08/07/2026: I'm adding this more recent appendix to the review below. My opinion on pizzas and rotisserie remains unchanged and strengthened, except for a Neapolitan tortano with a 6. Thank you. When you want to do everything but it's not your art....I've been there a second time and it was immediately confirmed. I bought some rotisserie....inedible!! A vague acidic taste in the center of the orange, dry, ugly, obviously very old but still sold, and a disgusting frittata! If it's not their products, I recommend leaving it alone. Disgusting. Ditto the pizza. Heavy, thick, coarse in every sense of the word, but as the old adage goes, "Be lucky and sleep!"....Casella: the name remains, and the fortune of having customers with a good mouth or a tender heart. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

07/08/2026: My assessment is partial as it is evaluated for the August 15th menu and it seems anything but August 15th and without a slice of watermelon and a pasticciotto for dessert... I'll leave the considerations to you....

18/07/2026: We arrived a little late for lunch, but the welcome was very warm. The setting is elegant, close to the lake. The food, I must say, was excellent. Compliments to the chef. The service was prompt and impeccable. We'll definitely be back, but in the evening, it must be a magical atmosphere.

03/05/2026: Fantastic experience! We celebrated our son's wedding in this intimate and welcoming location surrounded by the greenery of the Telesina Valley. We were blown away by everything. The quality of the dishes, with attention to every detail, the kind and professional staff, and the family-run management are evident in the attention to detail. Fausto and Cristina, you were fantastic!!... We'll definitely be back!
