10/01/2025: Arrivati all’ingresso ci accoglie il proprietario (Antonio) dicendoci benvenuti a casa. E proprio come è solito fare a casa Antonio ci propone il menù del giorno, pieno di prodotti tipici a km 0 uno più buono dell’altro. Abbiamo passato una serata bellissima tra il buon cibo e un del buon vino, il tutto accompagnato dal calore e dalla compagnia di Antonio. Stra consigliato, speriamo di tornarci al più presto!!

05/08/2024: I decided and completed my son's eighteenth birthday with satisfaction! The location is beautiful and the party took place by the pool. The atmosphere is very elegant and refined. The dinner was excellent, with the utmost satisfaction of all the guests. The waiters were very helpful, especially Michele, who was very friendly and had an extremely kind manner! I thank all the staff for making my son's party possible, which was a success. I recommend the Selva Piana farmhouse!

04/08/2024: We celebrated an 18th birthday. I can't complain about the waiters who were excellent, but the owner was a complainer and rude to the point of complaining even about a drop of wine falling on the floor. I wouldn't prefer it for anything else.

21/12/2024: per essere a dicembre ed in una località non molto movida di inverno, siamo piacevolmente rimasti sorpresi. Abbiamo pasteggiato con antipasti di pesce COTTI E CRUDI. spigola al sale con contorni, Guazzetto di vongole e tartare di tonno veramente super. frittura e tentacolo polpo grigliato Qualità è soddisfare le necessità del cliente e superare le sue stesse aspettative continuando a migliorarsi. 08/03/2025: Service in this restaurant is fantastic and they really make you feel welcomed! We had the tasting menu, which starts with a chef’s selection of starters: they were wonderful although the fact that nearby tables - very close to yours - have something you’d like more than that you had, detracts a bit from the enjoyment…. First course we went for the orecchiette al ragu della domenica, we will say that you can happily skip those. Main were a tagliata and a pignatta - both a humph away from exceptional. Dessert will not be mentioned here. We really loved the restaurant but didn’t love the food if that makes sense?

11/03/2025: Io con la mia amica siamo capitate in questo fantastico posto per caso e che dire , finalmente qui ho percepito il significato della cucina emozionale nel vero senso della parola ! Ogni portata è stata un esperienza unica e fortemente emozionale, i nostri complimenti vanno prima di tutto allo chef senza però dimenticare il signor Cosimo che ha reso il tutto davvero eccezionale! Complimenti !

12/05/2025: In my whole life I never got such an insolent service when eating out!!!! We started with the waiter telling us what we want to eat without any welcoming intro or giving us a menu!!!! When he came back for the order he told us it's better to have the same option to eat so we can eat quicker. We did the order and three of us took pasta, one of us a different option. The waiter told us better agree on the same pasta to have as we will wait for an hour to have our plate!!!! Never did I hear a waiter saying this and I never expected this at all!!! How absurd!!! We did order the same pasta as we were told but then realised that the other clients were having different pasta at the same time as us so the cook still had to cook different pasta!!! We asked for the wine list and the waiter replied choose any wine bottle you see around you, oh dear!!!! One of us told him, we prefer white wine so it'd be better not around us but refrigerated to which he told us to go and choose from the cooler!!! With all this absurdity we were served our pasta plates more than an hour later!!! Then finishing off with the bill. The waiter scribbled it down on a piece of paper and threw it away as soon as we paid, I never got to know if the bill was right. I was so taken aback with all this having an urge to get out of there that it was after that I realized!!!

03/05/2025: Excellent raw materials and impeccably cooked, each dish is a discovery with fish at its centre. Truly remarkable selection of appetizers and raw meats. The cellar is exceptional. I recommend it!!!!!!!!

21/03/2025: IG:_lonely_foodie_ - Eating in the castle is very interesting. Beef cheek meat is very delicious 😋 The waiter is also very friendly and tall. Although it took a bit of time to eat (two hours 🤣 But eating meat with red wine is a great enjoyment✨❤️

17/02/2025: We first dined at Le Bubbole when we were visiting Matera and were so impressed by the amazing food and professional service that we chose it for our wedding celebration—and it was the best decision! A special thanks to Sabino, who made everything run smoothly and helped to organize everything in less than a month! And thanks to the entire staff for their outstanding service. The food, wine pairing, and organization were perfect. The highlight of the night was the rooftop champagne tower with fireworks and a stunning Sassi view—absolutely unforgettable! Us and our guests loved every moment, and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Sabino, and the whole team, for making our day so special!

01/03/2025: come rovinarsi un uscita. sabato terrificante, prenotazione per le 22:00 ci fanno accomodare alle 23:30, in un angolo scomodo stretto pieno di fumi, il personale anche se volenteroso giovane ed impreparato, senza un minimo di formazione. servizio al tavolo pessimo. ordinazioni prese Dimenticandosi dei commensali. la ristorazione non è il vostro mestiere, siete una macelleria , di medio livello

17/05/2025: Dear Mr. Antonio Narciso, in addition to the fact that you are replying to my review after more than 5 months, you also refer to facts that do not concern my experience and what I wrote at the time. The disappointment was not for the division of the rooms, but for the Oktoberfest-themed party (with a musical band) that took place exactly under our room located on the first floor. Impossible to sleep! There was no request for a single room because there were two of us, and therefore it would have made absolutely no sense. I repeat, there were two of us. The only request was to be able to change rooms because of the terrible noise below. Probably, considering the delay in your reply, you do not have a clear idea of ​​what I was referring to and are confusing it with a problem of other customers. Our request was flatly refused by the lady at reception, we never spoke to her.
