte Restaurant orchestrated a memorable banquet, where every detail exuded care, taste, and refinement. The banquet opened with a rich and spectacular buffet, accompanied by exquisite sparkling wines that immediately set the tone: elegant, festive, and impeccable. The gourmet menu then enchanted with the quality of the ingredients and the creative pairings. Special praise goes to Chef Lindoro, creator of dishes that are true works of art. The twice-cooked octopus, wrapped in a delicate honey sauce and Agerola provola fondue, and the suckling pig with potatoes and Annurca apples were unforgettable, a perfect balance between tradition and innovation. The spectacular first courses confirmed the mastery of the cuisine. Each course was accompanied by a carefully chosen wine pairing: from sparkling wines to rosé, to an elegant Nebbiolo, thanks to Valerio's expertise and sensitivity, attentive to presentation and guest satisfaction. Making everything even more special, Sara, a wedding planner with a refined eye, oversaw the decor down to the smallest detail and watched over the room with discretion and warmth. The grand finale?
