An unforgettable experience combining ancient flavors with new interpretations. The restaurant is understated and refined. The attention to detail and professionalism of the entire staff, combined with the wonderful view of the valley, make it even more unique. Excellent value for money!
23/09/2025: There were four of us for lunch, and each of us chose different dishes, allowing us to sample practically the entire menu. We ate wonderfully; top-quality ingredients, simply cooked with a focus on enhancing the flavors. Among the savory dishes, honorable mention goes to the cappellacci allo scarpariello, the duck, and the beef. Finally, they brought us a remarkable selection of small pastries in addition to the desserts we'd already ordered, each one better than the last!
The service was also perfect, a 10/10 experience. We'll definitely be back to try the new menus!

15/10/2025: Unparalleled rudeness, arrogance, and arrogance. The manager needs to learn humility and understand that people pay for service. You can't ask how the food is and then complain if the pasta is bland or the fettuccine with wild boar doesn't taste like wild boar! These people aren't worthy of working in the restaurant business and deserve to close down.

28/09/2025: If you come for lunch, ask for two baskets of bread right away, because by the time the first one arrives, it'll be dinner time. Terrible service, extremely long waits, and since it's a crowded and very touristy place, they need more staff.

30/09/2025: The restaurant, located in a beautiful panoramic position, is somewhat difficult to reach due to both the lack of signage and the final stretch of steep, unpaved road. Access from the parking lot below is a bit neglected due to overgrown weeds, but the interior and terrace are well-maintained. Two menus are offered for €45, excluding service, water, and soft drinks. The dishes are pleasant, except for a few that seem a bit disjointed. I point out to the waitress that my main course is missing porcini mushrooms, listed on the menu as a side dish. She tells me that the chef apologizes for forgetting them, but he won't bring them, since I haven't eaten dessert yet. Nor is there any sign of thoughtfulness on the bill apologizing for the omission. For family reasons, I often frequent restaurants in Emilia and Tuscany, where they go out of their way to make guests feel welcome, unlike in our area, where one often feels almost tolerated.
In conclusion, a decent experience, but I wouldn't go back.
19/09/2025: The place is very well-kept and clean. The owners are kind and courteous. The preparation and quality of the food are excellent. The two Sunday menus are both more delicious than the last. We will definitely be back.

07/09/2025: I went there last night for the first time. The place is gorgeous!! Both inside and out. Clean and tidy!! 10 out of 10!!! Finger-licking appetizers! Very good pizza!!! 5-star salmon. Attentive service. The only flaw: we waited a bit too long for appetizers and pizzas. I must say, however, it was very crowded. But I'll definitely be back!! Reservations are recommended.

18/05/2025: What can I say! A perfect lunch. Everything delicious, guaranteed at km zero! Armando is a master in welcoming and making you savor the dishes even before tasting them. Piermando is a delightful boy and together with his better half he supports the guests with dedication and professionalism and, as if that were not enough, halfway through lunch... great emotion: we heard him playing Nuvole bianche by Ludovico Einaudi. Piera in the kitchen is comparable to a queen in her kingdom and delights everyone with her specialties. In conclusion, if you want to spend time in an authentic place, come to Cascina Piera and let yourself be enveloped by a truly pleasant and particular atmosphere.

I ask for it, the lady is also PISSED OFF, she makes her husband write a receipt for €95!!!! I'm speechless!!! And we are always the idiots who usually pay taxes!!! Never to this place again!!!
