02/06/2025: En una ciudad famosa por excelentes restaurantes a precios razonables, Osteria la Carmela destaca entre los 6 restaurantes finos que hemos probado allí en 2024 y '25. Este no es un lugar que se gana sus muchas buenas críticas basadas en grandes habitaciones ventiladas y restaurantes al aire libre. Es una ostería de una habitación sin asientos al aire libre y menos de una docena de mesas. Pero todo sobre él es excelente - - el menú (especialmente platos de marisco) , la preparación de la comida, el vino de la casa, el servicio de bienvenida y los precios muy razonables. En el Carmela, me siento como si estuviera cenando en una acogedora casa privada napolitana, con al menos dos generaciones de cocineros familiares en la cocina. Este es un lugar especial, bien situado cerca de Vía Toledo y el famoso Museo Arqueológico Nacional. Espero tener la suerte de cenar allí una y otra vez.

31/05/2025: Beautiful place! We visited this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend of mine. The restaurant was beautiful, with sober but elegant lighting. The waiters were attentive, with fast but efficient service. The best thing was the food. The food was delicious, very finely prepared. Among the appetizers, I highly recommend the mozzarella in carrozza and the parmigiana. The latter is undoubtedly among the best I have ever tasted. The main courses were very good, and with a price consistent with the quality of the product. The desserts were delicious, what a panna cotta! In short, one of the best osterias I have ever tried in Naples. 100% recommended.

20/05/2025: Ristorante in verità di impostazione turistica sito in centro storico. Ambiente e personale nella norma, senza infamia e senza lode, cucina invece purtroppo di qualità appena sufficiente e soprattutto con costi spropositati rispetto alla qualità offerta. È stato senza dubbio il locale dove abbiamo mangiato meno bene durante il nostro soggiorno a Sorrento. Vino della casa poi letteralmente da dimenticare. Non consigliato.

03/05/2025: Staff and dishes are the strong points of the restaurant. Typical, genuine and very delicious products reign supreme. Above all the varied appetizers, typical of Irpinian cuisine. The prices are excellent and the restaurant has parking available in front of the restaurant. Must try!

22/05/2025: Nos topamos con este lugar, ya que estaba cerca de nuestro Airbnb. ¡Está un poco fuera de lo común, así que no sabíamos qué esperar! ¡Nos quedamos boquiabiertos, la pizza era increíble! La mejor pizza que tuvimos en Italia. Bebidas genial, menú amplio y amable personal! La verdadera experiencia italiana.

21/05/2025: We were here for our first pizza in Naples and I have to say it was the best. Small but cozy place and friendly staff and pizza as said very good, digestible dough, well cooked and well seasoned.

17/05/2025: We were there for a wedding reception, the park is very beautiful and very well-kept… you meet geese and ducks that run around peacefully.

15/05/2025: Le Trabe, in our opinion, is a real experience for all the senses We were welcomed and made to feel at ease right away in their cellar, where while you sip a glass of quality bubbles you choose the wine to consume at the table from a multitude of labels Once the aperitif was over we were accompanied to one of the rooms where lunch was served. The professionalism and friendliness of the guys who served us was impeccable, especially the guy who recommended the wine and the only girl who served us The food was a continuous discovery of colors, smells and flavors that amazed us with every dish The philosophy by which you use all of an ingredient but in different forms to create a dish is excellent To conclude the experience, the walk in the park is the icing on the cake A thank you to all the staff ...... super

29/05/2025: Una visita obbligatoria per chi si trova in irpinia. Enzo, simpaticissimo proprietario ci ha ricevuti con il garbo necessario e ci ha coccolati durante la cena con leccornie sopraffine preparate dalla mamma ai fornelli. Una esplosione di sapori che ha toccato il cuore con i tagliolini al tartufo e porcini. Come dessert un cannolo ripieno delicatissimo con crema di papaia che aveva il sapore delle spiagge brasiliane. Tutto annaffiato da un prezioso aglianico. Provare per credere. Ogni tanto una gioia. Successo enzo.

16/05/2025: We stumbled across this tiny family restaurant and were totally amazed at the great quality for such a small price, very impressive. It’s not a Michelin restaurant but for Napoli it’s amazing quality. Get the fresh Sea bass and judge for yourselves!

16/05/2025: Nice place and good food. Carbonara - very tasty Tagliata di manzo - very good Tiramisu - yummy You can easy try all of them. We were there at opening time, so no wait in our case.

25/05/2025: What a great find. Nice ambience and the friendliest servers. And the pastas are the best in the city. We shared the burrata and prosciutto rigatoni and meat sauce and the sausage raviolli in pesto. Every pasta dish was perfect as were the tiramasu and the other deserts. We want to go back and try the pizzas this week. The prices are very reasonable the wine list extensive and well priced

For the quality of the food, for the passion it reveals, for the talent that produces great results with simple ingredients, for the soul that all the members of Pasquale's staff put into this enterprise. We were looking for something authentic in a Sorrento very prone to tourist cliché. We found it here, to the nth degree!

21/05/2025: Outstanding dining experience. I can't say enough great things about our meal here. The service was exceptional. The food is undoubtedly the best I've ever had. The attention to detail is unmatched, and the passion from everyone working here is very apparent. Not to mention, the owner drove my wife and I to our shuttle stop at the end of our meal. Truly luxurious and wonderful dining experience.

29/04/2025: A trattoria from times gone by in which a combination of natural flavors and delicious taste is combined. The managers show extreme availability, courtesy and are always welcoming. The dishes prepared are the result of excellent quality and skill. The service both in the restaurant and at home is impeccable, fast and reliable. It is highly recommended!

16/05/2025: I loved the food. All the plates were very good. Didn’t like the meatballs but loved everything else. We were on our honeymoon and the owner was very welcoming and friendly. I loved that we watched our meal getting cooked, they’re a big family in there and the food was very homemade and homely and wholesome. 15/05/2025: We had a party of 13. Fantastic service. The food was amazing. The eggplant parmigiana was to die for and the cod was the best I've ever had. (Better than England and Iceland....)You won't be disappointed. Don't forget to order the Tiramisu.

27/04/2025: Sempre guidati siamo stato in questo caratteristico locale, dove abbiamo mangiato piatti tipici della cucina campana, alcuni dei quali non assaporavo da tempo. Il titolare che ha personalizzato il locale, con una attenta scelta dei prodotti e vini proposti di qualità eccelsa. Un piacere per il palato che lascia il segno a chi ama questo tipo di esperienze. Calore e simpatia completano l’esperienza che consiglio e spero di ripetere alla prossima occasione che saremo da queste parti. Complimenti!

26/04/2025: Cena di coppia. Abbiamo trovato questo posto su internet fidandoci delle recensioni. Siamo rimasti più che delusi. In primis il servizio. Abbiamo scelto in totale 3 piatti tra quelli esposti in vetrina, li scaldano palesemente a microonde e ce li servono. Nulla da dire sulla modalità ma innanzitutto non erano ben caldi e soprattutto dopo pochi secondi il terzo piatto era gelato. Nulla cambiava se avessero aspettato a portarci l'ultimo piatto ma eviatavomo di mangiare con l'imbuto. I piatti sobo risultati pesanti e molto conditi. Va bene per riempire la pancia con l' unico vantaggio di spendere poco.
