Special mention goes to the service, which is excellent and professional, making us feel truly welcomed. The wine list deserves special mention: we chose an Aglianico del Sannio from Aia dei Colombi, a full-bodied local red that perfectly complemented our meal, confirming the restaurant's dedication to local excellence. An ideal place for a quality team lunch. We'll definitely be back!

12/04/2026: I was pleased with my dinner. Excellent pizza, attentive and friendly service, and a quiet atmosphere. The only "constructive" criticism I'd make is perhaps to slightly revise the portion size of the classic homemade fries...perhaps a bit small.

The sandwich had too much sauce, which was overkill, and the fries were tough and flavorless. The cheddar and pulled pork fries, however, were acceptable. The bill was expensive for the overall experience.

14/02/2026: The hospitality is definitely one of the restaurant's strong points: the owner's daughter is very kind, helpful, and attentive to the customer, qualities that make the atmosphere pleasant and familiar. The meat is good and well-cooked, undoubtedly the restaurant's true highlight. The tartares are all excellent, with a balanced and pleasant flavor, while the pulled pork meatballs are juicy and flavorful. The side dishes could use a little more attention to detail to fully match the quality of the meat. The house wine was slightly acidic, an aspect that could be improved. The homemade desserts are truly delicious and carefully prepared, rounding out the meal on a satisfying note. Overall, a place we'll happily return to, with a few small details that could be improved.

Everything was perfect: friendly staff, from the owner to the waiter, unlimited availability, well-kept spaces even for those seeking privacy, gourmet flavors framed by a villa with a pool and gardens. 28/02/2026: I had the pleasure of discovering this elegant restaurant with a pool about three years ago, at a private event organized by longtime friends. Even then, despite the buffet format, my wife and I were deeply impressed by the excellent selection of ingredients. We were also pleasantly surprised to learn that the owners, Fausto and Cristina, have been longtime acquaintances of ours. ​Eager to explore their culinary offerings further, I recently returned for several convivial dinners, and the experience has consistently exceeded expectations. In addition to the undisputed and superb quality of the ingredients, Fausto proves himself to be an absolute guarantee in the kitchen, distinguishing himself not only for his impeccable cooking technique but also for his remarkable mastery and aesthetics in plating. During our last visit, the chef delighted us with a top-notch seafood experience: an exceptional selection of raw seafood as an appetizer, followed by a first course of exquisitely crafted linguine with crab. To finish, an excellent Gargano red corba, a delicious discovery that truly surprised the palate. In short, an unmissable food and wine destination. A must-see for anyone who loves haute cuisine.
