03/01/2025: Questa pizzeria si trova in un tranquillo quartiere di Pontecagnano alla periferia sud di Salerno. L'area non è facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici e volendo recarsi in auto si raccomanda l'uso di un buon navigatore. Lungo la strada trovare posteggio è abbastanza semplice. Il locale è piccolo con un ambiente elegante ed un servizio cortese e celere. La scelta degli ingredienti usati, dell'impasto e della cottura in forno a legna sono particolarmente curati. Il menu riporta diversi tipi di pizze ma non tutte disponibili a causa della assenza di alcuni prodotti freschi dovuta alla stagionalità della loro produzione. Molto buona la scelta delle birre ed anche i vini disponibili erano tutti di alto livello qualitativo ma con costi contenuti. Io ho preso una semplice pizza al pomodoro con mozzarella di bufala. La salsa di pomodoro utilizzata aveva il profumo dei pomodori freschi e la mozzarella usata era buonissima. Al termine del pasto mi hanno proposto l'assaggio di una fetta di crostata con la crema di loro produzione ed anche questa era davvero fantastica. Insomma tutto di gran qualità. Unico neo la rete WiFi con un segnale debole ed impossibilità di navigazione, un piccolo problema che potranno facilmente risolvere.

10/12/2024: I always find myself in Naples for my competitions. I'm looking for something distinctive, not wanting to aim for the classic pizza. I come across this restaurant. Simple but elegant entrance, Homely and homely interior. We sit down for lunch, the friendly and kind owner welcomes us to the table, preparing the place setting. Excellent fish dishes, well seasoned and tasty. Very good spaghetti with lupins and Sicilian-style cod. I will definitely return 😁

It is not only the quality of the foods, the love with which they are cooked and the possibility of tasting dishes that almost no one cooks anymore, but also the kindness of the people who every day with dedication carry on a decades-old tradition. The trattoria da Emilio has no frills and is a genuine place, in short, simply fantastic!

15/11/2024: Beautiful, romantic and welcoming tavern immersed in a very familiar environment. The owner is a very good Neapolitan "innkeeper", while his wife is the Sardinian chef who carefully prepares exquisite delicacies! As good cuisine would now require, the menu changes according to the seasons and availability. Everything is pleasant and generous. It's worth spending a nice evening in cheerful company! Then the step from occasional guests to regular visitors will be very short! Special mention on the first courses.

25/10/2024: It is already the second time that we are guests in this lovely restaurant, I confirm that it is wonderful. Good Sardinian wine, typical fresh genuine cuisine and every time amazed with new dishes. Impossible to resist!

07/12/2024: lunch for two on Saturday, very beautiful, quiet and well-kept location. Light and tasty traditional fried food, I would have taken two, as well as the parmigiana. The first courses (lardiata and pasta and potatoes) were delicious, definitely a restaurant to return to, all topped off with excellent service.

17/12/2024: The pizza is decent and nothing more. They have salads on the menu but they are almost never there, only pizzas and fried foods. Slow service when ordering in case of crowds, prices slightly above the norm for the quality offered. Price of water bottles too high for the quantity of water. Paid parking at 100 meters, very convenient. In conclusion, decent pizza for a Saturday with friends.

26/08/2024: Exceptional is an understatement for this pizzeria that knows how to treat customers in the best possible way. Starting from the exceptional appetizers (omelette and crocchè) and ending with the pizzas which were exquisite. But the real surprise was when we ordered two pizzas, one of which arrived a little later than the other and the waiters replaced the pizza that arrived first with another one that was the same but freshly cooked together with the second one. There may have been an error in calculating the times but it was a pleasure to be treated with so much attention. Congratulations to all the smart and super friendly staff.

25/08/2024: A pizzeria worth visiting: good starters but the pizzas are superb! Normal, double or triple cooked, with traditional or truly innovative seasonings. Special combinations, for example octopus and artichokes, truly delicious. Average bill, fast and very courteous service

07/12/2024: Purtroppo devo constatare un deciso peggioramento. Non mangiavo la pizza qui da qualche mese, ho preso una margherita che aveva un impasto gommoso e in più la cottura era mediocre, bruciata in alcuni punti e ancora farina in evidenza in altri . A seguire una graffa con Nutella che nulla aveva della graffa. Impasto super duro all’esterno e sicuramente non morbida all’interno, immersa in un kilo di zucchero. Siamo andati via purtroppo disgustati. Da non ripetere.

06/07/2024: Excellent dairy, elegant and clean. Wide assortment of homemade dairy products and cured meats. The buffalo "braid" (made to order) is excellent. The outdoor parking is very convenient for customers. Large internal spaces for on-site consumption. The bar corner is also very well done (all the more reason to stop by!!) where in addition to good coffee you can enjoy good pastries. Assortment of taralli and types of pasta (not produced by them, but only marketed). The staff are very kind and professional, the tables are very comfortable for eating on site. Certainly recommended for a business meeting and/or a snack with families too.
